I'm from Eastern Canada and its absolutely unreal how many Indians I see around. Not a single business have I gone to in months that doesn't have multiple Indians working there, or just Indians. You'd swear they were like 50% of the population. It's crazy what its doing to jobs for locals, both post secondary and not. Let alone housing. Most Canadians cannot even have proper job anymore. They are left with leftover jobs and yet have to compete with them. Majority of Canadians have more credentials and years experience ahead of them yet they prioritize them. Just wanna present some of my views on this topic, as a indian living in Canada, a lot of points in this discussion are pretty valid. Although, the hate is also in my opinion a little misdirected.\n\nInternational students pay three, maybe even five times as much as domestic students in terms of tuition fees, and while I 100% agree that not everybody even deserves to stay here, a major portion of fault is on government. If you want to make an argument, that government or the country in general never promise the residency status in Canada, then regulate the tuition fees, make it manageable for everyone.\n\nIf you don't want to do that, fair enough, then provide opportunities, there 100% are bad apples in the population, I will not deny that! But you called them, you took the responsibility, you promised the opportunities and students paid for it. Now you hate us for that, either build the bridge both ways or don't hate.\n\nI am genuinely more frustrated with the system rather than immigrants, it is becoming a widespread trend to hate immigrants but I believe the government is just as much at a fault. Major chunk of Indian immigrants are from a state in india called Punjab. And most of them belong to Khalistani Ideology which is a violent anti India organisation. So these people if you notice are quite rude, arrogant, and loud in nature. They don't care of other's and will play some loud punjabi music in public places. My Aunty settled in USA for 30+ years come to India only for her health care needs and major surgeries. She has mentioned the same situations that USA and Canada has faced. My family are Central American immigrants. The vast majority of them have been blue collar hard working people that helped shape what we live in today. I am first generation born Canadian coming from this blue collar family of hard working immigrants that earned their Canadian citizenship. I think most of us who have immigrant family from anywhere have seen this. I cannot necessarily say I’ve seen this type of work or drive to contribute from the Indians that immigrate to Canada. Yes there are some who really contribute, but that should be the norm not the exception. I don’t have anything against them, I just really wished Canada would be more diligent on who they let in and how many they let in. This is the result of just opening the flood gates. Canada has always been multicultural, but you gotta earn your keeps.

Frankly, two things can be true, and they are. The Palestinians, however you want to define them can be a problem, they are majority fundamentalists, and at the same time, they can deserve to not be massacred. How you deal with them as a problem is another story, one nobody wants to address. As a native Jamaican, I can attest to the Canadian natives, that's how our government treats us also, they treat us as foreigners and strangers while providing all the best treatments to the actual foreigners.. A Jamaican has to wait for hours in a line even in the hot sun or the rain, while a foreigner would be attended to immediately as they arrive, and the list goes on, so I can sympathize with the native Canadians.. I'm not saying that they should not be treated with kindness and respect, but what about the born citizens?? Have they totally forgotten that the nation is actually the people, and the power that they possess was given to them by the people?? The countries that will be successful in this age of Ai will be those with small highly educated populations and none of those are in the west.

Canadian from Indian immigrant parents here, we do not hate our own people before I'm accused of anything like this. It's just obvious the amount of immigration we have is unsustainable and not particularly productive for the economy (the vast majority of immigrants are international students who end up working long term at places like tim Hortons). This video is 100% true.. where I live the majority of immigrants are Indian. I have nothing against them seeking better lives but in my opinion they need to do better screening. In my building alone there are 3 units, 2 of which are rented by Indian students. One is 4 bedroom 2 bath and other is 3 bedroom 1 bath there are no joke 16 people in both. I’ve made friends with multiple of them and they had no issue telling me they came here to work and live and barely attended any classes. If this keeps up we are in big trouble.

I make this distinction because many cases they have not assimilated. According to the news we broke 40 Million residents in Canada in the new year. They just announced that the Canadian population is already at 41 million as of last week. How can we absorb this many people. I would say the majority are from India. A lot of these new residents are amazing. But hear me out......For more than 70 years Canada has accepted diverse immigrants from around the world. These immigrants have always had challenges with acceptance and integration as they bought homes and had families and raised children to be Canadians. But these immigrants are economic migrants. They don't want to be Canadians like they used to. They want the PR, and the citizenship. But they want to work and move all that money out of Canada back to India. Although my parents were both immigrants in the early 60s, they both came here w 14 and 12 years of University and spoke 4 languages including French and English fluently. \nWe all assimilated very well w cultural norms and practices and adopted to Canada as opposed to Canada accepting our traditions. \nThat seems to be the major difference now, I don’t even recognize the Canada I was raised in. \nIronically, We’re forced to be accepting and inclusive to the point we’ve ended or changed standard traditions to adhere to that. I honestly think some Canadians people have memory problems. 30 years ago Brampton was known as the town with the most Indians. Nobody complained. The cost of living and housing went up in the last 10 years and now all of a sudden people complain about something that has always been. The only difference is theres more Indian students. Its a student issue, not an Indian issue. Then you got white drugged up people blaming immigrants for their choices. Nobody forced you to do drugs. If you are poor and homeless this does not mean you turn to drugs. The land is vast, there are plenty of chances. Blaming immigrants for your failure is a classic gaslighting tactic that is just pure bs. The reason why crime and drug addiction is up, is because lack of government punishment for open drug use, lack of protecting the mailing system, lack of cracking down and normalization of drug use. You go to Dubai, An Arab city that has majority Desi people. Where is the crime where is the drugs? None. Everyone is happy. This is not an Indian issue this is a Canada issue.

Indian immigrants are destroying everywhere they go to. Pay a visit to Brampton or Surrey which are the two Canadian cities with vastly majority Indians. 80-90% of the population. Go and see for yourself the ghettoes they are. Plenty of vidoes on the internet with Indians involved in gangs, traffic violence, house break-ins... if you are moving to another country respect the laws, assimilate the culture and be productive to the society. Slow down number of immigrants bring people who can create something new in Canada. Try to bring people from anather countries not only form India ( i don't have nothing against this guy's) people that have different view from major population of immigrants. If we don't have workers give only work permits not permanent residence. That this shit that government creates slow down and go in right directions

I am against irregular immigration due to the economic consequences. But the funny thing about this video is that the whole world knows that Canada was a vast land with the north American natives being the original inhabitants. That's the Canadian identity. It was colonized and taken over by immigrants centuries back. Just because the former immigrants built conveniences at the cost of the exploitation of natural resources and populated the land does not mean that the history will change. The native Americans aside, all the Americans are also immigrants. \nThe majority is against irregular immigration. Yes, it is not sustainable for the society. But the immigration and colonization centuries back was not just irregular but also inhuman. The world will never forget the history.

They’re not immigrants but invaders , let’s be honest a large majority of them uses the student visas as a loophole to get PR , with little English or French capability / understanding , and they will never assimilate themselves to Canadian Culture .

A lot of Canadian have a misconception about Indian students. Majority of the students who came after the pandemic were business professionals who took the pandemic as an opportunity to get back to education. They chose Canada because of its beauty and friendly people. The reality of which is they paid 3 times as much tuition as a Canadian, got abused at their work place for bare minimum wage. They paid a hefty price for a degree that no country recognizes. Its funny how your PM cashed your CERB cheques with the cash of international students. Its sad how Indian students follow the legal process to enter your nation and get hate for being illegals. Students who have a CRS score 500+ struggle to make a living while your government provides easy immigration by asylum to people who themselves burned their countries down. Its sad to be in a nation where getting a call connected to the CRA takes more time than getting political asylum. Your government spends your tax money on asylum seekers and their 6-7 kids who come with them and not international students. We bring money to your nation. 7 billion dollars is what the students bring your nation every year, while your PM sends 5 times as much to fund someone else’s war. You put a communist dictator to represent you and you are paying its price. Darker days lie ahead for Canada and they have nothing to do with Indian students.
