Tariffs 10%??\n\nMost should know that the fentanyl coming thru Canada is less than 1% If your wondering where the other 99% is coming from,know this- china allows the sale of the precursor drugs needed to make fentanyl, and it's unregulated. They suppy the mexican cartels these drugs to make and sell which comes across Mexican borders into the US. If china regulated the precursor drugs it could stop fentanyl manufacturing in its tracks. Again 10% tariffs vs 25% tariff. There was a time that china cooperated & worked with the US on this but have since stopped.\nSo whatever is going on with the trump administration, it's clear by the numbers this isn't about fentanyl with Canada. Especially since he didn't extend the same tariffs to the country that could actually stop the making of this horrible drug.

Canada has done nothing but put out propaganda. Canada is a Liberal country that interferes with our elections. Now if I want to know how to adjust my fake eyebrows or how to talk tough while having a small population and only one neighbor that happens to be an ally and the world's super power then I'll ask Trudeau and the Canadians for their input. I come from a long line of Canadian’s, I’m not a fan of Trudeau but I have to say he made me proud today standing up to the school yard bully. I know most Americans don’t support what Trump is doing because as Canadian and Americans we are decent hard working people who don’t need a government that doesn’t speak for the people God bless us all the world needs to find a way for peace our children and grandchildren deserve better.

Dear dear people of Canada if any of you read any of these comments I want you to know that there are A LOT of us who are ABSOLUTELY NOT happy, about anything that this man\n who has been elected president, is doing. There are some of us who had definitely considered asking Canada for a dual citizenship. More than half of us DID NOT vote for him, and those that did likely had no idea what tariffs were or certainly didn’t understand how they work. Though I didn’t vote for him, I am so embarrassed and I am so sorry to the entire world for the horrible decision so many people in my country have made.

North Carolinian American here. I am ashamed of our country pushing our allies away. What I and many others want to let our allies know is that we support them. Our country is getting closer to isolationism, and it isn't good if we want inflation and prices to go down. History has shown us what happened to our country when we were isolated, and it brought economic devastation throughout the country. Don’t let his BS fool you! Look around in your own communities. Look at the health care system. How many do you know that don’t have a GP so can’t get proper care even though they are sick. The ER tells us we have to have a general practitioner to get anything done! And then there are communities like on Vancouver Island that have closed ER’s in many cities leaving the injured to drive for 2 to 4 hours to the nearest ER. Have any Canadian citizens not heard of fentanyl deaths? Or had someone within 6 people from them have related addiction issues. How many homeless people wander the streets of your communities? This list goes on and on including things like affordable groceries , affordable homes , affordable utilities! \nACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!
