I live in El Paso. They didn’t even set foot in the US. They rushed the Mexican side of the bridge, not the US. Also, I saw someone labeling them “Mexican,” but they’re Venezuelans. Mexicans are tired of having to house them and there’s been a lot of xenophobic attacks against them.

They let people in like this, and then the population expands, and then there is less housing for other people to live in.

This is dangerous they are still building in Texas is because people are coming and moving here from all over but they can't afford to house all these people my heart really goes out to them.

We are breeding ourselves into extinction. No housing no food no clean water. And people thought China was crazy for putting a limit on how many babies you can have. We are starting to see overflow of people everywhere and for all kinds of reasons.

It's all too easy for them to demand other countries take them in and house, clothe and feed them. What they need to do is march on their own countries government and demand it from them. All countries have there own problems and accepting a load of immigrants isn't another they want. Thats the reality folks

I really feel for everyone struggling at the minute in the us, it’s the same for us in the uk thousands and thousands of Muslim immigrants come through our borders everyday and they are instantly housed in hotels with £500 a month spending money.

I don’t care if they sneak in here. I care more about them getting housing assistance and welfare while I been living out a motel room for the last 3 years. We can’t stop them from coming, but we DEFINITELY can stop giving them any form of financial assistance or welfare.\n.\nShit, the simple solution is that. You sneak here, you can work here, but you getting taxed 33% on everything until you get your papers and no government assistance of any kind. This isn’t your government to be assisting you.

This makes me mad because other than the true American Indians we are all immigrants from generations back. Can we afford everyone no but do we or have we a right to do this no. Have them line up in several lines and if they are not criminals from there home then we should tell them that we have no work or much food and they will be what we call homeless but let's not forget that we haven't always lived in houses with running water and electricity and cooked outside. My grandmother and my dad and mom all went through the great depression my dad and mom were children and all they had to eat was lard sandwiches. The world is going through the same migrant shift at the same time. The same is happening in the UK immigrants coming to the UK expecting to reap all benefits just becasue. Meanwhile homelessness and lack of jobs for those who have lived here all their lives and the bottom of the list for basic housing. Can we advocate for the rights of people over giant real estate companies like Blackstone gobbling up houses and apartments, making them unaffordable before we scream that there aren’t houses for these people?!\n\nThe complete lack of effort around finding a solution is mind blowing to me! Everyone just resorts to basically saying they should all be kicked out!! Why can’t we find a solution? I just don’t get why this is such a controversial issue! Kicking them out or criminalizing them is just sweeping the issue under the rug. I’m shocked this is even being mentioned …. There are people regularly jumping the fence and running across freeways …. It’s almost a daily news update here in El Paso the latest police chase that happens everyday… cars drive into a house flip over in a ditch or off a mountain always smugglers fleeing here. But the more people know the more they realize so can’t let them know….. our freeways have signs that say watch for pedestrians just normal life here now theses signs in middle of main freeways??‍♂️

Don't feel sorry for these people, they refuse work in Mexico. My family and I came here over 20 years ago. We have done everything!. Taxes my family opened their own business they have been a example of a American people.
