As an African living in Africa, my first experience with Racial Profiling was by the Swedish Immigration officers trying to cross over from Denmark for a half day trip. While I can dont live in such a space, racism causes anger and division. I was resentful and can't imagine living like that daily! Because I am black, the tour bus was detained for over three hours, and I felt like apologising, except how do you apologise for being skin? Despite several calls to the immigration agency, nothing came out of it and remains the most traumatic and humiliating event of my life. Not all Africans are trying to move to Europe! Oh! and no one in the bus spoke up.

I am white and i get followed in almost every store cause i have a beard and long hair i was going to a documentary on this a few weeks full beard and long hair and few weeks short hair clean shaven just to show proof that everywhere you go beards bring heat on you even police do not respect a man with a beard hes automatically the bad guy in every situation

ah... only when people fear hence its called racism. Again looking at the symptoms and not the root cause. How are you people failing at this.

In all the world always is going to be racism against minorities, and its never going to end, But the ones that suffer racism have to learn to defend themselves without violence. Always stand up and Don't let anyone treat you bad cause of racism. ??

I realize that some people are asses....that will never end. But the term racism is thrown around way too much. First of all, it’s tribalism and it’s a normal part of being human. Any thing that is ‘other’ or different will be viewed with suspicion and or dislike. It will never be stopped, it can’t be educated away and it can’t be made to go away by immersing people in multiculturalism. Think back to when you were a child even...seeing someone who was handicapped would make you wary of them. Now, when those normal perceptions cause you to treat someone bad or as a lesser person is when it becomes a problem. That CAN be educated away. But to attempt to make people feel bad because of there responses to the faces on the computer is ridiculous. EVERYONE, regardless of race, will have tendencies towards tribalistic thinking.

He talking and laughing with them and they aren't any different behind his back no matter how nice they pretends. These people hate us cause they know who we are wake up.

I have been profiled like that in stores. Asking me for help and what not. You know what I do, I have them stay with me for about 15 min to half an hour. Just asking then questions constantly. Dont stop! They will think about it twice next time. I promise you. And the thing is just ask simple questions, be like mmh uhh. Just shop dont pay them no mind. I like it cause at the same time your being entertained while shopping.

Im white and Never in my life was I followed... Funny thing is that I could be robbing these places left and right but just cause im white no one bats a eye... But if i was acting suspicious then someone would probably follow me....

Lost a job interview cause when I show up I was black. So I didn't get the job,s apartment's. I have kid's and it's Said that my kids have to witness stuff like this with me almost every day. I'm just said that this happened in Canada with a smile lol

That's because we live in a society where it is embedded in us to conform to certain standards. Black people and other races of color are more suppressed in a sense because of what they have endured and may have to deal with this, especially, more than whites. Subconsciously, a black person is more prone to agree with the white standard that's been forced upon them , causing the answers to have no preference either way. If white people were the minority and lived in a predominantly black society then a white persons answers would also show no preference either way. I wish it wasnt so and hopefully one day, all of us as a whole, can change this idiocy, and come together as one.

Racial descrimination depends on where you go if you're white and go to a place where the majority is black chances are you will be followed cause you're a minority

This is not how you fight racism. You fight racism not by guilt tripping and causing outrage. You fight it by bringing unlikely people together to learn about each other to mitigate fear and misunderstanding. It doesn’t really help to point out these kinds of issues. It’s no surprise. We are all ignorant about something, someone’s physical features or cultures. The goal is to reduce ignorance and misunderstanding. This is just a gossip outrage piece. And these kinds of pieces are being pimped out. They are cheap.

Open borders is the cause of the increase in racism. You allow people in to people's towns unregulated and people will be unwelcomeing. Especially when the government has given us reason to be worried about exactly who is here and that will make people judge based on physical characteristics. You can literally buy a passport/ citizenship from any countries even the country that don't sell passport/ citizenship. You can donate money, buy the passport, invest heavily in their country or doing a big project in their country, that's some of the ways to get citizenship/ passport without getting troubles. A passport/ citizenship to another is not a big deal when you have hundreds of million dollars cause you can live anywhere you want.
