Ok heres an idea , the US should invade Mexico. Start cleaning house , retrain theyre military and get rid of the cartels and coruption. Thats what weve done to other countries. Just a crazy idea but make it a place worth staying in

This policy of 'pump and dump' mass property purchases continued, largely turning the once suburban neighborhoods of homeowners into strictly assets to be squeezed for every bit of profitability possible. Even as the economy stabilized, even after the big banks profited overall from these foreclosures, because there were no lasting effective measures taken to prevent this housing situation from reoccurring, nor was the issues surrounding the housing market for single family home ownership ever addressed, let alone properly rectified, the housing market steadily constricted. As the U.S. gasps a last breath in it's death nell through late stage capitalism, there is no future policies or government reforms championing loudly for affordable home ownership on the horizon, and this is not likely to change anytime soon, not as long as the megalomaniacal entities continue to usurp any chance for the American Dream to be realized for all future generations.

I mean this is sad and I feel for them, however most people in this case would blame Americans or American govt. we have a lot of our own problems as well. These people are going through something but why? But why are they even going through it in the first place. Would we not normally describe this as an invasion? Any other country would not tolerate this and we are fools for allowing it here. We already have too many homeless to care for so why would we allow 2 million more homeless people come here? For people talking about housing issues we have more then enough houses they are just to expensive.

Abbott spent a billion dollars bussing migrants to Kamala's house instead of hiring immigration agents to move the citizenship process along. We are a decade behind on applications. Usually Chinese billionaires and others can buy their way in. Just to avoid paying taxes and putty more of a burden on taxpayers. America got places to house the homeless. There's a lot of vacant office spaces, warehouses, and worn down houses. Those could be converted and fixed up. \nHowever, you can't count the homeless of those who chose to live on the streets.\nThen, create policies for entry while also working with their government to bring their citizens back home.

As far as housing goes, I think they should limit how many houses they let these so-called companies by up and rent them out to derelicts and destroy neighborhoods and bring the property value down

Close the border every 5 or 10 years reopen for two weeks make them stay where ever they come from. Look how thaws Americans are getting killed in Mexico and look how they set there mattress on fire at the border detention center. My heart seriously breaks for these people, you can actually see the grief and pain on some of their faces, trying to escape their situation in their homeland, but damn there's a major shortage of housing already, not to mention it puts a huge financial burden on the US to provide them with food, shelter, medical care, as well as for safety reasons. Well when you have tons of churches and downtown LA homeless shelters that give away free food, free clothes, free shoes ?, free blankets and tents free showers free beds GR , welfare, disability SSI and housing. California gives relief to other countries in an emergency they participate in funding and starting war. The United States has become one big embarrassment filled with nothing homeless people, mentally ill people, and soon newly-released convicts to your area walking around. Building tents and tiny homes defecating in the streets walking around naked. Filling the subways transient sleeping all over using drugs performing sexual favors on each other.\nNow the police are relinquishing their authority and giving it to nonprofit organizations or barely qualified in the field to handle such situations.\nThere is such a thing as compassion but you can also enable a person and encourage bad behavior.

Not everyone in the world can live here.. it is just not possible. There is a 5 million home shortage in this country. Illegals are making it worse. We need 1.5 million homes built each year just for population growth, fire, flood, tornados, hurricanes, old age. We have been under that for over a decade after the last housing crash which put builders out of business. Now, less builders, large housing deficit and high mortgage rates.
