I'm from Germany. I never expected a businessman to be so foolish as to impose such tariffs, while the US - Economy Minister claims that the tariff doesn't affect inflation. Even Habeck would be smarter than that nonsense. Go hard, Canada—don't be fooled by a clown in a suit (Trump)

Donald is a convicted felon so I’m hardly surprised that he’s robbing tax payers blind and leaving the security and economic stability of the US off his priority list. He’s there to sifen as much money as possible until he’s kicked out or until he has enough to buy Gaza, and whatever portion of Ukraine Putin has promised him if he lets Russia win. All this is to in four years use the money he stole to build Trump Resorts ?️ on both plots of land and be hailed as an intelligent businessman by people who refuse to pick up a book ?

America made the worst decision with Trump. He celebrates himself as a victor, but he will go down in history as a tragic pioneer of unrest, war and crime and will be able to put himself on a par with the comedians of the world stage: from Pontius Pilate to Mussolini to Putin. A businessman with a criminal record who thinks he can make deals...

Sadly the plan for Russia ?? and China ?? it’s going well , Division among America's allies , Dividing America's allies and igniting hatred between them is what America's and Europe's enemies, China, Russia and North Korea, want. This is exactly what they want to eliminate America, which is America's isolation from its allies, Canada and Europe, for the success of the plan of China, Russia and North Korea, America is in danger, gentlemen. Making its allies like Canada and Europe abandon it will push America to confront Iran, China, Russia and North Korea alone. This is a hellish plan by China, Russia, Iran and North Korea. America is finished. Trump is a businessman, not a politician. We want to unite America's allies, not divide them. Trump will lead us Americans to hell.???????????????

I'm sorry our Canadian's fellows, this is not personal, it's just business. All this year the USA economy has been decreased because we buy (importing) more goods than selling (exporting). We are no in good shape economically to support other countries' economies. We need companies to come back to produce in the USA and those extra charges are an incentive to start producing again in the USA. After our economy is better, we can make new deals.
\nAbout Fentanyl, it is funny that he said that it was all good and after that, saying just in the last months implemented all kinds of security measures. LOL
\nHe speaks nice, but he is not a smart guy. Putting tariffs back to the USA makes it worse with Donald Trump. Donald Trump is a businessman, he can keep increasing the taxes and in the end, Canada will be hurt more than the USA. I suggest to peacefully open a negotiation with Trump, not to fight back at the same level... don't take it personally, it is just business.

He really doesn’t wanna play with Trump Trump a businessman that’s what America has become a business so it’s only fair if you’re gonna charge 25 I’m gonna charge you 25 right that makes sense
|

Hmmmm.... If this isn't going to hurt Canada at all and only hurt the US (ie helping Canada) then why is Trudeau so upset? I think I'm gonna let this one ride out and see how things play out. Trump is a brilliant businessman as is Musk and they understand economics like no other. I am thinking there is more to this than what Trudea is saying.

Trump doesn’t even grasp the fact that tariffs are paid by the companies importing goods into the US and passed on to consumers - he seems to think that the tariffs are paid by the exporting country. Some businessman!

Trump is hurting our economy. He is not a businessman. He has failed in each business he has anything to do with.

This is what happens when you let a businessman become a president, only thing on his mind is to make money no mater what it costs. Lets see how long this will last. Looking forwars for re-election the sooner the better. Trump cant pick sides with a terrorist and diktator, whats next, all the terrorist become US friends ?!

President trump is a businessman that’s what he does for his people. Sometimes being great at something is not enough for you to be a good leader . Your fellow Americans will suffer .
|
| 2025-03-04 | 0 |
Many, many US citizens are with you and support Canada. Trump is creating this tariff war in a unilateral fashion. We do not support it, we don’t want it and our economy doesn’t demand it. These are foolish decisions made by an unscrupulous businessman turned politician.

Dump Trump! Trump is a short sighted businessman whose companies went through multiple bankruptcies. He is not a politician and is unfit to hold his office. Putin is going to take advantage of him.

Canada is our closest and strongest ally and Trump is a lunatic. He is greedy and will destroy America as we know it. He is not smart man nor a savvy businessman. You are so right, Putan has him in his back pocket...

This happened because Trump makes stuff up and doesn’t understand anything, to incl the consequences of his nonsense. Trump believes he’s playing 4D chess, when really he’s just performing and trying to look like a legit POTUS, the same way he does all kinds of silly stuff to pretend he’s some kind of genius businessman.\n\nThe fact that he kisses Putin’s butt and talks about falling in love with that lunatic who runs North Korea while insulting every friendly nation who calls us a friend is disgusting.

As a businessman, Trump was using Fentanyl crisis as a lame excuse. No matter how much fentanyl is controlled across borders he was still guaranteed in imposing the 25% trade tariff. \nCanada govt invested so much into the border security recently and visited multiple times in Washington to discuss this 25% trade tariff but all of them forgot that Trump is a very aggressive and stubborn when it comes to money!\n\nI am glad Trump has made Canada and even Trudeau bold and self dependent now!

Trump is a conman. Not a smart businessman. Putin wanna- be. He has very low self-esteem. Only such people bully others. Trump's only agenda is to annex Canada any which he can. Invade the beautiful country for its resources and destroy it with his greed. Trump has betrayed America.

This is the very beginning of the United States fall. this seems like Tyler Perry TV show the oval. Trump is trying to enslave the American people by disassociating other countries so the American people won’t have anywhere to run. He’s trying to be like Putin a dictator. Trump has to go. He’s not a smart businessman. He’s not for the American people.?????

Prime Minister Trudeau was more than polite and kind. As he knows, Trump is not intelligent, and a pathological liar, wannabe dictator, narcissistic fascist and poor businessman to boot. Trump has bullied, threatened and failed to pay thousands of tradesmen and contractors that have worked for him and wishes to hurt them further by extending and increasing tax cuts to individuals and institutions that have not paid their fair share of taxes and social security since the Reagan years. The allegations that Trump has laundered money for Russian oligarchs since his association with Deutsche Bank began are substantial and should be investigated.

Little Trump is not a president nor is he a businessman. He’s a scared little rat a draft dodger and think America if he was afraid to fight in the war then what makes us think that he would protect us now he’s a scared rat. He’s afraid of his own shadow. The family kids and the grandchildren are the ones that are going to feel the damage he will do to this country in four years. I feel so sorry for our men and women in the military now and our veterans are taking a pounding very sad . He’s only doing it to benefit for his own greed. Very sad human being. He’s miserable he’s depressed. You can see it in his face. He was a piece of shit to the American people before he ever even thought of being a president he owes contractors millions of dollars through his life no wonder he has a bull’s-eye on his back and they say he can’t sleep at night well, I wonder why he fucked the American people and he will keep fucking American people nobody will stop him He will keep fucking us until he’s done. And after all that damage that he will do to this country, in the four years it will be so damaged. It will never heal.

An ex-KGB chief: “In 1987 I worked in… the KGB of the USSR in Moscow… our department recruited the 40 year-old businessman from the USA, Donald Trump, nicknamed “Krasnov”. That’s when Trump starts buying full-page ads attacking NATO. “Putin is doing a great job of outsmarting our country.” He says. Steele report: Russian operatives gathered damaging video evidence of perverted sex acts of presidential candidate in 2013, for blackmail. Mueller said “There were multiple, systematic efforts to interfere in our election.” Trump campaign had more than 140 contacts with Russian operatives, and Trump attempted to obstruct justice at least ten times. Campaign chair lied about then finally admitted to sharing info with Russian spy. Trump, ignoring US intelligence said: “…Putin, he just said it wasn’t Russia. I will say this, I don’t see any reason why it would be.” Secret meeting in Trump Tower with Russkies. Jared attempts to set up secret back channel to Russia in the Russian embassy. Trump to NATO member on prospect of Russian attack on their country “In fact, I would encourage them to do whatever the hell they want.” Trump: “If Putin likes Donald Trump… That’s called an asset…” Yeah, a Russian asset. FBI chief Kash Patel was paid $25,000 to appear in anti-FBI video by Russian backers. “The love in the air, I’ve never seen anything like it” Trump said of January 6 rioters, some of them cop-killers… “Russia if you’re listening…” “I think you will probably be rewarded mightily…” Yes, they own a seditious, treasonous felonious American president. All allegedly…

There's a reason Trump bankrupted 6 times, including 2 casinos. He's a horrible businessman. He's trying to run this country like one of his bankrupted company.

COMPLETE BULLSHIT. Trump is sending busloads of illegal immigrants from NYC and dropping them off at the Canadian border because that's cheaper than legally deporting them. This clown has them going the wrong way. They are counting the illegal immigrants Canada caught and is sending back to NYC by bus. MAGA idiots trying to make Trump the Frump look good.\nWhat these American geniuses should be looking at is:\nD. J. Trump has been a valuable asset to the Russian services for 40 years?\n\nAccording to former Soviet agent Yuri Shewrew, who moved to the U.S. in 1993 and obtained U.S. citizenship, Donald Trump was classified by the KGB as valuable services for forty years. Szłowie, former KGB Major, is currently one of the most important sources in Craig Unger’s book. “The American Comsar.” In addition to this thread, the book examines the president’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, a U.S. financier, who died in 2019.\n\nUnger claims that Trump first interested the Russians in 1977 when he married his first wife, Ivana Zelnickova, a Czech model. At that time, he became the target of a spy operation supervised by Czechoslovak intelligence in cooperation with the KGB. Three years later, when Trump opened his first major Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City, he bought 200 TVs from Siemon Kislin, a Soviet immigrant who co-owner of the electronic company Joy-People at Fifth Avenue. According to Szedema, Joy-People was controlled by the KGB, and Kislin worked as her agent and selected Trump, a young, growing businessman, as a potentially valuable intelligence.\n\nWhen in 1987. Trump and his wife visited Moscow and Leningrad for the first time, the future president held many business meetings, including KGB officers. According to the Sędzim, Russian officials who perfectly identified the narcissism of the interlocutor and his psychological and intellectual weaknesses led a real “offensive of charm”, flattered him and emphasized that his personality made a huge impression on them. They suggested that such a man should deal with politics, that only people like him can change the world. According to Szbla and Unger, Trump was the perfect target for recruitment in many ways, especially because of vanity and narcissism.\n\nTrump almost immediately “entered” a new role, i.e. “joyfully parroted anti-Western propaganda.” Shortly after his return to the United States, he began his efforts among the Republicans to nominate for his candidacy for president, and even organized an election rally in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. On September 1, 1987, he published a full-page ad-icing in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Boston Globe, in which, among other things, he accused the Alliance of the U.S. and expressing his skeleticism to the U. According to Trump, America should stop paying to defend countries that can defend themselves. Such actions caused real euphoria in the USSR. Trump has already made the same the same theses as president.\n\nTrump's victory in the 2016 election. The Russians accepted with satisfaction. Special investigator Robert Mueller did not detect a conspiracy between members of the Trump staff and the Russians, but revealed at least 272 contacts and 38 meetings with people linked to Russia. The storm told The Guardian that he was disappointed with the investigation because there were no counterintelligence aspects of Trump’s relations with Moscow. According to Unger, Trump was definitely an asset to the Russian services, and his book “will start where Mueller ended.”\n\nSource: The Guardian of 29.01.2021.\n\nMelanija Knavs [now Melania Trump] was born in Novo Mesto, Yugoslavia, now part of present-day Slovenia, on April 26, 1970. Her father Viktor Knavs first worked as a chauffeur, and he eventually sold car parts for a state-owned vehicle manufacturer as he made connections with the League of Communists of Yugoslavia, the national communist party.\n\nWhy do you think Trump is so anti-Ukraine? Putin also has sex tapes showing Trump with adolescent girls in Russia, and Trump also owes Putin billions of dollars.

I often wonder how individuals of such limited intellectual capacity manage to ascend to positions of elite power. Does Donald Trump even possess a functioning brain? His haphazard implementation of tariffs, left and right, raises the question: who ultimately bears the cost? Spoiler alert—it's the American people. In short, Trump is fabricating excuses to line his own pockets, masquerading as a so-called 'businessman' while operating more like a seasoned scammer. Cough Businessman? Hardly.

So if the c-17's are 3 times the cost of civilian airliners, just send them back on civilian airliners, what's the problem there? Seems an easy fix and I as a tax payer don't want to pay 3 times more when it can be done cheaper. I Thought Trump was a businessman and knew about economics? I guess he's not interested in keeping it cheaper for us citizens. Furthermore if he tariffs China we are all in big trouble.

It's not surprising that Trump doesn't want his grades from Wharton School of Business released because he was at the bottom of his class and he is a multiple times failed businessman who has had everything in his life handed to him on a silver platter. Trump doesn't understand the basic fact that tariffs are passed on to consumers and INCREASE prices, NOT decrease them.

You're a real bad businessman trump, do you know how many businesses now will shut down because of coffee that will cost us instead of $4 for a cup of coffee at Starbucks it will now be 15 think about what you've done you really need to stay out of business because you suck at it

I think if he makes Canada and Mexico states this can stimulate the economy even more, this equals to more people traveling and spending money in USA. Trump is a good negotiator and good businessman, we need someone like that in the world, and Claudia is also a good negotiator as well, she can get paid too... We need some gold to build the Temple of God and USA has plenty of Gold, trading would bring this about... And he can negociate with other countries and of course, Mexico gov't and his Gov't would get paid too, for his work and services that sounds fair, and our people would get what they desire as well,as long as it is a good desire stipulated in psalm 37 and everyone involved wins...

People keep commenting on Trump‘s business experience. His business experience is a failure., his so-called successes win, have been what they were if he paid his bills paid his contractors. He’s a sleazy dishonest businessman just like he’s a sleazy, dishonest spouse just like he’s a sleazy, dishonest human being.! the only thing he’s good at and he’s really good at it is lying and creating a façade. Thanks to his self parody success on TV..,

The reality is Trump will deport the dangerous criminals. And give a moratorium to those illegals who work for low wages, with no criminal record, who support the elites and far left's business empires and property portfolios.\n\nAs a businessman he will weigh up the enormous cost of deporting the insane number of illegals Biden/Harris deliberately let in, with the value some may have in staying as long as they contribute, pay tax, and stay out of trouble. But the criminals, the gangs, and the sleeper terrorist cells must be deported to protect America and Americans.
