Taxis in US made a fortune taking them to the border there where they crossed into Can and were greeted by RCMP acting as baggage carriers, loading these ppl unto busses and driving them to $50.00 a day hotels. Neither Canadain or American govt did anything to stop this. Ppl died out west crossing through the woods in dead of winter in the bitter cold. Both Canada and US are very proud of our unprotected border but if the law on both sides would have nipped this in the bud both countries would not have ended up in such a mess.

I’m an Indian international student currently in a master’s program in Canada and I think this video perfectly speaks to a lot of problems in the country. I chose Canada due to its high quality of education. I personally also think the country messed up with their mass immigration with no quality check of individuals coming from India. If a person is allowed to be in a foreign country they must assimilate into its culture and values or at the bare minimum not force your own beliefs on the people there. I find a lot of entitlement certain immigrant population feel quite ridiculous , it’s not racist to want people who come into your country to be respectful of it’s values. I would just like to say that not every Indian immigrant is the same though there are people who just wanted a different life and embrace the culture of the country that they had an opportunity to be a part of.

Canada is one of the worst countries in the world if you want to live a reasonable life. No jobs for highly qualified and highly experienced professionals, completely messed up housing, extremely cold and depressing weather, incompetent government and many incompetent people in the industry as well. \n\nIf you want to ruin your life completely, come to Canada.

This is really sad! Ideally, this should never have happened. But Canadian natives are very frustrated with the sheer number of Indians overpopulating the country and degrading their quality of life. Trudeau has completely messed up Canada with his terrible policies. And the problem is that they are welcoming only Indians/South Asians, no other ethnicity. When you invite low skilled population from a specific country in MILLIONS, it's a recipe for ethnic resentment! We also know that a lot of Indians are not the best representatives globally because of the lack of respect for people and their surroundings. This results in the natives lashing out on innocent people who are just trying to get by. It's just a messed-up situation from all the sides. Don't go to Canada guys, it's not worth it. Especially if you go there to participate in gig economy and achieve nothing of value.

Absolutely none of these issues are exclusive for Canada. Name me ONE country which inflation and housing prices aren't messed up, at the moment. Maybe you can find 1 or 2 tax havens in which those aren't an issue. You could argue that the disparity of income-rent prices is higher in Canada than everywhere else, but that's just not true. Chill the fuck out, it's bad everywhere.

I’m Indian, born and raised in Canada. My parents came here in 1994 and they made the best decision for our future. We adjusted to Canadian culture and have respect for the country that gave us opportunity. It makes me disgusted seeing my own kind come here and make a mockery of such a good country. It’s embarrassing to be lumped into this mess when my family did it the right way. If you wanted to be in India you should have just stayed there. \nI carry a lot of shame just being associated with them.

I have been waiting a month just to get a referral to a specialist and then i have to wait at least 9 months to get an operation. I'm afraid i may be dead by then waiting as my condition can cause death as it can come on suddenly unless it gets treated. There is no urgency in canada's health care. Severe shortage in Surgeons. Everyone is taking business courses as no one can afford the education to be a doctor anymore. The whole system is a mess.

Fraudulent entrance to Canada. Unskilled, uneducated, predominantly Indian. The house next to me was purchased by an Indian national and now we have 15 'International Students' living there. The property is a mess: lawn not mowed, garbage, noise, offensive cooking smells. The city turns a blind eye.

As an Indian who was born and raised in Canada (immigrant parents from 1994), one of my favourite things about being a Canadian has been finding my own path as a citizen. I still love my culture but if I wanted to be in India, I would have just chose to move back. My parents came here to give me a better life and opportunity. I have fully embraced that. It frustrates me to no end when I see other Indians come here and disrespect the country that is giving them freedom. Canada isn’t your personal frat party to act like a public disturbance. I have proudly adjusted to Canadian culture and I associate with it more than I do India, and I always will. Canada born and raised here, I've recently been searching for opportunities in Europe and planning to permanently leave this country once I land a job. While I enjoyed growing up here in the late 80s to 2010s, Canada just struggles in almost all crucial aspects of a successful growing country. Our healthcare is a joke, our housing crisis is a mess, living costs and wages are terrible. I really do hope it does get better for Canada but my future lies elsewhere.

My century old home was worth 400k in 2000. I bought it for 1 mil in 2015. Was worth 2.2 mil at peak. Now maybe if lucky I can get 1.8. I suspect it will be back at 1.2 mil in a few years. Thats reality of Canada. What a mess.

I am not A Canadian I’m an American, but I interact with lots of Canadians as they find themselves coming down here for one reason to the other and I’m not near the border either. I’m quite far into the US in a major US city.\n\nThere are two types of Canadians that distinct themselves. The first group is the ones that are themselves immigrants that are naturalized. I make this distinction because many cases they have not assimilated. They still have their own culture from another country and is pointed out by the narrator people from south Asia and Asia strongly have their culture And language \n\n( Canada is good for allowing people to live in communities to cut themselves off from the main screen. You have people who speak the Ukrainian language Going Back 4 generations)\n\nThen I’m gonna have to use a euphemism that might make peoples hair stand on the back of their neck. I’m gonna call them. The white Canadians has a euphemism. These are people who are going so far back from the British Isles for the most part and the French also speak another language who have no connection to Europe. The English-speaking Canadians who are you from white could walk down or come down to the US and fit right in in a matter of weeks if they’re not already assimilated into the US Culture ( I hope I don’t see any fireworks start coming from this comment) Many of these white Canadians are now more economically disadvantage than the newer Asian and south Asian immigrants and find themselves often times competing for resources with these newer immigrants. I am an indian immigrant to Canada, and it sickens me to see Indian communities in Canada. Canada's immigration system worked so well until 2019. And they really messed it up in 2020 with almsot tripling the intake overnight. And Indian people are the least likely to try to assimilate, and they always push their customs on other cultures. It's sad to see how the country is represented in canada, and I hate that I have to be associated with it.
