We were not born with any clothes or phones or guns or any freaking borders. Yet I read these comments and watch in shear amazement at how everyday people pickup the mantle of these god awful politicians. They argue how these people or that people should be sent back a few hundred miles this way or that way. Truth is, we are unwelcome immigrants in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Venezuela, Libya, and a whole host of countries around the world. Killing people to save them. Yet, after our immigration destroys their countries. We have the nerve to tell them they are not welcome in ours. Truth is the world is getting tired of people that classify themselves as white people thinking they have some god given right to tell people when, where, and how to live. People that classify themselves as white are beginning to be seen as a virus of destruction that infects this once peaceful planet. You know what happens to viruses. They run their course and then are DESTROYED.

The guy is able-bodied and willing to work for a living! For god’s sake let him stay and contribute to our society! These are exactly the types of immigrants we need in Canada. Lol, the funniest part about most shoplifters is that they are usually white and the only reason they don't get caught is because no one is watching them or cares if they steal. Even when a worker sees them stealing, they let them get away with it. Smdh. I've seen it many times. One specific time some white guy walked so casually into the beverage aisle at Walmart, put 4 packages of 4 pk Redbull in his backpack, and walked away like nothing happened. Another time, this white guy went to the bulk candy section, loaded up his bag, security SAW HIM and stared at him leaving the store AND DID NOTHING! This white guy I used to work with ALWAYS STOLE HIS LUNCHES and jokingly admitted that he stole cause NO ONE WATCHES HIM OR CARES IF HE DOES! I SEE IT ALL THE TIME! So you little white people watching everyone else, I hope you all lose billions since you love to watch other people and not your own, LMAO!

Racism...even from Asians against black people, but they do not talk about it. Racism... even from black people with light skin against black people with dark skin. (Just watch how many black girls with dark skin have opportunities in US, and compare with black girls with light skin). Racism...even from black people against they own skin colour ( the pandemy of bleaching skin). Racism... even from white people against people with diferent races. This problem must be addressed from many perspectives.

The disguised security guy is trying to do good, but he has a long way to go. He said something along the lines as to the stereo type being what is proven. My response is how would you know if you are targeting people of color and not watching ALL people for loss prevention!?!? My nephew went to the store the other day and was surrounded by four employees demanding to see his receipt which he had ,  and he and the employees are all White/I went to Kmart to buy a VCR when they were popular and it had no price on it so I had the employee who was Black scan it for me and after she was done scanning it she told the stores security officer who also happened to be Black to watch me that I might try to steal it so she followed me to the checkout line and watched me pay for it and then she still wanted to see the receipt, also  one time our fuses went out so my mother went to this store that was owned by an Arab to buy fuses and was told if they weren't the right ones to bring them back and so she did and then was called a thief for it ,So would you say we were   racially profiled?

Important thing for those watching to keep in mind is that every black person has different experiences across the country. You'll have areas where blacks are racially disadvantaged and discriminated against, and others where they are equal and simply seen as another normal human. For me, it has been the latter fortunately, I've only experienced racism 1 time in my 14 years in Ottawa (born and raised in Ethiopia).

Shopper Drug mart in TD Square-Downtown Calgary. I get racially profiled there all the time. It was busy one night while I was trying to buy something and I saw two people steal items right under the nose of the cashier. Since I get racially profiled there all the time I just watched the whole thing play out and laughed. Now I just bug the heck of the people following me: I ask them to look for stuff for me all the time. I don’t like the attention but I’ll make them work. And the people who do the racial profile are often people of colour, smdh! And the owners of most of these shoppers drug mart in Calgary are Chinese.

Sure Scheer needs more of a backbone but come on, he needs to watch his mouth right now! Common sense says he is not going to push any buttons until after election but Scheer is for Canadians!! We all need to band together and vote Scheer or king trudy will get back in, he still has a lot of the dense population in Quebec and Ontario. Keep in mind that no one voted Trudeau really in western Canada and he still got in with our undemocratic election process (the one he promised to change before realizing it was the only reason he was elected and backed out). After watching this I came to the conclusion that - sadly - our First Nations - are facing the worst discrimination of all. With regards to the testing of the woman wearing the hijab and the niqab I was pleasantly surprised that she got as much support as she did when wearing the niqab. I wouldn't approach anyone - man or woman - where I can only see their eyes. A man on a street wearing a ski mask scares me just as much as a woman wearing a niqab. Think of the Klu Klux Klan - their disguises were terrifying - worn to commit the worst kinds of crimes without detection - just as ISIS terrorists wear their masks. It's not discrimination - I just feel physically threatened by humans wearing disguises. I include clowns in that group.

Now I get it...When I am looking around at things to shop, one of the store staff is constantly with me, whichever way I move. I always thought they just want to be there to help. I can't shop longer with someone constantly watching me browsing through. After 5 min, it builds up pressure and I quit.

just watched the national on the cbc and an muslim guest said that canadians are accepting, tolerant, kind, etc --- I ask why are muslims not? they do not seem to tolerate becoming canadian - accepting our customs and when confronted some of them are really agressive (but that's just my experience) ... and then there's MO, a good friend of mine (his name is mohammed but prefers Mo - he says it causes less problems in these times) why are immigrates against integrating into our customs - it seems to me our customs are pretty good. we don't believe gays should be thrown off buildings - we don't believe someone who steals should have a hand chopped off, we do not believe that an atheist should be decapitated. If you have a choice it seems you should choose to integrate. now you'll say my view is simplistic - but we complicate things too much - progess is mans ability to complicate simplicity (someone smart once said this)
