Why people think China will rule the world when it's citizens want a better life in places like Canada and America. There freedom is imaginary in China. The Canadian court should fine him twice the amount that he got illegally from his clients. If he has made tens of millions of dollars and yet he was only fined a few hundred thousand dollars, then there is no justice. It is not even a deterrent for the second or third or fourth Wang. If the price of making millions of dollars was to sit in jail for two years, then there is no justice at all. Toughen up the penalty.

Why he was granted for a paroul and released after 2yrs of imprisonment the mere fact that he cheated and make a million dollars money in Canada through fraud? He needed ti serve his 7yr sentence and deported back to China.

Moral of the story is that crime does pay.  Ranks in 10 million, pays a 900K fine, and spends two years in Jail.  If he puts the 9.1 million left in investments while he is in jail and makes about 5% return, and then ends up out of jail with a little over 10 million again and ready to start another scam.

The U.S a country of over 4 hundred millions people need to be more careful about these frauds because we have more than enough people now. I love to go out eat at the Chinese restaurant at least two to three every week, I don't know if anyone sees the way I saw their waiters and waitresses to me I have always see new people every time I go eat in there.

He should be fined for $2 million and given community service to clean public toilets for the duration of time that he spent scamming Canadians! That’s on top of his mandatory 5 year prison sentence. That’s would teach him to scam Canadians.

You can literally buy a passport/ citizenship from any countries even the country that don't sell passport/ citizenship. You can donate money, buy the passport, invest heavily in their country or doing a big project in their country, that's some of the ways to get citizenship/ passport without getting troubles. A passport/ citizenship to another is not a big deal when you have hundreds of million dollars cause you can live anywhere you want.
