Canada is 51st state of USA. So Canadian don't have a right to speak about indian ... Americans can speak about this .

As an American speaking, it's crazy that if you were to go to their country, you are permitted to adjust and assimilate the culture, but they come to other countries and turn a whole town into an assimilation of their country make it make sense. Loved how the Indian lady summed it up because immigrants are different

This is why when you come to a different country you should try to assimilate. I am all four people keeping their culture alive. I wish as an American I had more of a culture. But for one you should learn to speak the language you can speak your native tongue also but you should also speak the language to the country you’re going to, and the driving issue I’m pretty sure is due to the way they drive in India there’s like no road laws and its insane driving. Maybe there needs to be more laws regarding some of these things you should have to take driving lessons in the country you’re moving to. I don’t exactly know but there needs to be more rules. I’m sorry to say but it is not OK to go to another country and basically give them the middle finger to the way they live!!

I’m a second gen Indian in Canada born in USA. It’s become so us vs them between locals and immigrants, that Im caught in the middle, I belong no where and everywhere. There’s no room for my voice, because I’m no different then any Canadian or American in how I act but nothing separates me from Punjab and Kashmir other than accident of birth and one generation. My English is NE United States, my French Québécois, my Hindi Dehli,Punjabi Jalandar, Urdu Lahori, and Turkish Ankara. I speak six languages and I’m fluent in none, I’m from three countries yet none of them want me.
It would be great if more of these types of investigations included our voices, as we’re neither here nor there yet caught in the middle of all of this.

Please do a video on the invasion of Mexicans / Hispanic into America over decades...but especially during the Biden admin; FORTY MILLION ILLEGALS, just during his 4 year fraudulent term; the Indian invasion pales in comparison to how many Illegal Mexicans there are in the USA, totally flying under the radar, protected by a corrupt leftist media, & because they are protected by leftist towns, their city council, etc...and compromised leftist law enforcement, who also, btw, pay these ppl to gangstalk & harass, and illegally surveille, American citizens in these invaded towns. These ppl always travel in packs and gangs of people so they all support each other with money and aid in teaming up against others they hate; they believe America belongs to them & are ignorant of historical Facts & even so, do not care, and these ppl who refuse to assimilate or get legal citizenship, act entitled & present an attitude that everything here and everywhere but especially in America, is for Theirs for the taking...including white men...girls. They also have a very high rate of drug use / smuggling, early pregnancy among females, violence; gangs, etc...etc..far greater corruption & deviance than Indian culture which many of these things are mostly non-existent...at least Indians are intelligent & keep to themselves & are quiet....not that I support an all- out invasion...Attention though needs to also be on how illegal Hispanic culture, etc...has completely changed, and not for the better; the demographic & atmosphere of once peaceful, and at least once fairly educated, once nice looking American cities & towns...& they are taking all of our jobs, & then forcing applicants to learn the language of these foreign invaders, discriminating against citizens who don't speak their language; these ppl are getting massive funding in all sorts from all sorts of NGO's & elsewhere..: they are also driving far better, & more expensive vehicles than many citizens...so where is the money coming from...& they're buying up all our land, building housing for themselves, family, & for other illegals...which is, of course also corrupt & illegal...Money hungry & leftist leaning Real estate agents are just pushing these housing applicants through...no background check, nothing, and no one is investigating just that aspect alone...Many are also now copying American culture & opening up these copied businesses to monetarily capitalize on what sets Americans apart from Hispanic culture. And also...illegals are literally, violently Hunting ICE...threatening them, hurting and killing them, at the behest of other corrupt officials who invaded and took political power for a corrupt agenda; it is beyond treason. This is quite sad though for Canada...all of our towns are being deliberately RUINED BY GLOBALISM.

Im from England. We have this problem here but with muslims. But I don't thing America has a right to speak against immigrantion when every white American comes from Europe. Nothing wrong with it, but America isn't a white country it's a big melting pot of different races.

When I lived in SW PA, we saw more and more convenience stores being run by Indians. I went into a 7-11 once, and there was what looked like a family in the office, and when the guy that worked there was serving me, I asked him, why don't I ever see any Americans working there? He said, because Americans are lazy, and especially the black ones. He said Americans always want days off. Days off because you're sick, or days off because it's a holiday, days off for everything. They don't want to work. This is all because of Clinton. He made a deal where Indians could come to the US, and they were given money to "start" a company. The idea was, they would BUILD a company, and hire Americans to work it. Instead, they bought stores and motels and used those to import their family and friends from India to here, for work. When I went back to school, I had no choice but to work at a gas station. I was off on payday once, and went in to get my check. There was a new guy at the counter, an Indian. I asked for my check, and wanted him to cash it for me. We always did that if there was enough money in the register. He told me to move, customers waiting. He didn't speak English very well. I went to the office to see the work schedule, and he yelled at me to get out of there! I told him what I was doing, he said "You work no!! I work! You boss no own, my boss own! Leave now! After a little more back and forth yelling, I found out my boss sold the gas station the night before and we were all out of a job. I blew up in front of all the customers! They started to walk out. Lol. That station didn't even last a year, and they had to close down. If they had a drive off (back in the days of a pump and run) they would call the police, but couldn't speak English very well. So they would tell police robbery! After a few times of that, the police told them to never call again. This was a very small town in SW PA, and word got around, and no one went to that station any more. This is the same area that was featured in Tyler's and others videos about all the Haitians that were shipped in by Biden. Bell Vernon PA, right across the river from Charleroi PA. The area is still FULL of Haitians, scaring all the native people away. Taking over the Walmart that is right across the street from where this gas station used to be. One of the many reasons I live in TX now.

I have a sociology background and I'm from the Ottawa area in Canada. I'm legitimately surprised to actually had some people actually speaking so openly against the Indian invasion. Many Canadians could lose their jobs over having an opinion that goes against the current state of immigration. Canadians don't actually have the Freedom of Speech many Americans enjoy.
|

Good journalism, both sides being presented here, the reasons why it happened, the stereotypes. While I don't really have a strong opinion about Brampton being mostly Indians, I do have an opinion that Canadians should condemn other areas as well that are majority of immigrants. Vaughn area is filled with Chinese people no one makes a fuss about it. They ain't speaking english, they aint serving American junk food everywhere, yet Indians are a problem.
The community has vices, but justifying xenophobia with that is awful. European descendant people came here and took over native Canadians. Can't think how it must've felt for them. That was unarguably way worse than the current immigration system. My point being its a problem against a specific community is not really being uncomfortable for the sake of the country but purely out of spite and racism. I can see the concerns but not when they stereotype every Indian.

Thank God. As an American in Québec who is fluent in French, these kind of policies were turning this unique province into another boring and culture-less Ontario. Adios and au revoir. Québec needs to entirely focus on francophone immigration. MOST of these « English speakers » in the « important » industries he is talking about are NOT native English speakers. Go somewhere else where French has not existed for the past 400 years if you do not speak French. Not just immigration fatigue but globalization fatigue.

I resonate with the guy at 10:55. The Hispanics have most of the jobs here in Florida and they all speak Spanish among themselves at work, totally disrespecting you the English speaking American. I think they intentionally do it with the hopes that employees from other races will quit. It's really, really bad here in Florida.

American here. I worked in Canada for about a year on and off for my company back in 2019 or so. Back then real Canadians were pissed off about jobs, healthcare and inequality for work. My company needed temp workers and they sent about 40 or so non Canadians that couldn't speak English and were lazy as hell. Diversity.

I am Native American. At college, I took a welding course just to break the monotony of classes as I was raised using my hands. This immigrant male, asked the rest of the class "why is she here?". I asked if he had a problem with me and he looked at the class to tell me not to speak to him. No one said a word but looked between us in silence. I asked him again, "do you have an issue with me being here?". Again he told the rest of the Caucasian men to tell me to stop speaking to him.
I said if you have a problem with me, let's step outside and one of us will walk back in. You can't accept that a Native female is in this class, pack your family up and go home. Don't think of the state's because that's mine too.
The teacher walked in and he could see and sense the tension in the room. He removed the immigrant and they went out of the room. A few minutes later the instructor came in and looked at me and said he'll be taking a class with no females. His country doesn't allow females an education yet alone a trade. You're welcome to stay.
I have no intention to leave, was my comment back. I'm here to learn.
Decades later, I'm driving home from northeastern Quebec and on the 401 is a gas/food stop. My child and I were passed by 4 luxury sports cars. They pulled into this stop and parked across all the handicapped parking spots. Bumper to bumper across the spots.
We went in and met them as we came out and met a truck driver of the same nationality. He asked "how is Canada treating you?". They smiled and said "look", motioning to their silk suits. Another pointed to their cars. And another said "they treat us like kings'!". The fourth said "Canadians are easy to play! Cowards!!"
A few days later, I'm at Walmart and present my tax exempt (we pay 5% tax) but the cashier looks at it and states "you all think your so special!!" Your paying the tax like everyone else! A customer behind me yelled for management loudly. When management showed, I didn't say a word because it was the customers behind and on the side of me with complaints of the rudeness of the cashier. She was removed and manager took over transactions. Not just mine but those after me.
There was another incident with my child. An immigrant (can tell by the long tunic) was trying to lure my daughter away from me. I put her in a cart and requested help from a young employee who wanted me to write a book before calling security. Another employee came over and called security immediately. By the time they found the man, he had exited the store and got into a taxi. A few weeks later at an arena where youth hockey practice was taking place, the same scenario was happening. A man in a tunic was trying to lure children away and when caught, jumped into a taxi and left the scene.
To attack an adult who can defend themselves is one thing but to go after children is another.
I say stricter policy on crimes are needed.

I feel very sad because, in the end, all immigrants end up paying the price for the bad attitudes of a few. I speak especially from the perspective of Latin American immigrants: we are not the majority in Canada, but we come with the intention of adapting, of including ourselves in the local culture, and of contributing the best we can. Our culture is not so distant — we share religion, family values, and lifestyle — and we arrive with the willingness to integrate, not to impose.
Even so, for us the path is extremely difficult: getting permanent residency and, eventually, citizenship is a long, expensive, and complicated process. And we do it, we comply with the rules, we respect, we pay everything.
What hurts is seeing that some other groups arrive with a different attitude: instead of integrating, they want to impose their culture, their religion, even their body odors, and if you make a face or express discomfort, they immediately take it as “discrimination.” It is not fair that, for example, my child should stop bringing meat in his lunch just because another child bullies him saying he is “a filthy sinner.” Inclusion should be mutual, an effort on both sides, not a one-sided demand.

We are all immigrants other than the indigenous and Inuit. My father’s family can be traced back to 1538. He is French Canadian and native. My mom was an Irish American from Cleveland Ohio. This country has changed so much. I am at a loss. We need to speak out our opinions. I have lived here all over Canada, all my life. Why can we open up the the immigration doors when we did not have the infrastructure. It was insane. It hurt the original Canadians. The migrants are treated special. There should not be kickbacks. The govt has created this racism by giving immigrants priviliges

Hi from Indiana. I’m not familiar with life in Canada and I’m shocked to watch what is going on right now in your video. Maybe it’s not too late if your government can figure out to modify some of the immigration laws that will give back the power, the benefit, and advantage to a natural born Canadian. 800 thousand foreigners coming in in the last three months? What’s with that? That’s so shocking. Looks like a legalized invasion/occupation. I’m like you, I was a legal immigrant from Asia in the late 70s retired now and love my great state of Indiana. My family has been here for almost 50 years fully acculturated to the values and culture of American life with my husband and two grown boys. This is my adopted beloved country now. I am everything that it is about. I still know how to speak my birth language only when I go home for vacation. I don’t use it even to speak to a fellow Asian when I see that an English speaking native born American is within ear’s reach.
That young lady might be dead with brain tumor before she gets her MRI. That’s unacceptable. Here you go to the ER and if you need an MRI you get admitted and most like have it the next day. Or

Trump is doing all these crazy things but he is forgetting one HUGE thing. Canada & many other countries are Allies of America & while he's talking about tariffs & goodness knows what (I did watch his talk in Congress), at least respect your Allies. Trump is sleeping with the enemy & in all my years, I've never seen an American President turn on their Allies like this. He is a dangerous man for all the wrong reasons. I feel badly for the American people whom will be stuck between a rock & a hard place. I feel for the Canadian's whom don't deserve this. Trudeau speaks so genuinely & politely where Trump yells 'this is the way things will be'. \nI don't look forward to the next 4 years & many in my country (Australia) have said they won't even go to America while Trump is in Office. We have always loved Canada. We 'gather at Whistler' then go travel. Great country. Much love from your Aussie mates ❤❤

Gee…what a surprise! ….NOT! \nThe most toxic person in the world who LOVES to create chaos & division has stirred up a bees nest in countries all around the world. That’s what Trump does. Chaos, division, hard feelings & bitterness are his forté. \nThat’s the leader America has chosen over someone with common sense, intelligence, & who would have tried to unite the American ppl & create an economy that would be stable & help the majority of Americans because Kamala IS like the majority of Americans. She understands the struggle of trying to making a living when you’re not born into wealth like Trump was.\nHe can’t relate to the struggles of the average American family trying to earn enough to provide for their families. He’s never known that struggle. \nAnd why should he care if he causes ppl on both sides of the border to lose jobs, & consequently lose their homes? He’s rich. He can afford the higher costs of everything in both countries that he is initiating. He chose this trade war because he wants to take over Canada. \nWhat is wrong with Americans who thought voting him in AGAIN was a great idea over the common sense & economic stability Kamala Harris offered? He TOLD you he was going to do this. \nYou ppl who voted for him KNEW his past history. He’s a proven liar, a cheat, a fraud, a scammer, a sexist, a predator of vulnerable women, & a convicted felon..\nAnd more than anything else, he’s a BULLY! He uses his words with his bull horn & public media to speak against anyone who opposes him to try to subtly motivate his MAGA hounds to attack the ppl & their families that actually tell the truth about him. And then he steps aside & waits for his minions to respond & acts totally innocent as if he is not responsible because he did not directly tell them to go after the ppl he very purposely speaks hostile about. WAKE UP! He IS responsible because he knows very well his words have power to influence ppl to take action. \nAnd too many cowards in the Supreme Court & Republican party including his own VP Mike Pence were all too afraid to speak up against him. \nIf the majority of Americans want such a toxic person for leader, that’s America’s poor choice but Canada wants NO PART in his BS.\nHands off Canada because we WILL stand united & will support our governments efforts & the efforts of other Canadians to withstand against Trump’s bullying tactics.\nBUY CANADIAN!

Trump is (clinically) a malignant narcissis. Hi personality needs to be fed by a constant flow of accolades from his chosen lackeys. He is so easily played by people whispering in his ear that he is being slighted (Zelensky and Trudeau, even if it is imaginary. It is ridiculous that America has allowed this to come about by their majority of incredibly ignorant voting populace. Starmer showed how to handle Trump. Grovelling and obsequious flattery. Noting else. We are dealing with a President of the USA who has a low IQ even lower EQ (think of a vindictive 10 year old). He has sly animal cunning for sure but that's it. We have 4 years of this moron, God knows what damage he can cause. The thing that motivates him ? Challenges, aspirational acts of benevolence ? Don't be silly tuckers and lovers, it's lovely money, as much as is endlessly possible. Is that the American dream? Is that what makes this English speaking nation tick. Looks very much like it.

Mr Trudeau is, simply, a Statesman. He speaks clearly and truthfully. Poor Americans, but they chose this.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Donald does not, nor has ever, understood politics or geo-politics. He approaches things as 'business deals' amongst businesses but Countries are not businesses. I have no doubt he is surrounded by people that have known these tariffs are a bad idea but are more interested in keeping their jobs than speaking up with knowledge and experience. Donald is a bully and you have 2 choices. Accept or take the gloves off. Donald is a twice impeached, convicted criminal. I hope the 150+ million that voted for him never complain about the hardships that are on the way. Donald has been authentic from day 1 of his first campaign. He's egotistic, narcissistic, arrogant, insecure, ignorant. I no longer buy American products nor will I set foot in country where half the population has no problem with his lack of empathy, lack of ethics, lack of morality. He isn't the problem so much as he has REVEALED a problem in American society.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Looking at this from FInland, I really appreciate Trudeau's strong stance on this. He's addressing Donald, but I think he's also speaking to the American people.\n\nA question came to mind - people talk about allies, but who does Trump see as an enemy? Has he been asked that? Something makes me think that in his head the actual enemy is people in his own country...
|

And Jesus, why are you talking around it? Call that stupid MO Fo out! Talk around it, God! Stop Trump or we're gonna be a communist country! WAKE UP American press, we the people ate watching, speak up or you too will have a FAFO moment! I stand with Canada, elbows up!

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OUR NATION IS UNDER ATTACK. TRUMP AND HIS CULT OF RIGHT WING REPUBLICAN EXTREMISTS ARE DISMANTLING OUR CONSTITUTION THE ONE THAT WAS ENACTED BY OUR FOUNDING FATHERS. THEY ARE ERASING OUR HUMAN RIGHTS AND OUR FREEDOMS AS WE SPEAK. JUST YESTERDAY THE GREENPEACE ORGANIZATION WAS SUED FOR 300 MILLION DOLLARS FOR DEFENDING OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO A PEACEFUL PROTEST. THE STOCK MARKET HAS BEEN PLUMMETING, PLUMMETTING, IN RESPONSE TO THE NEW TARIFFS ON OUR CLOSEST TRADING PARTNERS. SOON THERE WILL BE MILLIONS OF AMERICANS LEFT WITHOUT HEALTHCARE COVERAGE, MILLIONS!!!!! MILLIONS OF CHILDREN AND MILLIONS OF SENIORS LEFT TO DIE!!!!!! DONALD TRUMP HAS FORMED A PACT WITH THE COMMUNIST RUSSIAN DICTATOR VLADIMIR PUTIN AND HIS MISSION IS TO OVERSEE THE DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WE MUST MOVE QUICKLY TO IMPEACH AND REMOVE THE SATANIC THE FATHER OF ALL LIES FROM THE WHITE HOUSE BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
As an American, I’m deeply sorry for what we’ve become by electing this orange idiot into the White House. I stand with Canada, Mexico, Ukraine, and the rest of our global allies in opposition to our “president’s” bent to authoritarianism and isolationism. I truly hope that we can course correct before we (globallly) plunge into something much darker. \n\nKudos to prime minister Trudeau and other leaders speaking truth and calling the situation we’re now in for what it is.
|
| 2025-03-05 | 0 |
Well, his name is Donald and it is dumb so what’s the big deal??? The way Trump disrespects everyone with total lies but he can’t speak truth/ facts ? people are sick ? that man seems to care far more about Americans than the Republicans

He kept a cool head when DT described it as the 51st U.S. state, with the intention of annexing Canada.\n\nThe fact that he will leave his post as prime minister in a few days has allowed him to speak without complex and without restraint, but also influenced by the serious threat to the country and its economy. He leaves with his head held high with a speech that will go into history, it will be part of his legacy.\n\nThe comments are complimentary of Canada, and it is true that they are kind, caring and welcoming people. To be part of it for 40 years, I am currently impressed by the solidarity of the people who boycott American products in supermarkets. They do not do it to harm the Americans they appreciate (spend their holidays at home) but to punish DT for his arrogance and lies. Human stupidity has no nationality.

Trudeau is speaking truth to power, and he is clear as glass that this mindless alienation of Canada is going to rebound on Americans. Teudeau is a REAL LEADER. Unlike one in Australia. Every Aussie PM cows down and boot licks for Yankeeland. Neither major party could ever really stand up to Trump the Dumb Dump if he hurt our economy. Limp lettuce government that is so America dominated down under, where I live.

I’ve read a lot of comments from people saying “Trudeau ruined Canada” in response to people expressing their support for Trudeau in this time.\n\nThat’s not really a great point.\n\nIf Trudeau hasn’t been good for Canada, but gives a coherent, inspiring, and professional speech in this moment that unites Canadians and others alike, then that should speak so much to how awful this situation is. Huge respect to Trudeau and Canada for not backing down. I hope one day we’ll be allies with the right side of the world again.\n\nWe wanna talk about a leader ruining a country? That’s what Donald is doing right now. Except he won’t unite us in the future with a speech like this.\n\nThis American stands with Canada!

Trump is trying to end war that’s why he wants to make peace with Russia! And there are a LOT of rude Canadians just as Americans! I don’t think Canada and America ever been allies or close friends HONESTLY speaking! But what Trudeau is making a point, this will not go well for everyone! Wow this handsome man knows French as well! How smart of him!
|

Fellow Americans, for those who voted for Donald, you can't make this right. You chose hate versus true Democracy. This is beyond disappointing! Fellow Canadians, I can't speak for all Americans; However, I understand your need to stand strong and United. I stand in solidarity with you.

Thank you for speaking up so eloquently, Prime Minister Trudeau. So many Americans stand with you - our government is causing unfathomable harm and devastation in such a short amount of time. Trump and Musk are destroying so much of what is good for their own personal gains. What a dark period of our history.

As an American, the past 8 years have made me forget what its like to hear a world leader speak coherently and without lying.

Dear Justin, 75 million Americans voted against Donald Trump in the recent election. We appreciate your speaking directly to us today and in recent speeches you have given. We know what a good ally you have been to the US and we also know your primary concern is to Canadian citizens. While many of us have done what we could do and we also know the current trade arrangement was negotiated with you by Donald Trump in his previous term which leaves many of us scratching our heads. For my part it deeply saddens me that this has happened and all we ask or all that I ask is that you remember those of us who did not vote for this. Slightly less than half of the country. When this is over, and it will end one day we look forward to breaking bread with Canada again.

I'm an American with some family ties to Canada and I'm deeply ashamed of how my government under Trump is systematically destroying it's historic relationships with almost all our allies. Trump and his cronies are only interested in the use of raw power to dominate the current geo-political reality. Thank you Trudeau for speaking so bluntly and honestly and for standing up to our bully-in-chief.
