Its a lose-lose situation. The immigrants dont realize that the citizens have zero incentive to help them because they will be putting their own children's future at risk. When i was 16, I could find an entry level job. Now, the kids cant even find a job because its filled with literally the lowest common denominator (3rd world immigrants mostly India) and they wont hire anyone who isnt Indian. What India doesnt realize is that the government has lied to them because we, the citizens, do not advocate for having what little work is left taken by people who are just DEI hires. As a Canadian, I only support citizen-ran business and nothing corporate.

I Love when Canadians and American are calling other people immigrants when they themselves are the also the immigrants. These lands were indigenous lands that where stolen from them, they even built schools over top of their bodies, yet they say this is their land. From an Arab / Canadian born and raised here this is truly sad. This country is literally built with all kinds of different nationalities and would be nothing without them all! Several names on the bank website list of leaders are actually Jewish. I think it’s somewhat deceptive to call Jewish people white since when most people think “white” they think Scottish or English, which is unfair. I don’t like the term “white people” since it literally has no context. Someone from Poland or Ukraine for instance, or Russia, has literally nothing in common with someone from Ireland or Sweden for instance bc they have completely different histories, cultures, religions, languages, foods, music, etc. etc. etc. I actually consider the term to be insulting. For instance, how would an oriental person feel if people went around calling them yellow folk? I expect they would not like that very much AT ALL!! Rightly so, they would be insulted. I don’t think black people should allow themselves to be called that either since they are actually NOT black. It’s rude. They are African Canadians. I am Irish Canadian. It makes more sense.

Why would you say the “cost of healthcare in Canada is higher than in Europe” when it’s literally paid-for by our taxes? I mean it doesn’t cover everything (same as UK) like doesn’t cover pharmaceuticals, physio, hearing aids, or dental for most people (they’re changing that slowly thanks to our socialist party that’s been keeping the libs in line), but it’s ridiculous to say it’s costly since for most tax payers it’s basically free. Duh.. it doesn’t work perfectly b/c they are not funded enough b/c rich don’t pay enough taxes, but it suffices. At least everyone is covered unlike the US where only the rich have good healthcare and no medical debt. Very deceptive video.

Our government is useless, prices double and they just act surprised ? They have hearings on why we are being robbed by every single major company in Canada and literally never do a single thing after it’s all just a ruse. These same people own stocks in these companies and just keep doing it. Canadians have been let down by their government so badly it is hard not to call it treason, but it is so bad because we have allowed complete monopoly over certain industries and never controlled them so they feel invincible with the feds invested and such a big market share.

Regular Canadians don’t even want to live here anymore. The finance situation is absolutely broken. It’s mathematically impossible for people to live here let alone immigrate her. \n\nImmigration is a huge part of this country but when you dump 500,000+ more people every year AND THERES LITERALLY NO HOUSING AVAILABLE. We need to cap on immigration until we see a bigger flux of real estate. \n\nThat also means we need to cap on foreign buyers buying out all the new buildings we make. They need to be for Canadians ONLY

Canada is just hyped. It's good for nothing... literally nothing. No jobs, high inflation. Skilled people have no value here. It's a doomed nation.

I plan on leaving Canada next year so I can survive on my pension. 20 year military vet that has no choice but to take my pension and go elsewhere. Canada is literally becoming unlivable. Adding millions of people per year and no housing is destroying the entire nation.

Cost of living has gone up due to immigration, plain and simple. The increased market demand from immigrants is not being met by the supply, which means the market inflates. This is economy 101. If there is something people want (housing), the more people who want it and the less of it there is, the more it will cost. Immigration is *dircetly* affecting the housing crisis in an objectively negative way. *Acknowledge it.*\n\nIf you *don't* think that bringing *500,000* new people into the country *every year* is going to further inflate the market then you are delusional. There is not only already too many people in this country for the government and market to handle, but the government's solution is to bring in even more! *They are literally exacerbating the problem before our very eyes.*

Singapore is nice. Extremely clean and safe with disciplined/hard working people and good food. They polish their public garbage cans. Lots of rich people. R ich and poor live side by side (literally). Environment feels a bit sterile and controlled, though.

I have experienced this many time, mannerless kids keep kicking irrespective of how many times u request politely to not do it. But best is never to talk to minors as they are most likely travelling with an adult so always seek who they are travelling with and report to the staff onboard first. If they say they are not able to help put it on record with ur phone and report once u land, sometimes u can’t resolve this when u are onboard, as so called literate people never apologise.

Having had a friend that worked with Immigration, he told me that they have a department that literally just goes around hunting down people who entered Canada via student visas, but literally just disappear to work once they enter the country.\n\nCanada doesn't even have a hold on their refugee issues - how can Canada still accept more people?

I work for the BC provincial government, and part of my job is to hunt for homes to house women who are escaping violence. After spending 3 months searching for homes in Surrey, I've seen anywhere between 10-22 individuals living in a modest sized home. These homes are often very well run-down, have poor plumbing, and many illegal suites, and I've literally seen people sleeping in closets. Landlords can get away with this because the students from India don't care, don't have a choice, or are used to this standard. What the federal government is doing is unbelievable, allowing many people into the country. Just because international students come from places where they can sleep on top of each other doesn't mean they should allow it to happen here, reducing the living standards for everyday tax-paying Canadians. Despicable.

If we dont stop this the country is going to be ruined for 20 years. We are going to have chronic infrastructure and housing problems for AN ENTIRE GENERATION. Our economy is going to collapse because we have too many people and not enough jobs. We are literally having problems developing nations in Africa or Asia have except we ARE DOING IT TO OURSELVES. We have no neighbors, no swarm of illegal immigration we are literally bombing our own country with people.

There some landlords taking advantage of these students turning houses into rental and putting 12 ppl per house. Literally I know someone paying $400 per rent for one bedroom that she shares with two other people that are also paying $400. How is this legal?

I totally agree that this country will break your spine and test your ultimate willpower. Me and my wife came here 5 years back and we decided that we will shut ourselves like a tortoise. Forget about savings and forget about everything else. Only and only one goal we had in mind is that we will live in the basement and earn top dollars. Just to give you a perspective. My first pay was 19 dollar per hour and my current pay is 87 per hour. My wife started with 16.5 per hour and now earning 69 per hour. Even though our income grew substantially, we never raised our expenses. Answer to all problems in Canada is income. Now after 5 years we bought house worth of 1.4 M. We moved out of basement and felt immense pride. We paid 37% down payment and 3 banks approved our mortgages in a heartbeat. No debt at all. We paid up our car in full. Just a regular new suv nothing fancy. \nEveryone is different, we all are unique and I believe you took a right decision. Each and every word you said in the video is true. \nWe cried , we fought , we felt that our life is ruined but we both thought that ek bar to Canada ko harana hai. There’s more guns than people in America. You can literally go to some cities and buy a gun on the streets for $50. The colleges in schools are being overprotected and there’s new laws coming so I wouldn’t carry anything into those areas.??

I have been in Toronto recently for holidays and it was one of the worst places I have ever been to. The whole city is simply full of cars, it stinks everywhere, you get watched by security all the time when you go shopping (even for clothes), which, as a european, was just a major cultural shock, and once when I used the subway to go somewhere, we could not continue because someone got shot on a street so that is was blocked. The combination with a total lack of any nice place like some nice parks or something (there is the lake, but somehow they managed to literally build an airport on an island opposit of the promenade, which is simply loud and disturbing), I would liteally be depressed after a few months if I had to live there. I am not really sure why people go there despite these high rents. In my opinion, rents would need to be lower than average in such a city...

Heartbreaking. Unfortunately it is the same all over the world. Apartments in my country are up 3 times. Food is up double. It is post covid money printing. Rich people got super rich , middle class lost ground and ordinary people are fight for survival literally. And with AI it will only get worse. Capitalism is failing. And I dont think we have anything to replace it with.

Interesting! Making an announcement that you're leaving a country and going to another country before you decided which country you want to go, looks a bit impetuous. Also leaving Canada and going to another Muslim country where literally 99.9% people are trying to go the opposite way makes me think this announcement is premature. \nAlso, I know lot of people that made an attempt to go to India from US/Canada for reasons of not wanting to raise the children in Western Culture. Among them about 90% came back to the West in less than two years. In my estimate it's even more difficult in the Islamic countries except Turkey and Dubai (which one may question if are even Islamic). \nAnyway, if you succeed and were actually able to settle, you're in the tiniest percentage of the people who were able do that; not a small feat! Those countries you mentioned have Azan and use symbolic ways while they literal slaves from India. A country like Canada might not symbolically showcase holiness, but in practice, at least they don't take your passport away and take you hostage. I think action speaks louder than pretension. I think this video is interesting because many people are upset about the direction Canada is heading because they are trying to make it accommodating to people like you. I saw this as early as 2017 when I attented St. Lawrence College in Cornwall. The year I started, a new program had been created and just happened to be nearly completely seated by Indian students. There were literally 2 or 3 white people in the program, no joke. I also heard at the time that SLC had aggressive recruitment efforts in India.

The problem with healthcare in Canada is middle management.\n\nThere are like 3 managers for every doctor, 2 for every nurse.\n\nThen there is regular administration.\n\nCouple that with the public sector unions that represent ALL of them, and the system becomes geared to making itself bigger, and less efficient.\n\nWhether the public sector unions want to admit it or not, they have literally destroyed healthcare in this country.\n\nIt's all about the people that work in the industry now, and nothing to do with the patient, and THAT is the problem.\n\nIt's gotten even worse since Covid, now EVERYONE that works at a hospital is a ROCK STAR, so you can't say no to any of their demands anymore, or you're a monster that doesn't care about 'front line workers.'\n\nCanada has become a punchline.

Canada is suffering because of bad leadership. The government is unable to step in in housing, because that would mean lowering the global value of it. Unable to step in in services, because it is stuck with unions that support laziness instead of competences and performances. Unable to step in in anything because it is controled by a literal mafia that totally surrounded the government and pull the strings of every ministers who are no longer there for the people they represent, but afraid of being killed by those mafiosies. \n\n So the honest worker is mostly doing 32k a year with charges that are about 30k a year. That means most people are going paycheck to paycheck, unable to afford savings, nor think about retirement. Unable to afford to improved their housing situation, paying rent that is so high that it should be consider a crime. \n\nIn fact, i predict many landlord will be killed in the coming years, by people losing their mind, because of incredible amount of stress they are suffering from. You think i am joking? Just the last 2 days, 2 woman lost their life because of being beaten to death by their husband... \n\nThis country is failing and failing fast because it doesn't take care of its population anymore... it is a doom country and immigration was the nail in the coffin. The system is unable to sustain such a demand. The next year is gonna see an incredible rise in criminality, and i foresee mass murdering events, like there was in the US.

My wife and I used to live in Toronto. We moved to the United States in 2018. We've literally saved more money in the 5 years we've lived in the U.S. than our entire lives in Canada. Everything in Canada is way too expensive, taxes are heaped upon taxes, and the price is inflated even more. Toronto is even more crazy than the rest of Canada in terms of expenses. There is no way young people will ever be able to afford a home or save for retirement.

Nah… they have never wanted them. Thats why the Palestinians have been there in the first place. Way to make it everyone else’s problem… Literally no one wants the Palestinians because they are demanding and not easy to deal with. The Arab countries refused them entry many times in the past as well, including when Israel took hold of the area legally. If the Palestinians stay, they have to learn how to be okay living in a Jewish state, and they have so far proven they cannot figure out how to do that. They certainly should leave if that is the case to make their lives easier, but answers like this just keep pushing the problem back on the Jews. Then you have to be okay with the only options the Jews are left with to ensure their own people are safe.

The battle between rationalism, western greco-roman values and religious faith does effect people. It's better for people who live by a book, to move to areas where Abrahamic religions still have relevance. Secularism has pluses and minuses, but is the hot bed of technology, invention and human rights. Alas theocracies, if taken literally lead to judgement and intolerance for those who need to be protected. Progress carries on regardless.

Yup.... I got out of Canada too. I find everything there is fake. The schools are fake, hospitals are fake, press, government.... I was a union member and the union was definitely fake. Cost of living, debt and inflation meant there was literally not a penny left after all the taxes and bills were paid. I was very lonely and to be honest people just stayed in their own groups and were very rude.

It's crazy that they're mad at the us for not whating to let people into such a great country. It's not a safe haven. I really do wish u all the best, but coming from a Muslim country myself immigrating to Canada recently, I’d say don’t get your hopes up, because so called “Muslim” countries aren’t much different, and having to live in a country where u can hear the athan is nice, but unfortunately is not enough. This is actually my problem with Western Muslims, romantacizing Muslim countries. I literally practiced Islam fully and more freely in Toronto than in Cairo or Dubai. There is no such thing is a “Muslim country” the way you guys having it painted in your minds! People in those countries are as just “people” they sin and as. corrupt as societies in the West but in a different way.

They show a lot of grocery stores when they talk about monopolies, but it’s in everything. When I was getting my internet set up I found out only one of the two main companies in Canada is provided for my area (they do this on purpose). So I pay over $100 a month just for internet. And literally have no other cheaper option other than living with no internet. (I’m in a small town so there aren’t even any cafes or anything to pop into). And live alone. Another thing, we’ve got a big country, and I live in a rural community, so most of my colleagues drive at least 45 minutes to get to work, one way, because they’d rather live in the city. And this is NB so you can’t take public transportation like trains to get here, you’re driving on the highway to get here. Since the pandemic houses have more than doubled, I did get a raise, but it was I think 4% over the last three years. So cost of living is definitely increasing at a much higher rate. Before the pandemic I could buy a week of groceries for one person for $60, now it’s more than $100 for a week easily, and that’s with looking for bargains and reducing the amount of meat and fresh produce I eat. It can’t keep getting worse, because people already can’t afford it, so something is going to have to change before everything breaks completely.

As a European who lived for 3 years in Canada, I have to say that Canadians - as much as I love them - are very entitled. They live in a bubble and don't realise how good they have it. \n\nTheir country is beautiful, the lifestyle is phenomenal even if you aren't rich. A lot of things they complain about like rising house prices, food costs, and political divide is literally happening everywhere - I'm really not sure why they think only Canada is struggling with this right now. Perhaps because on their strong currency they can go and live like Kings in somewhere like Portugal or Bali, but then they don't realise that they are bringing over the cost of living crisis and making things harder for locals when they do that. \n\nThey want things to be perfect, which isn't something to discourage but they don't realise how much harder life is like in most other countries on the planet. The only ones who appreciated it were the people who had lived for a few years in the UK or Paris or Australia, or somewhere else they imagined that life was easier and then ended up actually miserable and actually struggling - and then soon fly back to Canada. I have to say though I do love the sense of always wanting things to be better, whilst in Europe we tend to accept having less, less options and struggle to the extent that we don't even see it as struggle.
