I am an older white trans woman that prefers to date black men as I just find them more attractive. Here it comes the proverbial but, I sometimes find it hard to not be prejudice. Canada has been getting rich off all the Chinese immigrants for year's. Starting with Expo and the man that everyone loves Jim Pattison. Do your research. The growing Chinese population is rising and molding Canada to be a new version of China. The problem is that it's happening everywhere and the new problem is that it's become easier to play and flash the overused racist/discriminative card. If the government does not act now and recognize their manifestation of this major problem that is shifting Canada's true values and this will grow out of hand and it will be to late. Many Canadian's are already feeling the rage and soon someone's rage will explode causing a ripple. There has to be a conversation and although it appears it would be a late of a game play it still needs to be addressed and stop sweeping under rug. Canada is known for it's non confrontational image but someone will shake it up and it might be to late by then for the government to step in and of course not be accountable. They get a lot of money each year from the demographics and don't want to do much about the growing explosive problem. Housing is a key problem and the Chinese population has gravely diminished Canadian born lives and their families. Yes understandably their are many born Chinese immigrants but we are discussing the new blood with deceptive intentions.

Go back if your offended by Canada and it's TRUE culture. We are not a multicultural society.

Some countries have poor economies. The reasons are what they are. It’s a fact of life. No one has the right to a better life abroad. This is just reality. It’s not fair and it’s not easy to accept. The refugee claim is simply not true for countries not at war. Central America is not at war. Economic migration is legitimate only for those who qualify by expertise and education. Canada is wide open to Chinese, Indian, and Philippine immigration. All others are tightly restricted. That’s just how it is.

And btw CBC, talking about intolerance and hate, will you be doing a major CBC investigation into the many arson fires at Christian churches of late? There is clear hatred against a religious group going on with the latest arson at the famous Nantes cathedral in France. Will the CBC be doing stories about the racial hate of the perps when they are caught? Even if the perps are not white? Somehow I doubt it. Although it's a daily topic in the CBC, their anti racism coverage only extends to certain select groups. They don't actually demonstrate a true belief in equality.

Oppression of a race is ofcourse unacceptable, But it is made to seem that racism is worse now than decades before, like when blacks were forced to sit in the back of the bus, and native kids were put in residential schools, Such things i think were real forms of systemic racism, i am not saying that racism does still not exist anymore, It clearly does. My parents came to Canada as teenagers, and they are non-European immigrants. The kindest and most compassionate people Ive ever met and im not saying that because im their son but because its true, im nothing like them anymore. Being born and raised in Canada I have NEVER felt like this is my home or that I belong/am welcomed here.

Just like to say im middle eastern / Heinz 57 mix as i work construction i spend all day everday outside. By the end of the summer i become very very dark and the opposite is true come later winter months when ive almost fully lost my tan. I definately notice a lot more untrusted/weary attitudes towards me when im in the darker state. However in the lighter state those things seem to vanish. Ill just add that the colour change im refering is not minor..

For the shopping experience, they have the guys go in carrying hand bags. That's going to get their attention since shoplifters could easily put things into the bags and most people don't bring computer bags, hand bags etc when they shop.\n\nI've had instances where people were awful to me for no apparent reason (I'm white), and it struck me that if i was black, I would attribute the terrible treatment to racism since I couldn't think of any other reason for the bad treatment. \n\nAnother form of racism not covered here is the racism of low expectations. If people assume that you are too dumb to understand something or too poor to afford something, that's wrong. Same holds true for treating women as if they won't understand. Usually this behavior is done, not by bad people, but by people who just haven't had a lot of interactions with different people of different races. So they haven't had the chance to have those stereotypes personally disproven.

Some Americans think seeking asylum is somehow skipping the line or illegal, none of which are true. There is a line, a list.
