I voted for President Trump 3x. But, what he's doing now, i don't like it! Something is off with him.

POTUS Trump is making irreparable blunders on key geopolitical issues like Ukraine, Gaza, trade wars with friendly trading nations. He is systematically destroying the 80 years old US foreign policy and global standing as a democracy that was instrumental for building trust and confidence on USA at the global stage.\n\nTragically, under the so called MAGA mantra he will destroy not only US economy but also of the global economy with his scandalous and outrageous protectionist trade policies and geopolitical blunders.

I maybe an ignorant on politics , but what happens when USA , well not USA but the Trump administrations has caused so much damage to the country to the point where other maybe most of his allies start taking responses such as that of Canada , and escalate to the point where perhaps USA lose most of his allies at least important allies such as Canada, the support of the global geopolitics , I Maine that scenario for a moment wouldn't that give Trump an excuse to align even more openly with Putin? I mean why would Trump want that at all who knows but he is certainly aligning with Russia just not openly at least that's what a lot of these decisions he has made recently seem to suggest I mean a lot of the consequences of those decisions and acting really seem to benefit someones agenda and to me a politics ignorant seems to be Putin ... Am I too crazy for thinking and feelings like that???

All of Europe is on your side, dear Canadians. The majority of Americans voted for Trump, thus abandoning a centuries-old tradition of reason and ethical standards. But the free world still exists. Let's work together. Europe is here and Europe likes you. :)

Of course, this will hurt the US and Canada... just like the threat of tariffs against the EU will hurt us even more and all of Europe... that's the point. It's great for Russia. And that's the total point. It's an attempt to align the US with Russia and weaken everyone else in the process. Trump and his stooges are betting the US economy can hold out while hurting everyone else to help good old Putin and his goals. It's always been about Russia.

I support Trump and I support MAGA. However a president needs to keep his word and Trump appears to have broken his word here. He asked Canada to reign in illegal immigration to the US and Canada complied. He said do something about fetanyl and Canada did. Trump said the tariff's were because Canada was not acting on these but now they have and we imposed the tariff's anyway. We look like liars and cheats. \nEven with Mexico we threatened tariffs if they didn't help with crackdown on illegal immigration, fetanyl, and drug cartels. Mexico complied and is also helping us. And we still slapped tariffs on them. We lied to Mexico too. \nAnd now we want everyone to trust us to negotiate a peaceful end to the Ukraine war with Trump threatening more sanctions on China and the EU. What the heck should they trust us and believe us after what we just did. \nWhen it comes to defining your character your willingness to keep your word overrules absolutely everything else. Our president gave his word that if these countries took certain actions there would be no tariffs. They did and now he slapped them both in the face with sanctions anyway. He broke his word. This is a dishonorable action. I hope it does not escalate from there. \nIf it was about promoting or building domestic industries, I think the Canadians could have helped us with that but now.... good luck now that bridge has been burned.

As a Canadian for 45 years, we all know others write his speeches and this like many of his speeches sounds overly scripted. In this respect, I actually prefer Trump who has less filters when he speaks. Trump is clearly trying to save America from further drowing in debt by increasing government revenue while minimizing expenses which is commendable although I don't approve of all his tactics.
