Picking a trade war with Canada, Mexico, China and major economics is a very bad idea. It will not bring anybody to the negotiation table to get a better deal. It will drive them away from US partnership and they form alliances, new trade routes and partnerships, de-dollarization, etc. Just think why does a country needs USD when they cannot trade with US. welcome to European life pay tax for everything, in EU we pay 20-30% of VAT and up 50% of our salary go to gov.. so yeah we poor in EU as we pay up to 70%-80% in taxes (depends on EU country) but basically yeah happy life.. basically we pay for healtcare and universities , so that 3rd world people could get free education ..
