The people applying legally are having a hard time getting approved... very wrong. Politicians are after votes not for the safety of their citizens.

It could be worse. We could be like Russia where everyone is trying to leave and NOBODY wants to enter. That’s why countries like Russia and China are going to have a population crash in the coming decades and the United States won’t. For as much as I complain about our problems here we are definitely doing some things right if people are stampeding to get in here.

These people definitely get tipped off of weak entry points. No judgement on my part I’d do the same if I had to. It’s a rock and a hard place as an American. I don’t mind being a place that people fell safe, but I do mind how it affects me and my family. Like I said, it’s a rock and hard place.

Go through the refugge application properly or get sent back. You cannot tell people that they have to go through a rigourous immigration application all for this to be a loophole. \nThe Canadian government has already exploited the real estate market as a comodity to the point that people cannot afford to live where they work.

It's funny they try to migrate to countries with immense taxes for their citizens and legal workers, and with social programs paid by these tax dollars. All they have to do is get there somehow and illegally OfCourse, and then give birth to couple of dozens of kids then and bingo. They work for cash, doesn't pay taxes and make use of social programs paid by legal residents who pay taxes. So unfair and people who have sympathy for them should at least accommodate one or two families in their own homes after preaching about others being accommodating.

We can not take care of these people. We need to take care of our own people first. Skilled workers that have been educated in the US only to be turned away instead of being valued. People overseas from countries like Nigeria fly directly to the US then they travel straight to the US/Canada border and WALLAH they enter Canada without any background check, and WALLAH again they get Canadian citizenship? How Many people around the World, waiting for to get a visa, for one opportunity to arrive to Canadá and this people walking to the frontier and get in just walking? That's no sense. What happen with the border authorities on the American side and canadian border?

But as a refugee, all expenses is paid, you do not need to pay for rent, and so on... WHICH ONE DO YOU CHOOSE TO ENTER TO CANADA!!!!????

It is funny in a way that those people are leaving their homes for a better life in the US. Kind of ironic. I have any friends who are from other countries were trying to get their family members here legally through the legal process and it takes them literally 10 to 20 years and to allow people to just walk across the border and hand them work permits, hotel rooms and checks to support them is a disgrace.. these people for the most part do not speak, read or write English, whereas my friends families, for the most part do speak ,reading write English and a good part of them have college degrees who could contribute quite a bit of this country, but are not allowed to come here immediately.. these people should be allowed to come here immediately as it being sponsored have a place to stay and contribute…

Are Canadians are starving...and these people will get housing and income..benefits

Canada is pretty good with French immigration, the Middle East immigration and with people that are going to give something in exchange in their view, then all those people take the best and more they could and go back to their Countries. That kind of Immigration are using Canada to get the best and saying goodbye. But it is Canada's fault, too. Personally, I fed up of the system I am not white and no native French even I talk the both languages never turned to take me serious. So for me was better just went back to my country and never look back.
