We can all have our own factories and business and exploit cheap labor flocking to our Great Country. Tonight I watched a man digging through trash looking for food while I was getting gas. He couldn’t speak a word of English. I asked him if he was looking for food and he was embarrassed and said I was just looking for something. I gave him $5 and said get some food and he gave me a fist bump and smiled. After going to back to my car I told my daughter to wait and went into the convenience store after him and told him to get whatever he wanted to eat and I’d pay. I had to keep asking him to take more he refused most of what I offered. \nI paid for the food and told him God loves you and may He keep you safe and fed. He said thank you in English and I walked out to my car and cried the whole ride home while my daughter was silent bc she knew why I was crying. I could tell he was ashamed and it broke my heart even more. Y'all said you were just talking about major cities or places, but living in a small town in the U.S isn't that bad. It's cheaper, and it doesn't take that much longer to go somewhere and do something. Sure you still have to have a car, but sitting in traffic and navigating the bigger cities takes just about as much time as driving from the small city to a bigger one.
