I'm not saying everything is poorly managed, but my impression is that about 80% of it is. For example, canada has the third largest oil reserves in the world, and we import oil. I think immigrants should think about this before coming here. Do you really want to be part of a team like this? How do I get around this bad management. I work for myself.
