These same ladies have also posted a more recent video (see below) called Why Immigrants Stay In Canada - Even If They Don't Want To.\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zTTcxGd5s5g

Is there a test to be a non-citizen immigrant just staying for business? What if you just want to retire in Canada, does that need a immigration test? Sorry but it's kinda weird from my perspective.

I'm 44 year old male, I came to Canada age of ten from Nicaragua, I was about to leave and go back, I sold my house and rented for a bit before deciding to stay and buy in on port hope , beautiful little town. I almost have my place paid for and planning to buy a place in Nicaragua so I can have both worlds rather than just one

I moved to Canada about 17 years ago and yes it is an absolute pain to jump through all the hoops they want you to go through. I was only here a few days and I came from Ireland as a brick and stone mason they recruited me from Ireland and wanted me to come out. Within three days on the job I learned I would be getting less wages than the other bricklayers. I packed up my tools and walked off the job I notified the employer and the union by emails and told him I’d be flying back home in a few days. Well the union and the employers came running straight away to get me to stay. Trying to explain that after a couple of months I’d be on the same money as the rest of the guys. This is where I explain to them that taking home C$1100 was already a pay cut a massive pay cut as are used to take home 2500 to 2200 Euros living in Ireland. I moved to Canada for a change of lifestyle but that doesn’t mean I was going to be taken advantage of. And that’s when they said they would pay me the same as everybody else. Sometimes you just have to stand up for yourself and be willing to follow through. They even reimbursed me for the airline ticket I bought to go back. Some skill sets they really need in this country in addition Canadians population growth is absolutely dependent upon immigration as the family sizes and birth rates are critically to lol to sustained a country. As I’ve said I’ve been living here 17 years now and I am a Canadian citizen I guess that makes me an Irish Canadian now.

Y'all need to come to Atlanta for your next US tour! No need to be afraid of us Southerners!\n\nP.S. I discovered your channel just in time for staying up hours upon end feeding a newborn -- some of the funniest stuff I've seen in a very long time. And I'm pretty sure it's not just the sleep deprivation saying that.

Okay…I’ll admit… I stayed up waiting for this to drop. It is 1:00am here. I can go to bed happy! You guys make my Thursdays! ☺️

You gals are on point with most of the things. However, there are few things that were not discussed here that might be of help to those planning to immigrate. Things that they should know before they pack their bags in the hopes that they will have the best of both worlds once they land in Canada. Most immigration agents give false hopes as they get paid for doing so. So, research, research, research before you put all your money in one basket. While some people return to their home country because they eventually have come to realization that Canada will not give them the life they hoped for, others some how manage to settle down. Then there is another group that stay behind because they have no place to go because they made the big mistake of putting all they had in one basket and took risk of spending it in Canada. Also, if you are a professional, you are better off working in U.S than Canada. Job opportunities in U.S for professionals are far better than in Canada. Finding a job in Canada is based on whom you know rather than what your skill sets and qualifications are. Foreign qualifications including U.S degrees are not well accepted in Canada. U.S employers hire based on skill sets and whom you know is not much of a factor that will impact your job search. Unlike Canada, U.S accepts foreign qualified workers in most professional jobs and do not require that you to study in U.S for most professional fields. While pay is 40% more in U.S for the same job in Canada, home prices in U.S are 40% less expensive than in Canada. Food for thought.

I’m not surprised Quebec is rank 1 when we sending equalization money from Alberta, the greatest province in Canada. Alberta will stay strong forever.

That is right buddies.\n\nStill think we are less strong than the government?!\n\nWe will globally stand together with our Muslim friends and defeat the governments. (globally)\n\nAfter this the one world government will be installed. (simply stay together against them)\n\nThis is called a dream own-goal by the new world order.\n\nAnd they will completely fail in everything.\n\n?\n\nThe Revolution\n\n?

Great video. I am currently live in Czech Republic, but would like to move to Canada to get some life experience, improve my language skills. I would like to stay here for few years. But I do not know where to start, finding apartment, job, etc.

Yeah come back to India. Stay away from such douchebags .

Yeah fuck this list, putting backwards Alberta and Quebec at the top while putting Manitoba at the bottom. Gee why the fuck does Winnipeg alone out populate most of the entire province's ranked above it? You'd think of it's such a terrible place to live nobody would be stay. But it's actually I've of the most progressive and diverse places in Canada where as the video admits you can actually find a job too. Fuck this shit, while jobless Atlantic Canada gets an the credit Manitoba actually has the jobs and culture for real and is just coolest, but wait we have plenty of energy and construction to deal with that problem. Manitoba is still one of the greatest places in the world to live and this list fucking bellies that fact.

Why do so FEW people leave Canada? That should be the title. You should also mention that if someone of a very wealthy country comes to Canada, then the probability of staying decreases. You should also compare it because in general Canada is too great
2021-11-03 0
I understand the list until b.c, alberta ontario and b.c should be all switched, alberta should be in the spot of British columbia because look at the economy, Albertas economy crashed and people are losing money because house values have went down and the cold is insane. The province otherwise is amazing.Ontario should be 2 and Quebec should stay at 1.For the people thinking Ontario should be 1 Quebecs technology and skill is ahead of canada because Quebecs lifestyle is similar to European lifestyle.I have been to Quebec this summer and understand why he put it number 1 but as a resident of Ontario and comparison to all provinces it shouldve been number 2 but thats just my opinion.

Moving to and leaving a country is easiest in the early part of your life, under 35. I would move to Australia if I were a lot younger. The cost of living is high, just like in Canada, but at least the weather is near perfect where I stay there. As for business or commerce, Canada is a backward country.

As an Canadian I NEEEEEED TO SAY that one of Alberta's biggest problems, and a reason you may not want to live there, was not mentioned in this video. ALBERTA HAS A HUGE PROBLEM with racism, and sexism really. I'm not the one to speak on its nuances, but I can tell you based on my 6 month stay there, its not somewhere I want to live. I'm not even a person of colour, just female and it was horrid. I can't imagine being indigenous and female. I'm sorry for the people and especially women who would like to live in a different environment and can't seem to get out. Hope you find your rainbow.

I don’t agree with Quebec as a whole being up so high on the list. They have their own tax and medical system , much higher cost. You must have your children in a unilingual French School unless you have substantial proof that they have a solid English background. English speakers for the most part are ostracized in most of Quebec except some areas of Montreal. All government work places speak only French and there are no English rights in Quebec unless you work for the government of Canada and then good luck getting a job in Quebec as they are designated a unilingual French language speaking province for Canadian government jobs and you won’t qualify unless you speak and read and write French. All signage is restricted to French and the province doesn’t follow any international standards. Even the air traffic controllers only speak French which is why most major airlines don’t fly into Quebec as the standard of language for them is English world wide except Quebec. They have different road rules, tax legislation and pension than the rest of Canada. Wouldn’t want to live there myself. I have a sister in Montreal. Don’t know why she stays.

The best investment strategy can turn into the worst if you don't have the stomach to see it through. can you handle staying in when everyone else is jumping ship? or getting out during the biggest rally? As much as you need to know the market, you need to know yourself too.

okay, i'm gonna play the devil's advocate.... based on my experience of living and working in 2 cities of the East - Dubai and Delhi, i can say for sure that Canada is light years better than these cities ..... if ur worried about high costs in Canada, Dubai will scare the living daylights out of you. Dubai has a very unstable economy, absolutely no chance of saving, and no free government services. So in case you are diagnosed with a serious medical conditions may god be with you. I loved staying in Delhi while growing up, got some valuable life lessons, but for a working class person Delhi is nothing short of hell.

I'm Aussie and love all about Canada. The landscape, the people, the food, hockey jerseys and snow. Canadians I've met here seem to filter out idiots but with persistence in time do open up to others who have intelligent views. Meaning I feel they don't suffer fools. A respectable trait.\nI love all Canadians and our door is open to come over and sun-baked over here. \nI'd love to visit, even stay a while but would miss sunny Queensland. But heil Canadia

So, please help me out here, Please educate me....please. I'm a dual national (USA/CAN). I was up in Canada for business and ended up staying in the great White North for a year eh!, and now back in the land of the free. \n\nHow would you compare Government control of business transactions by citizens (All Legal)) in Canada and that in the USA? \n\nI'll even throw in an example, so please don't delete this comment i would love to gauge the reaction of others. \nCrypto is huge and in its infancy, great opportunity for business folks that know how to play the game. I invested $1000 US and purchased two Tokens at a fraction of a cent and had 200 Billion Tokens in my wallet (Token/Coin Birth). My business partner in Texas made the same purchase. Fast forward two months, he has $980Million USD in his wallet and I have $600 USD in mine (i was in Canada, My partner in Texas USA). All transactions were block chained and reported for taxation . Can you tell me why? \n\n\n\nBest of luck to you two young ladies, have a great and controlled life.

I'll be moving to Vancouver to study the next year. To be honest, I like Canada but the main reason is that I really want to stay there with a PR. Some people say it is easy and some say that it is extremely difficult, which should I believe? ??

Support the Poutine shirt, thanks for the video. I'm on the limbo of choosing to stay in my home country Malaysia or migrating to Canada. I don't mind the winters and reboot in career cause I am in corporate sales. Cheers to both of you!

Canada should stop steal the third world's human ressources. Those countries stay poor because their population is leaving. We should help those countries not to lose their chances
2021-08-24 2
Canada wasn't like that when my parents moved in the 90s. I grew up in Vancouver, but left because of the housing market and also the suffocating political correctness.\n\nPlus the terrible winters.\n\nPlus the amount of tax you have to pay. \n\nHonestly not many incentives for me to stay.

Canada is huge. Have any of you truly explored all of it? Leave or stay, come or go, your always welcome and welcomed back anytime. Sorry you didn't have the best experience. Well that's a'bout it. Maple syrup. Bacon. Poutine. The telephone. Penicillin. Velcro. Nuclear power.

The advice ;immigrants stay a way and find another distination for your dreams.. Thank you beautiful ladies... A I'm not going to work hard to be stealed by the government. Which I run away in first place. ...this is another country out of the list...

I left Canada to have a better life overseas some years ago, and I'm very happy with my life now. I grew up in Toronto and moved to Vancouver with my family later on, but neither places had weather conditions we wanted. Toronto winter is too long and Vancouver has depressing non-stop rain for six months. On top of all that, everything there got way too expensive to live and everything is too slow... Did I mention endless road constructions everywhere since forever ago? Well, some of us tried very hard to stay but sometimes migrating can help. \nCanada is definitely a beautiful country, but beauty isn't what makes our lives happy in reality.

I know Canada is not perfect and I find you’re a bit hard on the red maple leaf... just because you don’t find the same things as your native country. It’s like\nfrench people coming from France, going to Quebec province an complaining about the food, the weather etc... well we’re not France, sorry to say! But I can\ntry to understand your situation; it’s probably inevitable that the comparison between your country and Canada would show up eventually. I see regularly \nimmigrants moving here and it’s true that it’s not easy. (Some people will have to be cab drivers because they can’t find work in their field). But you have\nopportunities if you work hard. I have the example of a Russian truck driver who move here with his family (wife, two kids). The man started by working for\na general transport company, then was able to buy his own truck. Now he’s able to work with whoever he wants. So I think every experience is different.\nOne other thing I noticed is that for families coming here it will always be easier for kids (even teens) to adapt quicker then their parents. I live in the east\n(the maritimes) and there is not very large cities. Some immigrants that come here will stay for a while but then they would move to a larger city (like\nToronto) because that city must have the most ethnic diversity in Canada. For cultural differences true that Canadians are like Americans in the «none»\nfashion trending. It’s a different mentality then Europe because over there fashion is a statement; you are judge on your appearance. Here, not as much.\nIt shows you don’t like winter and if you don’t your not a real Canadian! :-) Don’t generalize, a lot of people here like winter. And for taxes I don’t have a clear\nexplanation other then we have a huge empty country that needs roads, infrastructures, etc. and someone has to pay for it! (fun fact, all the population\nof Canada could fit in a country like Poland... it shows how empty it is here). Finally, and I heard this many times, maybe the people or the part of the\ngovernment to blame is Immigration Canada. Maybe they give to much of an idealistic image of Canada! I truly hope that all will be fine for you here.\nDon’t forget that you can make a change to the society; if you don’t like it, you can make it better! Cheers! (Sorry for this long message)

Out of all the videos this is the most genuine one, a straight forward review of the reality that an immigrant has to face no sugar coating, like the agents do to get the customers\nVery well done guys keep up the good work you rock!!!. I was planning to move to Canada and you answered all my queries in one go ,in future I would love to consult your channel rather than wasting my time on some agents.\nThanks again stay blessed and continue the process .\nRegards

I'm okay until I can make the dollars flow in, it's isn't easy anywhere to be honest, I started here 3 years ago as a student, graduated recently, and found a decent job, I will stay for the time being, but it's in my back of the head to go back someday not anytime soon though ?

My family came here from the UK in the 1920s. They were very poor there. When they got here they were able to get jobs and did a lot better for themselves. I am grateful that they stayed in Canada. The situation in England is so bad now I just can't imagine having to live there. I know Canada is not perfect and that there is a lot of work to do. We depend on immigrants to help us now in the same ways they helped this country when my family came here. Pmease help us make things better for all of us. Thank you.

canada is great country to immigrate if you come from money. and your family can comfortably bankroll your stay there. but if you are going too canada thinking you'll make money, well lets just say you will be brutalised by life there. the best time to move to canada is whn doing an undergraduate degree since you get to start from the bottom in matters of work experience and build the social networks along the years. it is sad to hear cab drivers in canada most who are immigrants were doctors, some even surgeons back in their home country
2021-08-04 1
Great information even though it's made me a bit nervous. I'm moving to Canada in October and I will be staying in Ontario. Any advice about employment would help a lot as I'm willing to start at the bottom if need be. I have a work permit.
