I see some Deport comments, but actually deportations involve cost to tax payers for airfare and processing. They should leave on their own expense once their studies are done as any foreigner. If they want to stay they can apply for immigration and follow the rules

The Liberal government will likely find some form of permit extension for about a year or 2, because to initiate any form of deportation will look bad politically.
