Once an apartment complex has reached its full capacity the rents go up has to do with timing also if you wait a few months you're going to pay more in a good economy. Some people are confused why a realtor doesn't offer the same house to every customer for the same price. Realtors know everyone doesn't want to live with strangers When shopping for a one-bedroom apartment. I've never lived anywhere where everyone pays the same rent regardless of how many years or days they've been there. It has to do with supply and demand the second guy got a higher price because the demand was up for just a few apartments. If you took the same three guys with a hundred other guys to an apartment complex that was at 50% capacity they would all be quartered the same price most likely. People rent apartments to make a profit. When you fly you'll notice that nobody plays the same price to ride in the same plane at the same time.

The crazy thing is if you go into Mexico illegally they literally will put you in prison for 7 to 10 years! No joke.

When I lived home in the 80's and early 90's I was a teenager. Even then I noticed that the black hair care products were behind the counter but the hair care products for white people were in the isles. Even 2 years ago here, in Columbus, I was shopping with a friend. In my Lane was a white lady, my friend who was white, then me. We all used a card and the sign stated an ID was needed to use a card. I moved to Halifax from India. Main reason easy to find Gujarati foods and other vegetarian food. Tons of pure vegetarian Indian restaurants in Brampton.\n\nGreat feelings come when you are tried and don’t want to cook and at same time don’t want to eat in restaurants then home-cooked food is always available to your neighbourhood for just 6-7 dollar.

Canada should match the US requirements for citizenship. Live here for 10 years before you can apply. They're giving citizenships out like candies.

Very interesting he only served two of the seven years while many of his clients got sent back to China. It seems a though he got a slap on the wrist. I think there is something deeper going on here.

So he made 10 million dollars by bilking people but in the end only paid a 950 000 dollar fine and was supposed to spend 7 years in jail, but after 2 years was released? The Canadian justice system is a joke. No wonder these people run such rings, in the end they only get a slap on the wrist....disgusting.

For those who don’t know what’s going on in Canada, let me fill you in. Canada has a way bigger problem the the US does at the southern boarder. There are 100’s of thousands flowing into Canada every year. True Canadians are definitely the minority. Jobs for your kids and grand kids will few and far between, not to mention the victims who will suffer from crimes from gangs fronted by illiagals , and Canada’s immagration laws are a joke.
