Anybody harboring in any way or helping in any way should be put in jail for a minimum of 3 months instead of putting the criminal in jail or the illegal, you send them back to Canada. Or Mexico or wherever they came from and the person that tried to help them has to pay by sitting in jail for 3 months or longer. A second offense, 5 years, a third offense life.
