It is high time Canada should put up electric fences on its borders, easy entry for criminals, terrorists, ...the government can not even feed, house, educate and provide employment to their own Homeless people, why accept Non Canadians. I'm all for people coming here to Canada, as long as they get a job, pay their taxes and keep their noses clean. Priority should be given to anyone with specialized training like doctors and trades. Honestly just about every doctor I've ever seen was originally from India or was Asian. I just don't want to have a translator to understand them, we need more people like that with some kind of education and training.

If Canada or the US were to charge a fee for permission to remain the revenue would be astounding! I can't think of one immigrant that would refuse to pay a $500 monthly fee to remain and work freely in either country. It has been suggested many, many times. The amount of revenue generated would exceed that of the tax revenue we currently have in place for common Americans by 2030. Why Republicans don't allow this? Because the conditions and rules that most be followed like, no felonies would optimally change the face of who they portrayed them to be.
