I have compassion for these people fleeing hardship and brutal conditions in their countries, but Canada is a nation of laws and borders and if you cross the border illegally into Canada, you should and will be prosecuted for violating our immigration laws. A sovereign nation, such as Canada, has a right to protect, defend, and secure its own borders. It's just common sense. Prime Minister Trudeau must make this message absolutely clear.

How about this one I was born and raised in Canada I’m 80 years old and have no family Dr I tried for years to get one I finally got one when I ended up in hospital and a kind nurse got me one who went on maternity leave and didn’t come back I asked if someone else could take me I was told no and yet they were new doctors they I came to the conclusion I was the wrong colour for the place !!! I’m white I guess I will have to get me one of those race card that are played by so many in this once great country Canada !!!! Just Saying

I was taken off my family doctor's list because I haven't visited them in 1 year. Now I cant find a family doctor when I need one. Canada should pay urgent attention to the crisis in their medical system and worry about international politics later.

Many of the people here in the comment box trying to explain how cringy Canada is even who born and raised in Canada! I am pretty sure those people never have been to a country like Bangladesh, average part of India. Otherwise, they wouldn’t even imagine to write down such a bad words about their country. Here in south Asia, average people literally beg to their boses for their sallery unless its a high-end job.
