Wow I never knew of Canada's prejudices. I encounter a lot of Toronto ppl in NYC that I'm not keen on but their personalities just remind me of folks you encounter on the upper Eastside. Governments don't give a f about racism because its doesn't apply to them, majority of these institutional leaders are narcissistic, they luck empathy and don't know how to put themselves in others shoes. You guys know that’s the point it’s an unconscious choice so while one wording may make you disagree on the surface another wording may strike a cord with your unconscious mind. It’s supposed to make you respond quick and true with different versions of the question to make your mind work.

Racism is defiantly a problem BUT offers are USUALLY based on credit scores. They didn’t provide more than one test that ‘determines bias’?!?!?!? These tests are garbage. PEOPLE OFFER HELP based physiology. Example... If someone looks like they are looking for something then they don’t know what they want. If you offer help and customers deny but hang elongated experiences of looking for something — one would look for ‘why’ is this person still looking heavily for something but yet denied help.

Hello, when I've read requirement one is that need to have 1 year 1560 hour work experience in 3 year, is it possible to participate in this program and your work experience wasn't 1 year (in my case I have't work anywhere almost 3 year I work as self employed) I have this experience if it was in 4 year but there is write in 3 year, also there is write that your hour not calculate when someone work as self employed so that I am looking solution but couldn't find anywhere answer please if someone know this answer my question thanks :)
