It is so unfair when these new immigrants come and right away they are able to buy and own prime real estates while original Canadians that this country actually belongs to can only watch and dream of a chance of owning one but can not afford it. Worst yet most of these new immigrants they buy these homes and land not to live on it, but to build on it as for investments on behalf of investers that live in China, Hong Kong, India or some where else. This should be totally not allowed in your beloved Canada. Your Leaders and Law Makers of Canada should first and foremost consider the need and an opportunity to its people.

I want a leader who is strong. One who will stand up and put Canadians FIRST. Unfortunately, neither Pierre or Trudeau fit the criteria. Harrison is the only one who has the courage to speak about this. Politicans are side stepping the issue and Pierre promised them PR if he's voted in. \nSo the only choices I have are not voting or voting for PPC. They've always been quite outspoken about immigration. Parliament needs to be shaken from their complicity. As long as they don't give Quebec everything I'm in.

mainly, north indians are messy and insensitive to their hosts, just like western people in asia (but clean and neat though). sure, i can feel for those local canadians, it's their land and culture, they need to protect it. same thing happened to sub-continent, remember colonisation by west! and then not many indians liked it either! there is no moral justification from indians occupying their cities and saying, it's fault of canadian leaders.

Canadian politicians are sucked for a vote. They don't think about what is better for the Country. Canada needs a leader like Mr Geert Wilders ???????

It's sad that so many Canadians have to move from their hometowns/provinces in droves to financially survive and get ahead a little. Unfortunately, the droves of people fleeing Ontario and BC are driving up prices now (to buy/rent) in other parts of Canada like Alberta and Atlantic Canada where this is having a trickle effect creating Albertans, Nova Scotians, etc. to be homeless and strains on their provincial healthcare systems. It's a sad state of affairs, and I do not think a politician can fix this, unless they start demanding more and curtailing the power of corporations. A big rebalance needs to occur, but it seems unlikely when politicians and business leaders are on the same side (aka corruption / conflict of their own interests). Canada needs a division between government and business which is the case in many Scandinavian countries.

This Migrant situation is Way out of hand ✋ ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! Pierre's wife is from India or somewhere over there so if he's elected our immigration problem is going to become even worse we need someone who loves their country to be in charge of it like how Trump loves America and how he made that country be on top when he was president how the president of Argentina Javier Milei he loves his country and now it's starting to flourish under his leadership and Geert Wilders hes making great progress doing what his people want him to do in his country and he loves his country and the Amazing MP in Poland Dominik Tarczynski who loves his country Amd Poland is THRIVING!!! WE NEED A LEADER LIKE ONE OF THEM WHO LOVE OUR COUNTRY!! WHY ISN'T THERE ANYONE RUNNING TO BE PRIME MINISTER WHO LOVES OUR COUNTRY WHO LOVES ITS ACTUALL CANADIAN PEOPLE WHERE ARE THEY I THINK I MAY TRY TO RUN NEXT ELECTION IDK IF ID WIN BUT ILL TRY MY BEST \nLETS START PUTTING CANADIANS FIRST AGAIN! ?? \nLETS MAKE CANADA GREAT \nAGAIN !!????????

Sadly we have extremely weak leaders in Canada. Our Canadian young people thanks to DEI can’t find summer work so they can afford the next semester at school. They came under false pretences. Kick them out. I have no problem with people from India but any people group who uses trickery to come or stay in a country need to go. I am shocked by Pierre. Wow I had such hope for him.

Some of the stats cited here are straight up wrong or... creatively employed, and there's a lot of contradictory information and the typical conservative 'the sky is falling' sensationalism and misattribution. That said, the bas supposition isn't wrong. The bubble we've been sitting on for 20 or so years has completely burst. As someone born and raised in the Toronto area, it's impossible for me to afford to own a house or apartment here on a teacher's salary. Even rent pushes me to the limit unless I want to live in a... less than nice area. I'm living hand to mouth and enjoying the benefits of living in a 'developed' country less. Here's why:\n\n1. Wages aren't really even close to keeping up with the cost of living. The first tick upwards a bit. The second just keeps rising on the back of housing, food, amenities, and inflation: the four horsemen.\n\n2. Our grocery cabal ruthlessly raise prices whenever we look away, and their lobbyists are all ensconced within the leadership of our three major parties, particularly the Conservatives (so if anyone thinks that electing them will help, they're in for a nasty surprise).\n\n3. We're experiencing 'labour shrinkflation': increasing duties are downloaded onto workers and more is expected: more productivity, more availability (almost 24/7 in some jobs), and higher qualifications. Meanwhile, real wages are decreasing relative to living cost, more positions are 'contract', which is basically a way for employers to not have to give you benefits, and job security is tenuous for a lot of people.\n\n4. Houses are being bought by investors and not owners. Foreign entities are money laundering. The wealthy upper crust of high population countries are moving here and buying property because Canada is (still) more safe and stable and less repressive than their home countries in most cases. \n\n5. There's a cycle beginning: as people are squeezed and forced to spend more on 'needs', they spend less on eating out, entertainment, and other 'wants'. These are significant drivers of the service economy and they're being hit hard. So, what can they do? They can let go of workers or lower product costs to remain profitable, but they their quality declines and, in a market where people are pinching every penny and looking for quality for their dollar, they're less likely to go back. They can raise their prices, of course, but then they price people out completely and their profits still tank. I went to a decent steakhouse for my dad's 60th last week. I can't remember the last time that I went to one before that. \n\n6. Our politicians and news cycles focus on the most niche and irrelevant stuff because it'll stoke anger and get tongues wagging. This carbon thing is almost a non-issue, but our conservative leader is harping on about it like it's singlehandedly the death of the Canadian economy when it's a drop in the bucket. Trudeau focuses on 'equity' measures, hoping for a bit of cheap good press, while his efforts are, for the most part, just window dressing and the issues, while meaningful, are often not of paramount importance or even applicable to the vast majority of the people who elected him. Meanwhile, the middle class is pretty much evaporating as he speaks. The NDP keep talking about this in a pretty real way, for what it's worth, but Jagmeet Singh is giving off an increasing vibe of just being another fat cat politician beneath his rhetoric these days. Also, third-party trolls and screeching conservatives try to bury him on social media whenever he speaks... a lot more than other leaders as well, oddly. I wonder why? Oh yeah, the Greens exist and there's Quebec and the conspiracy theory party.\n\n\nUltimately, what we're experiencing is the revenge of the feudal system. Instead of paying rents to your lord and doing labour on the land for him whenever commanded to, you pay rent to your landlord now and go to work even when you're sick or when work hours are over because you have no union protection or are working 'on contract'. Unless we want to live in the armpit of nowhere, 95% of us are going to be wage slaves living hand-to-mouth, not owning our own property, and working to please our corporate overlords if current trends continue unchecked. While some of Canada's problems are unique, I fear that most aren't. As for me, I'm headed to the 'armpit of nowhere' where I can at least have a ghost of a chance of affording life.

JT speaks out of his ass hole and then spews sewage for the public announcement to the world as if he's the shinning piece of turd we should all trust! NEVER EVER Trust a single Trudeau or affiliate. We need properly metted immigration decided by both leaders in where we get our immigrants based on the Needs of this country!!! That was the standard that worked before Castro jr. fooled and lied to the Liberal believeers now kicking their asses suffering in all areas of good living. Murderer's good decision Mr. Hatefueled Turdo!

Welcome to the Communist country of Canada. We have a mentally deranged dictator called Trudeau. Our Prime Minister is a laughing joke among the world leaders. The government of Canada is a joke. The unbelievable lack of any common sense is non-existent. I live in rural Alberta. The hatred for Trudeau is very evident. I was once a proud Canadian. I am now ashamed of what Trudeau has done to this country. He has bankrupted the country which is close to collapsing. He has opened the floodgates to all immigrants mostly Eastern Asians from India and elsewhere. They have brought with them in fighting from their country. There's not enough infrastructure to house or feed these people. The prices of groceries are out of this world. We often see a lack of grocery items in the stores. I have to purchase products online like Amazon. In the province of Alberta, there are no family Drs. to be had. The city of Edmonton has about 6 or 7 Drs. taking new patients. I would not recommend anyone to move to Canada. I would wait until the PC government gets into power and starts to rebuild this country. We need a government that has their feet firmly on the ground.

I have to say that I am quite apalled to hear fellow Canadians being so openly racist--not to mention just plain ignorant. For any non-Canadians watching, let me assure you that the majority of us do not embrace or abide by these sentiments--we are for the most part a progressive, tolerant people who accept and, in many cases, welcome diversity and inclusion. We are, after all, a nation of immigrants--many of whom have escaped the oppression, injustice and intolerance that plague much of the undeveloped world--in pursuit of a better life. They bring their skills, hard work ethic and adaptability to a country that would wither on the vine without them. So, it's essential that we maintain meaningful and robust annual immigration rates to avoid the fates of countries like Japan, Italy, and South Korea: shrinking nations facing hopeless futures of economic decline and demographic collapse. We also need to maintain our pace with the behemoth to the south, or risk being utterly consumed by it. I hope and pray that most Canadians understand these basic truths--especially the younger ones.
\n\nNow, I will admit that with regards to immigration and demographics there are always some logistical and pragmatic challenges that are part of any democratic, pluralistic society--of which we are, generally, a leader. And, sure, our government policies on immigration, employment, education, mental health, and housing need to be fine tuned to improve short and long term outcomes. But to place all of the blame on a single demographic slice of our overall makeup is simplistic, reductivist, dangerous and downright offensive. In a word, it is racist, pure and simple. Is that really who we are, and what we want to be? I hope not.

SKILLED WORKERS AND INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS FUND EVERYTHING IN THIS COUTRY WITH THEIR OWN LIFE SAVINGS - IT IS A SYSTEMIC ISSUE, A SCAM!!!! - We need leaders, political parties, and Members of Parliament who are dedicated to pausing immigration for at least five years to tackle these systemic issues effectively. If your local MP is indifferent to this matter, they are effectively supporting the ongoing crisis. The current situation is untenable and harmful, affecting both Canadians and immigrants who contribute equally yet see little return on their hard work.

They are invading everywhere. Living 25 to a basement. They have large numbers and gang up on any other person or race that opposes them. They steal, commit fraud and bribes daily, drain our food banks dry and never donate a penny. They are destroying our health care system. Just recently 5 men from Brampton were arrested when an Indian dealer and his friends decided to try to scam the Great Canadian Casino Resort and got caught. They will do ANYTHING to get ahead and that means stepping on their own kind. They keep entering through School Mills and LMIA fraud and it won't get shut down, The government doesn't care and loves the money coming in. We need a leader that puts Canadians first but the future looks like a third world. English and French will soon be second and third languages.

I love Canada and the Canadian my parents and grandparents lived and worked in. But Canada has changed \nThe government is corrupt and does not care about the people \n\nCanada can be great again if the people made the decisions, not the corrupt politicians \n\nWe need a new government, limited taxes that are only used for essential functions, not lining politicians and their friends pockets \n\nWe need to work together as all the people of Canada and if you don’t want to be part of that get out Quebec \nWe are not paying to keep you anymore \n\nI have a new vision for Canada, one where all the people make the choices with fair votes and limited taxes and sharing profits of all our natural resources \n\nWe are truly blessed, we just need a political change where the people take control, not the politicians \n\nWe need leaders to work for the people

Justice Trudeau is a growth man but he spoiled by his father and his father’s friends so many years. Only learned political methods for so long years. \nCanadians need a leader who care people in deep, have abundant knowledge, make decisions in wisdom.

I think Trudeau should book a vacation to Havana Cuba to see how his socialist .. more like communist dream works out. Oh .. BTW .. a democratic leader is supposed to represent the will and needs of the people .. not his own will and agenda. The latter is inherent in autocratic -dictators ... Most likely from communist countries.

THIS IS THE OUTCOME OF GLOBAL, AND IMMIGRATION. AS HUMANS CAN WE NOT PULL TOGETHER? WE NEED A SOLID LEADER IN CANADA THAT HAS POLITICAL POLICIES THAT RESPECT “FREEDOM” AND “FAIRNESS” FOR ALL CANADIANS…..HES A LIAR! JUST PROVED IT WITH QUEBEC…ON CARBON TAX.

So I had an accident last week, I got a a fair amount of metal shavings in my eye and I lacerated my eyelid, it took 5 hours to see a doctor. A friend of mine has property with a lot of wood on it , he was behind on property taxes by $200 and the provincial government (basically owned by J.D Irving here in New Brunswick ) are trying to seize his property. Our government is owned by large corporations and our leader is a stuttering idiot who wants to tax us more on every single thing we need to survive.

Country were you pay tons of taxes, but you don’t get good medical care, they make you wait and don’t have enough medical staff to help people.\n\nYou get underpaid, the salaries don’t keep up with cost of living.\n\nA country where you don’t elect your prime minister. It is just the clown that happens to be the leader of the party that gets more seats in the parliament.\n\nAlso you need to ask for government permission even for doing stuff in your own property. It’s a scam for sure I’ll be planning my escape from Canada before I get too old and break a bone in the winter because I slipped on ice I didn’t see because the city didn’t clean the sidewalk properly.

Noone is leaving Canada. \nRefugees are crossing the border in Montreal as we speak. \nThey know the leader of Canada will give them shelter and a cheque along with free transit and free medical. \nBut the leader Trudeau says we need them. \nUneducated immigrants will not change anything. \nThis is the main reason he's going to lose the election. \nEverything has doubled in price since he came in power BUT he's worth 100million so he doesn't know what it's like to struggle.

this is part of the WEF leftist destruction of 'individual' countries, same as what we see in the country previously known as the 'USA', now non existent with border destroyed....Trudeau is just obeying his WEF superiors....(for some PERSONAL CASH) of course......all we need to do is elect new leaders ( good luck with that, as we saw with the 'most secure' 2020 election ) most secure FOR THE CHEATING DEMOCRATS!!!.....

Corrupt and vicious politicians know that Mosques control Muslims through specific leaders. The Mosque also decides who the ordinary Muslim will cast his vote for. All that a politician needs to do is woo the Mosque even at the cost of his own brethren or wellbeing of the country, to win elections. There is a difference between being good and being naive, between being good and being plumb STUPID.

Canada is a doomed country that has nowhere to go but down I don't care who gets elected we are going to end up being a third world shithole country because there is not one person in any political party that will ever do what needs to be done because all any of them care about is what all the leader's of the world think about them not what Canadians think and this is a fact

Its much worse now i live in london there's alot of islamists groups and the leaders are mostly local imams recruiting all over London i dont like the religion as its currupt even goverment has used islam to start wars ever since goverment existed also it breeds hatred and seprates religion its all because of jehad and certain verses in quran that are just negative in genaral and can easily be taken and twisted in which religion isnt about muslims need to start respecting the country and learning to live with other religions in peace

I hope they pass the word around so we get fewer illegals and economic migrants. Canada has to get its house in order for its own people not for all the people coming without being properly vetted according to our “not so good” immigration Law. Our country has many serious problems to address and fix i.e., health care, military funding, police funding, housing, affordable food. We need our borders strengthened and we need a government that puts the citizens first, not a government leader who with his every off the wall action makes us look an easy touch for the criminal element roaming the world. An excellent example of that is the horror story that is New York City.

What's wrong with United Arab Emirates. I heard they have a good economy. The only drawbacks: I think you need to have a fair amount of capital before they will accept you. And the cost of living is rather high. If I could speak Arabic that country along with Saudi Arabia and Kuwait would be one of my possible choices. The problem with Canada today is that the leaders are all completely inept, incompetent, and corrupt. I guess they think that Socialism is the way to go.

Something is very rotten in this world.. The governments of these countries heavily criticise The West but at the end of the day, their refugees from their countries come flocking to us for a better life.. Fleeing is easy! If you really want a better life, you need to work hard and push against your leaders to demand that your voice is heard! offering asylum is the humane thing to do yes, but it's not helping solve any problems. Sometimes you need to be cruel to be kind and i think it's about time we shut the doors.
