A country has immigration laws. Some abide by them, others enter the country without caring. It would be deportation if the first group were removed from the country. Removing the latter from the country is simply the implementation of applicable law, is as such a duty of the state, and has absolutely nothing to do with deportation. It should be a crime to describe the enforcement of law and order as deportation.

Why are they complaining ? You have to apply from your own country to migrate to USA , with background check , with proper documentations and wait for approval to enter USA

Wow so I’m a Canadian living in the US and I’ve been doing my process legally and I entered the country legally but wait I haven’t gotten no ID nor social security so when they come they get everything like in 3-6 months and I’ve been waiting for 6 years.

People from many countries enter with tourist visas and then try to stay permanently or just disappear. Indian's are famous for doing that. Entry via Vancouver too.

Believe or not because of the behavioural issues also become one reason for rejection. Maybe not a big reason but it definitely should consider. Any immigrant who enters to a country must obey the rules and policies, respect others, environment, culture etc. in Canada from some cities other nations are moving out out due this people are trying to make here as their country in all aspects. I don’t know about rest of the world but in the US alone, 700,000 Indians entered the country either illegally or overstayed their US visa just last year alone. In Canada, some Indian international students were discovered to have forged their education documents and now have been deported. Temporary workers are demanding permanent residency after work visa extensions have been cancelled due to housing shortages & increasing unemployment rate. \n\nIndian people in general are good workers but these protest aren’t helping and demanding they be allowed to stay while their documents are forged is upsetting Canadians.
