She should: \n\n1. file a civil/criminal lawsuit, seeking $ damages for physical assault and emotional distress, psychologist/therapist session fees\n2. get him evicted or otherwise threaten the property leasing management with lawsuit for negligence if he isn’t evicted right away \n3. File restraining order\n4.
