How long are we expected to Live and work in that particular atlantic province,once we we get a job and we start living there ,under the AIP. are we supossed to live in that province for ever? Secondly, with regards to applying for work permit or PR when all the documentations are ready, if i was to apply for work permit,how long would that usually take to be granted,is this immediately or i would have to wait some months? Absolutely superb video, Jason ! will put many consultants out of business. Question : Where do most candidates go wrong ? I have a Masters in Logisitcs &SCM from Amity Univ. Going thorough the NOC list, I find matching in lists which require College degree as well as University degree. Shall I first do an ECA to find if I am college equivalent in Canada OR University ? Is it possible that I am rejected because in my EE profile I write University-qualification NOC but I am only college qualified .Can I be rejected for vice versa ( I am univeristy qualified and mention a college-qualification NOC) ?

Hello . i have one question , there are lot of immigration company working in india. I have applied through one of those company . They have taken my LMIA interview and report get positive . Now the issue is they said the 85% they have Sponsees and 15% i have to pay for foreign consultancy and lawyer charges . Is that a valid case ?
