Wtf. You don’t look like a god damn asylum seeker to me. What are you running from? How in the world would you & your family be considered ‘refugees’?! gtfo & abide by the rules the same way the rest of us do

This is man law not God's this Earth should be free to everyone but man and they're doing stop people from having a better life for their family yes there are evil people in the world and no way humanly possible we can stop all of them but just don't assume people are evil without giving them a try and give them a chance at a better life for their children

God bless and help immigrant families and help us understand their situations.

Just an other bleeding heart illegal alien sob story. All I can say is ha ha ha ha ha, stay in Canada. We didn't invite to the US and we don't want you or your family nor to support you. Where did he get the 15k for a lawyer?
2018-04-21 0
Did this guy do any research on Canadian immigration laws before dragging his family into Canada on a whim? ???
2018-04-01 0
There's a proper way to seek asylum in Canada. Sneaking into Canada with your family is not the proper way and should not be encouraged.
2018-03-31 0
Its sad that this family has to suffer but immigration laws were put into place for a reason. This guy was taken by lawyers for $15000 which is his life savings. The only reason he and his family went to Canada is due to Canada's leader welcoming all immigrants with open arms. Canada's leader only said that to make Trump look like a ass. Well now how looks like an ass?

The number of Italians who died of fright by the Poltergeist on Halloween is 20,743 in Vaughan and only three Italians did not die of fright as they were swarmed by the Zombies of Native Indians resurrected as Warriors on Halloween and that was Nick Cortellucci and Mario Cortellucci and Nick Cortellucci Jr. And so on Halloween the Italians lost the War. And on Judgement Day all War Criminals lost the War. And only the 2,743 Native Indians as Warriors were Zombies in an Apocalypse on Halloween on Judgement Day 2017. They live in their own world as Mohawk of the Tribe of Toronto Native Indians of the past. Their families are waiting until Paradise on Earth to be born again as People to Walk the Earth after this War against them started in 1955 when the slaughter began on the Royal Land of the Indians by the Italians lead by the Cortellucci Family of Italy ??

U can always b with your family and stay together in your home cou.try

It’s easy to pass judgement from the comfort of our own home in a place others can only dream of. The same place many others take for granted. May God bless this man, his family, and others in similar situations.

That's what happens when you intentionally try to cut corners and illegally immigrate whilst others waiting in line. No asylum seeking from the US soil! it's the law. That man has only himself to blame. It is HIS fault his family is alone, it is HIS fault they continue their illegal flying around the country in attempts to further abuse the law, it is HIS fault he lost his money trying to take advantage of the system.

I'm an immigrant and I wish I didn't leave my homeland and immigrated to North America! I'm not saying that in a bad way, but we immigrants suffer a lot when we leave our original countries to live and work abroad! I spent the last 25 years of my life unhappy, alone, lonely and without family! When I talk to my family back home, most of them are living happily while I'm suffering here! You might say, why don't you go back!!! My answer, after living here for 25 years, I don't feel I belong back home and sadly I don't believe I belong here either! \nPeace and love!

It is very very though to leave in Canada as a black man and black family's. Racist issue is to much across the country due to skin color. The more you change they will provoc you again and again. Stiven Brown did it to so may times and he goes away with it cause all his white people back him up.
2018-03-18 0
15K blown on lawyers?\n\nAnd he is unable to conduct an interview in English?\n\nFFS, English is my third language. \n\nKick him out! His family too! \n\nI do NOT consent for my tax dollars to be spent on him. He may be a great person and all, but first impression he leaves is anything but.

This is a great documentary. I assumed Canada was very inclusive and multicultural. I never heard about slavery in Canada or racism there. As an African-American woman I want to know all about the experiences of BLACK PEOPLE all over the world because we are connected. Many of our families were torn apart during slavery. Most of us can’t trace our history five generations. I’m glad we have YouTube to find information through documentaries like this one.

Trade worker, family man, hard worker give him a green card ! Ffs
2018-03-16 0
If he had stayed in the US hre and his family would be locked up in a for profit prison being indefinitely detained. He should've gone to Canada the same way he came to America, under the radar. Even having lost his money he's not in jail so he's much better off.
2018-03-15 0
Laws are laws you seek asylum in the first safe landing not your choice of wherever whenever. Why then can I not leave Canada and go live in another country undocumented then when I fear deportation just go to another country? Because it's illegal yeah. Ugh we are not here to be used and walk all over like a doormat especially if you are not working and paying taxes but taking everything you can get. There are plenty of people in dangerous situations like ukrane and other war torn areas that legit need a place he and his family were already in the US they shouldn't have left there to make fake claims here. Sorry but that's not how it works.

Go back to Mexico and take your family with you problem solved
2018-03-15 0
The issue Canada had with this guy is that he was willing to work, if he said I wanted to go on welfare for the rest of his life and become a devoted liberal voter he would of gotten in with his entire family.
2018-03-15 0
So let me get this straight, an immigrant claims to be a refugee even though he isn't, skirted Canadian immigration officials and moved his family to evade the immigration hearing and now acts as if Canada owes it to him to stay.
2018-03-11 0
He seems like an honest and good guy who just wants to provide for his family and ensure a better future and life for them. I can respect that fully and I admire that greatly.\n\nBut a big HA!! to all those looney liberals who don't know anything about Canada and think that everyone has it so much better over in the north. I'm from the U.S. and I LOVE both the U.S. and Canada, I do. Besides its looney lefty politics, Canada has some beautiful places to see, especially in British Columbia for me. However, Canada is just like the rest of the world; they have their problems, they have their crime, they have their poor and they have STRICT IMMIGRATION policies.

growing up in canada, i felt left out in the blk community b/c i am a 5th generation blk cdn on mom's side and 3rd on my dad's - when other black ppl not canadian born met me - i tell them i'm cdn, but i always used to get the question - where are you really from - they were looking for me to say the islands - when i told them my paternal grandma was born in 1901 in canada - that's when the questions stopped. i've been told that b/c i wasn't from the islands, i had no culture in college, but a mbr of the black student society put him in his place i heard he got into a lot of trouble. i was asked what do we eat as in food as canadians what kind of music do we listen to - at our blk canadian weddings, the only carribean song played was hot hot hot by arrow - we played straight up r and b and motown. i hv been rejected by other blk men b/c i'm not west indian enough...it was hurtful. even with 'friends' they made of my cdn heritage but i used to think, why are you making fun of me knowing that my family and ancestors were in canada first - they were 1st generation - i live in the usa now and i'm with an african american man - he has never treated me as if i were different and he loves going w/me to canada. my parents told me it was jealousy on those ppl's parts - one guy i used to be friends with in college, when i went to his house, his mom was from the islands, when she met me - she said, 'you cdn ppl are loud' and that did it for me - i didn't date her son but when he met my parents, they never said any of that crap to him. in the usa, the african americans don't treat differently at all - my ex mom in law thought we were american but decided to live in canada - b/c she was surprised that blacks do live in canada. her other daughter in law's family were from the islands - but she gravitated more to my family and felt comfortable around them more than her family and this ex sis in law would brag about the islands this and that and she would make comments about my looks being skinny and such but it was jealousy - i didn't care much for her b/c she was very insecure. i felt once again, i was a young girl in college again - being around island ppl....i would love to meet drake and ask him did he feel left out and isolated because he wasn't from the islands - he makes me very proud being a blk canadian - his dad is african american and his mom is jewish. i still hv dealt w/racism not much with wht ppl, but with my own ppl - which is quite sad and on top of it-colorism, that also played a part from my family - being called pygmy, chocolate dip, nappy hair - it hurt but these so called relatives, they aren't all that anymore, they had hard lives as children...when ppl see something in you that is special and they don't have, that's when their ugliness shows -

What country wants a family of unskilled non-English-speaking migrants? Go back to your own country and work on fixing it.
2018-03-08 0
As a Canadian Salvadoran I’m grateful to be in this great country. However, I implore all immigrants/refugees to wake up and smell the roses, it is not paradise here....it’s great but not that great. There are things here that oppress Canadians, and the government is one of them. Racism exists here, better believe that, Sadly, In this world there is no more empathy, kindness. It’s a Dog eat dog world. No matter where you go.....ok maybe Switzerland or Iceland is alright ? but no where else. Like I always say Follow the laws, take care of yourself and your family and be happy.
2018-03-07 0
Oh wow, I saw one black family growing up, I am 60. They were very popular. I don't know what you are talking about.
2018-03-07 0
God bless him and his family. Hope he feels welcomed somewhere.
2018-03-06 0
I honestly feel bad for him and his family but #1 as the said you can't just hope over the border and climate refugee status unless you are under asylum. #2 he did play the system by moving his family to another province...not only is that a guaranteed depotiaton when the case comes up but it will hinder any re applications in the future....Buddy screwed up big time.

I feel sorry for this man and his family! But I wonder how sorry he feels, knowing that by coming to Canada, he and his fellow immigrant countrymen have, taken jobs away from Canadians? 1500 people like myself that have worked here all their lives? I was working in the meat industry for over fifteen years, just to have my employer, take my skilled job and give it too an unskilled worker, under the temporary foreign worker program. That program was set up by the federal government for unskilled workers, coming to Canada for unskilled jobs that Canadians didn't want. My job was a skilled job, that I had to work my way up from the bottom, to the level of employment, that only skilled workers were capable of doing. This temp program was for unskilled employment only! But if your employer is big enough in the industry, the government allows them to bend the laws of the land, and give your jobs to any undereducated immigrant that comes along...WTF? Canada wake up!!!

I'm sick of these sob stories. Are those people really that stupid? I'm beginning to think they really are. This man had been in the States for several years according to this video. He was in the States illegally. He clearly never bothered to learn English, and it looks like that for his family too. Then he gets scared because Trump got elected and actually starts ENFORCING IMMIGRATION LAW. So he flees to Canada just because of something a really STUPID and poorly liked PM says. So he takes his family and again is expecting to be given asylum, and then does no research to find out the facts about Canada's immigration system before he goes there. Then he complains about having to spend all his money. Oh gee, did he actually think they would just give him free everything??? Clearly the threat he's complaining about in his own country is not that bad, since Canada rejected his asylum. So what does he do? He refuses to turn up for his hearing, and then he flees to another province. Totally criminal activity. Canada's immigration people need to round him up and deport him. It's his OWN FAULT he is separated from his family. HE BROKE THE LAW!!! There are CONSEQUENCES to breaking the law. Sheesh!!! I'm so sick of hearing these sob stories from these freeloaders. Yep---They really are that STUPID!!!

I do feel for this guy and his family, but you must go through the proper channels.
2018-02-27 0
I dont feel sorry for him at all he knew what he was doing. He knew he was breaking the law he knew his family would be breaking the law by crossing the border illegally. I don't feel sorry for him for his wife or for his children. If he would have come across the right way he wouldn't be fighting to make sure he didn't go back to Mexico. It is his own fault and I don't feel bad about sending him his wife or his kids back across the border with their bags packed. Everybody's all poor Mexico people poor people come over they need help. No. They need to stand up to their local government fight back against the gang members and take their country back. If they're not happy with their country they need to fight and make the change.

What an idiot. For 15k he could have bought a big home in El Slvador for him and his family.
2018-02-23 0
I pray God give him and his family peace and they can stay in Canada. I am against illegal immigration but i understand why they risk leaving their country. The government let the criminals rule and the law abiding people live in fear
2018-02-23 0
Here is a solution to his problem. Take your family and go back to your own country very easy fix.
2018-02-21 0
Yet everyone wants to blame the USA. Every country has laws and if the Democrats would help enforce our laws people would not have to tear apart their families.
2018-02-21 0
This is a sad story, hoping it ends well. I live in Canada and if I would be working for immigration, I would all bring them to my home. This is such a good family, with a dedicated hard working father.
2018-02-19 0
If am in this kind of situation, I'll probably hang myself then being alive...They are very strong in both Physically, Mentally and Emotionally...when live beat them down on Earth they get up and always fight back...They are Fighters. They are Survivers.\nMy prayers goes out to the family and everyone that are in the same situation. ???
2018-02-18 0
I wish this man, the best of this world. He's a family man and a hard worker as well. Good luck to you, brother.
2018-02-17 0
While i feel bad for this family, they cannot say they are refugees as they were refugees when they entered America yrs ago but they are not if they go from being away from their birth country for over a decade! I'm sorry but you ain't no refugee in Canada \nHere in Australia we have very tight immigration laws and its absolutely harder to get here as our country stands alone we have no linking countries.
2018-02-16 0
Give this man his family and money back :( #freethepeople
2018-02-15 0
What an asshole. This just goes to show that the US doesn’t separate families, they do it themselves
2018-02-14 0
it doesn't matter where he is from what matters is that he put his family through all of this because he dodnt want to do the legal process. i come from immigrants and they did the process (not cutting corners) and they were welcomed citizens and still are. some illegal immigrants dont care for their families or they would have started the process a long time ago.
2018-02-13 0
Can't speak English even after years in the US? No that's not acceptable in my eyes. He and his family need to go back to their own country
2018-02-12 0
It's 2017 and we still have people being push out of countries .. So sad bro..people with families trying to belong ..these heartless people will answer to the man when time comes
2018-02-11 0
The problem is the family isn't Muslim.
2018-02-11 0
God bless your family, must be extremely hard being in that situation. Hope the best for all of you.
2018-02-11 10
Sorry we dont want hard working people who are trying to give their families a better life who are from countries where the US has destroyed through political and economic intervention.
2018-02-10 0
who you are in this country, if you want a state of Islam why you are here, you fail in your own country to uphold your religious law it's your custom that you keep your family well
