I have loved your channel for a while now, but i really do not like how you allowed the racist man in the safety vest to be in this video. I recognize Canada has huge problems with excess immigration and we can't meet the demands we are insinuating we can meet to potential immigrants. I also recognize that there is a a huge problem with Indian students being lured here under false pretences and this issue needs to be exposed. However, I don't think you should have given an openly racist person a platform to share their views and you laughed when they said obviously racist things. He said "I'm as racist as the next person" and you laughed. Sorry but what?! He is normalizing his racism and you are playing along. Just pick a different person to interview. He said "better indians than muslims, africans, etc....." Canada hasn't been around that long relative to other places. This guy came from immigrants like 1-2 generations ago. It's not race that makes countries great or bad. Since there is just one human race. Its the culture that makes places great. Culture or shared ideas among the populace. Specially ideas of being open minded, living and letting live, freedom, being tolerant etc. These are the best ideas or culture that if held long enough by the majority of the people will turn that place into a great civilization indeed. Every great civilization of history was built through this culture in history. persian empire, macedonian empire, roman empire, british empire and now the united states etc... were/are all very diverse and very tolerant of indians and their ideas... cultural exchange of ideas through indians and receiving diverse viewpoints which helped them become great. However great empires, great places and civilizations never last. They fall down. They fall down once the culture changes. which is natural since culture is not static but dynamic, since it exists only in the minds of people, it can change in the same generation, or in the next - all it takes is replacing existing ideas with other ideas in the minds of people large enough. This is what we are seeing happening in canada and India... a shift of culture. The same culture of responsible for turning India into a terrible country is being adopted by canadians. Meanwhile for the past few decades.. india on the other hand has been adopting the better culture and growing slowly and steadily with many mistakes and hurdles along the way towards a brighter future... slowly because its huge... steadily because it knows where to go.... mistakes and hurdles because its an open democracy... If this cultural shift keeps continuing this way... There will come a time where canada would look more like afghanistan and India will look like the us or scandinavia... As someone from Ottawa Canada who goes to Toronto often, yes there are a lot of Indians in our country and my gripe comes down to how they overrun traditional fast food places we grew up on, but since they have no attachment to it they half ass and don’t make things up to par and make it seem like they’re doing you a favor when you’re paying. So many places are ruined because of this, not just Tim Hortons. However, Tyler postured this as if this is a recent epidemic when Brampton has BEEN known for a lot of Indian immigrants starting in the late 80s and 90s- maybe he mentions this and I missed it or I haven’t got to it yet as I’m midway through the video… Toronto and its areas are very diverse and have been for a long time. Nearby from Brampton in Markham that’s where a lot of Chinese are and you can see it by the business types and you see Chinese lettering under English writing in some places. So why is Tyler acting like this is a rapid epidemic that just started? To ramp you guys up. Again, not denying the fact we have a ton of Indians and have taken in more than ever in the recent years, but these weren’t calm white places that have been overrun like in some of your other videos in Europe, etc.

As a Canadian, I work in healthcare in the disability sector, and I am extremely frustrated with what I am seeing the Indian population taking over the sector. There are ongoing issues with Indians who cannot communicate clearly in English with clients. This has resulted in serious confusion and, on several occasions, situations escalating into violence. Clear communication is essential in healthcare, and this failure puts vulnerable clients at risk. Clients are not being provided with proper meals that meet their dietary needs. Instead, food is often prepared without consideration for the client’s usual diet, which has caused clients to become physically ill. On top of that, basic food safety practices are not being followed at all. To make matters worse, the company does not provide proper foodsafe training, despite it being a legal requirement. There are also major professionalism issues. Some Indians arrive late to work—sometimes by hours—and give excuses with no consequences. I have documented these incidents and reported them to upper management, yet nothing is done. During shifts, 90 percent of Indian staff sit in the office for long periods, leaving clients unattended except for basic cooking. This can go on for days until white staff are scheduled. One incident that really stood out involved a client returning from a doctor’s appointment. When I asked how it went, I was told the client “had something on his head” and needed to use a cream. When I asked what the condition was or whether it was contagious, the Indian staff member did not know what the word contagious meant let me remind you I work in health care. I later learned from the client’s mother that it was a fungal infection information that should have been clearly communicated immediately for everyone’s safety. I am exhausted by the lack of standards, accountability, and training in this workplace. If you are going to work in healthcare in Canada, you must be able to communicate effectively, follow food safety laws, show up on time, and provide proper care. Lowering standards for the Indian population puts vulnerable people at risk, and management allowing this is unacceptable. If your coming to Canada follow are values and beliefs are stay in India.

I’m grew up in Brampton, born here to immigrant parents who came in the 90s. The new generation of immigrants have really created a bad image for Indians here, I will encounter all kinds of racism online or in real life, and the hatred is real. I wish it wasn’t so, but Brampton and for that matter the GTA is not equipped to handle these many people. Then you get the sheer number of illegal rooming houses, fraud, general disrespect for the norms and traditions of Canada from the newer generations of immigrants it just really paints a bad picture of Indian people. I hope things can change and both Indians and Canadians can live together and foster mutual respect for each other, but we are a long ways away

They are definitely gaming the system. It's waaaaay too permissive. It's rough. Systems based on honor and lack of corruption get used when people used to bribery and corruption (most Indian politics, policies, taxes, etc) will use the hell out of it. That's why it works in places like Denmark, Finland, etc. They don't let just ANYONE in, it's actually quite difficult. Nothing wrong with Immigration as long as the immigrants assimilate and do so legally.

The thing that never seems to be brought up is East Indians 80% own houses. They come here and they own houses and have businesses that they ONLY hire East Indians, have East Indian clientele ONLY because they all pay cash so they can circumvent the taxes. They all make babies like mice so give it 40 years and Canada will not be recognizable. And it’s the governments fault because they’re so greedy for tax money that they let the here by the boat load because they don’t wanna wait for the rest of us to make Canada larger population wise because it will take way too long. They all own 1.6-2 million dollar houses in the suburbs of the city, all own businesses and all do the same shit as Brampton, circumvent the taxes. That’s the thanks we get for letting them here is to scam us so they can get rich quick while we all suffer and will never own a house by the looks of it. In Victoria BC where I live now, it’s gotten so bad that I can’t move out of my house I’ve been in for 4 years cuz I can’t find anything cheaper and this place is a 400sq ft 1 bedroom for $1850 a month. Can’t afford to do anything but survive while the immigrants all live like kings. There’s gotta be a line to not cross and that has been the case for too long where it’s been crossed for a long time and no one says or does anything about it out of fear of being called a racist. I love Punjabi people, they are high class and they surprise me when they tell me they were farmers before coming to canada because I don't get that rugged vibe from them. Over time enough Indians replaced them to basically take over important roles like police officers and political positions. Eventually though it was the student visas that drove Canadians crazy. Millions of students in record time and I believe there was an additional 4 million who came on temporary work visas during covid, eventually Canadians got annoyed. Personally I don't see any problem with it as long as we keep building apartments and homes for the new immigrants to rent and live it doesn't bother me. I would like to see three times more immigration especially from Europe as this country is super underpopulated and we need people to open factories and build companies that will strengthen Canada as a whole and employ our own not just send money back to their countries. So its not an invasion we just need come to a place of understanding and learn to work together. I will finish with the one negative; there truly is a massive lack of assimilation and this may prove to be more of a problem than we realize but I won't go into it. Indians have been in Canada for a very long time. Many came from Punjabi closer to colonial times. The racism in the comments is inexcusable. People of all different backgrounds commit crimes , public nuisances, etc. and the complaining of dominating every industry? I’m not sure what angle that is. Maybe the other groups should do better at dominating industries or advocate for businesses to hire other Canadians (equal opportunity employment). I’m a proud Indian who is now a Canadian citizen, and I’ve made a conscious effort to assimilate into Canadian culture and values. What bothers me is how this conversation has been reduced to blaming one group. The reality is that the Canadian government failed first by not properly managing immigration volumes, not enforcing document verification, and not honestly assessing whether the country could support such rapid population growth. That policy failure created pressure on housing, jobs, and social systems long before resentment followed. We also need honesty within the Indian community. Some Indians struggle to adapt being overly loud, culturally rigid, and sometimes lacking empathy for Canadian norms and shared public spaces. I studied Canadian and Indigenous history in school, and respecting that history matters. Assimilation doesn’t mean abandoning your culture, but it does mean understanding and respecting the society you chose to join. Cultural education should be expected, not optional. That said, one Indian doing something wrong does not make all Indians bad. Most Indian students and workers I know are hardworking, punctual, and serious about contributing. I’ve personally worked minimum-wage jobs for years, and what I noticed was not jobs being “taken,” but fewer Canadian youth willing to stay in or commit to these roles long-term. Indians didn’t replace Canadians, they filled vacancies that already existed. I also briefly volunteered helping the homeless, and what I saw was honestly shocking. It’s not that the government isn’t trying to help there are rehabilitation programs and support systems in place. The difficult truth is that a significant portion of the homeless population struggles with substance abuse and refuses treatment because it requires giving up drugs. Over time, homelessness itself starts to function like a culture, where benefits and assistance unintentionally enable continued substance use rather than recovery. This is an uncomfortable reality people don’t like to talk about. None of this is simple. Immigration didn’t break Canada, and neither did one community. Poor policy, weak enforcement, lack of accountability, and refusal from governments and individuals to adapt responsibly is what brought us here. Blame is easy. Honest solutions are not.

One thing i can and do respect about indians is that they will never be pushy with their religions. Sure you'll find some "bad apples" but rare. It is also my own opinion, and some opinions on the internet suck: The good: Cultural integration IS possible (the Indian families are more into hockey than the white families where I live), tons of cross-cultural friendships, beautiful blend of cultural celebrations, top achievers are almost always second-generation immigrants, kids are growing up to love their parents' culture while also loving Canada's, many fantastic families who engage their children well and raise them very respectfully, religious temples that will feed an amazing meal to ANYBODY who walks into them (as long as you cover your hair), low rates of family trauma (drugs, abuse, divorce, etc.), families that take care of their elders The rough: Not all families are interested in being Canadian (some families just send their kids to Indian speaking private schools, live in Indian areas, and only seem to practice Indian ways of life - what's even the point?), many Indian families retreated into their home-lives during Covid which removed their children from integration opportunities, a very small percentage of the families are absolutely TERRIBLE at parenting and treat their sons and daughters with different levels of respect, multi-family households pay a single property tax which makes the contribution per taxpayer much smaller (while social benefits are equal to anybody else), some crime such as extortion and gang activity has been imported into the country, some individuals' disregard for rules and laws (setting fireworks on Diwali in the middle of a dry, grassy field is just plain stupid), some Indian communities seem to vote blindly for their own ilk during local elections without any regard for policy or experience, LMIA immigration program has been corrupted by the nepotism of bad actors and the greed of large corporations (wages can be federally subsidized which makes it cheaper to hire immigrants than the 16 year old down the street). Many of these families were simply making good choices for their own family, so don't blame the people themselves for this - blame the government that allowed it to fester unsustainably. I'll continue to stick up for the majority of these beautiful families though - haters be darned! Watching these kids grow up gives me some hope for humanity!

Hey! Im a sikh that was born in canada, with my parents, grand father, great grand father also being in this beutiful country. I wanted to start of by saying a couple of things. My home was in brampton for a long time and I have personally seen the safety gone down, my family used to come back from trips with our garage open and everything would be completely fine. The long term sikhs and indians came and actually contributing positively and that can be seen with how good canada was pre 2020. Immigration too an extent was good, but mass immigration was never a good idea. In 2018-2019 the old time punjabi community was heavily against so many students coming in, so much so people that were indian had "no students" signs when renting their basements. It's sad to see people that came here running things so badly and ruining the effort and contributions made by many(I even face the consqeunces of things I have never done). Remeber don't be afraid to call out people for their bullshit, but also dont bash innocent people. Now many ppl came to canada and have done good like sikhs having the highest donors of blood, plasma, and platelets. We also giveway a lot in charity and food. A good news is Canada is cracking down on these bad people and quickly, and many good people who came are returning back home. I have seen a lot of videos online, but please remember algorithms and pushed media make things seem worse than they actually are. My message is I'm sorry for how these people are acting, my recent trip to Canada(brampton) I saw better quality service and more white folk too. Stay safe and god bless!

tbh if much of the indian diaspora in canada are just indian muslims and indian christians then the canadians would be more happy as even just the indian christians alone are ppl that the native canadians themselves can easily connect with due to canada's long term history as a christian majority country and canada once condemned india for killing sikhs in its own territory and idk how will the native canadians react if much of indian diaspora are the country's minorites such as muslims, christians, sikhs and etc rather than majority hindus and this is already something that kinda exists in canada although much of the indian diaspora unfortunately are just hindus rather than the country's minorities but ofc not telling im from india or not cuz im not willing to reveal what country im from ;-;

Tyler, Canada hasn't been a "white" country in a long time. Brampton is known for being an Indian enclave. I grew up in the GTA, and we had plenty of different ethnicities and that was just fine. Canada embraced multiculturalism a long time ago- there isn't any central "Canadian values". Not assimilating is only offensive in America.

Does anyone else feel like a minority in the town they were born. I was pulled over by the RCMP not long ago. They were both East Indians. One of which could barely speak proper English. I had an East Indian friend with me. I was interrogated more about being with an Indian woman than I was for speeding. They didn’t even care about my speed but pulled me back to their cruiser and kept questioning my intentions with the woman. Was fucking terrifying! So I went to the detachment to complain. Guess who the staff sergeant was. Another fucking East Indian🤦‍♂️ this is no longer Canada😑

It is also important to acknowledge an uncomfortable reality: while many Indians in Brampton are hardworking, skilled, and law-abiding, there are individuals living there who are reportedly facing criminal charges or are wanted in India, yet continue to remain abroad due to legal loopholes, slow extradition processes, or a lack of coordination between governments. Ignoring this issue only undermines trust and accountability. Ultimately, the responsibility lies with the Canadian government. Citizenship is granted by Canada, not India. If Brampton is changing rapidly in its cultural and demographic makeup, it is because policymakers chose growth without proper planning, enforcement, or integration. History shows that when governments ignore demographic balance and social cohesion, long-term consequences follow—regardless of which group is involved.

I can understand both perspectives but you’re interviewing homeless and low class white Canadians… essentially the losers of society… the multi generational Canadians who have nothing to show for being in this country for over 100 years 😂 Some points are fair but other just seem like they’re sad that they’re behind when they’ve been here for so long. If you are a white multi generational Canadian and you are poor, you have no one to blame but yourself and your family that came before you. If you did not capitalize on purely just the time that you’ve been here and all the appreciation that comes with it, it has nothing to do with Indians. Most wealth is inherited and if you didn’t inherit anything that sucks. Bunch of crackheads mad about Indians being in their country like that’s the reason they’re poor and on the streets. I don’t like how annoying the Indians can be in Canada either but that’s not the reason these people you’re showing are poor.
