When people who are law abiding and go thru the proper channels respecting the law of the land apply, they are often rejected on some basis or other. It seems so unfair.

A few things do not make sense. For example, they have their own translator to lie for them, How is it possible that there is no counter measures in placed? i.e. immigration's own translator. Just like sports, you have more than 1 referee in a game. Secondly, how is it possible to become to citizen without knowing either English or French?
