I wonder why these traitors to Canada haven't been dragged out of office and hung from the nearest tree... They did this on purpose with malice and forethought... Read agenda 2030 proudly written by circus clown carney where he plans to invite a total of 65 million muslims from africa, middle east and the third world making our population 100,000,000. we will be outnumbered by indians from india, middle east, and Africans. The problem with any immigration is when we only take the best and the brightest we are stealing away the future from those nations, when we take in the illeterate we are burden by their tribal backward ideologies, and have to care for these people from cradle to grave as they will never be able to compete in an open job market where every grade three student has a better education than they. We MUST send them all home. ALL OF THEM. Why are we allowing a man who hasn't lived in Canada for over thirty years, a man whos primary residence is in New York state to be leader? He's not truly Canadian, and shouldn't have been allowed to enter public office.

I'm a proud Canadian Immigrant of Indian origin. I came here to do specialized studies in Game Development. I took my time, and studied 6 years as an international student, paying 3x the tuition, sank $200,000 of hard earned money into the Canadian Education system — Not as a fast track gimmick to immigrate, but so I could achieve my dream as a Game Developer. This money was family income, earned on 1/4th the salary, taking 4x longer to save. I was a great privileged to me. Today 15 years later, no one would ever think I'm from India. I sound Canadian, I behave Canadian, I have Canadian values, and I am Canadian. I came here because I loved Canada. I would watch hours upon hours of indigenous history, and on my Citizenship day, I watched Juno Beach to celebrate. However I must say this... I suffered through s*icidal depression here for 8 years, because I had far less leverage here than in a developing country, and it's really telling what sort of situation we're all in... Rent caps in Canada were removed... The housing market was open to foreign investors / and real estate monopolies with a 20% year-on-year rise... Rents went from 1000$ to 2100$ MINIMUM for a 1 bedroom through Trudeau's term and the govt said "It's not a federal responsibility"... Auto insurance is like 2.5-3.5k a year in Ontario and if you get a dent, you pay a deductable... I was quoted 8500$ for two wisdom teeth surgeries while it costed me 260$ abroad... During Covid - property owners, banks, and grocery stores exploited our misery and made record profits!... The govt stopped filtering through it's immigrants with "interviews", and it's operating like a scam — "Bring all your foreign money, convert it to CAD, and keep our GDP stable.. while we neither have the infrastructure, nor the job market to support these numbers". I think some accountability is due... these issues are "symptoms", not the problem — The problem is our Liberal govt / policies, and our wonderful voting body who voted Liberal term after term after term while complaining. Why does this govt safeguard extremism, foreign politics, foreign separatism? Khalistanis are as much of a threat / nuance to India than it is to Canada, but in Canada they actually have a unrestricted platform. Instead of resenting immigrants, we need to start resenting how mismanaged Canada is by our govt, and hold our voting body accountable. We had a chance to vote differently, but once again a repackaged and rebranded Liberal term. Because my ethnicity is Indian, I've become an object of collective resentment / hatred, and I don't think that's fair.. Please direct it at your vote, and govt level policies. Why should I (and other's like me) be crucified with the sins of other immigrants? It's like hating all your neighbors in a burning building, when the management has been lighting the fire.

Donald, in his whole time as a 'leader' (which he clearly isn't) never ever was able to even close hold a speach like this. And he never will be. He is just not a smart man. This decision was a big big mistake. Thanks to Mr. Trudeau for standing up against this characterless BULLY. The Canadians must be so proud of you. I just hope Mexico ( and all the rest of us 'willing countrys') will do the same. I do feel sorry for all the american people who saw this coming and have to suffer now. I hope this all ends well. You cannot break Canadian law if you live here. You cannot make Canada a replica of the country from where you lived. You must be THANKFUL and PROUD to live in a free country like Canada.

Proud dual citizen Canadian here. Love the country, people and culture. However, the Liberal politics of the last 9 years have been a disaster, from high inflation, uncontrolled immigration, lack of pro business investments, homelessness, housing… this is to list just a few issues. The same thing has been happening in the US and Western Europe. Thank you God for helping elect Donald Trump. Must be nice for an ethnic minority to come to a city where they can enjoy 85% of their culture and people. I mean it , must be nice for them to enjoy a place where they are free and encouraged to be proud to express their lives according to their beliefs and customs. Is there ANY city in Canada, meaning >100k population, where long standing Canadians can have a 80%+ majority and are free to enjoy their traditional ways without offending a bunch of people?

I came as an immigrant from India in 1968. I arrived in Canada on Thursday and started my full time as a nurse and I have been paying my taxes ever since . I can proudly say that I contribution to health care was greatly recognized. I must agree that when you live in Canada one must adopt to Canadian culture. My family is proud to be Canadians.

When you believe in the climate Change environmental scam, you are set up for failure. For the longest time Canadians believed in the environmentalists propaganda where they must protect the environment and get rid of oil production. This means more tax on new buildings and it makes it more and more expensive to build. As well, governments use their power to protect monopoly lobbyists from outside competition. When you have government interference and carte lobbyists using government protecting their profit, no wonder Canada is on the decline. The government loves to use immigration as a propaganda to promote diversity, inclusion and multiculturalism while masking the rampant corruption within government. Now we are seeing Canada for what it is. Don't be surprised Canada will be the next Zimbabwe. Muslim children must be educated in how to be a good Canadian. Ethics, principles, honesty, courtesy, responsibility, Canadian loyalty and other important civic issues, must allow young minds to better themselves and become great and proud Canadians.

Something must be done with Canadian immigration, this show has proven the flaws, what about the land border where hundreds are just walking and claiming residency. If that continues Canada won’t be that safe place where people pay taxes and are proud of being called “ Canadians”.

My experience in Canada has been largely positive, with only minimal racial difficulties.  As a teenager, I do recall some kids making blatantly racist comments, when I was the only minority in the room; but they were silly girls, popular and full of themselves, and most of the students who heard did not laugh with them. We all knew it was wrong.  Another time I was told, by an agent, that a potential employer claimed she would not hire me because of my race.  I did not hear these words firsthand, though, so it was impossible for me to verify the truth. In the end, I let the matter alone. Other people,  I realize, have endured severe injustices; such have not been my experience, but this does not subtract from their reality.  Indeed, racism does exist, and shall remain as long as there are imbeciles wallowing in the mire of ignorance, people who cling to an absurd sense of superiority for lack of something more meaningful to hold.  As well--and it must be said!--quite likely, we all have, at some point, entertained discriminatory thoughts. 'Tis not a 'black and white' problem but a human one, and we must be mindful of it beginning with ourselves.  Canada, then, with its many inhabitants and complex history, will never be the exception. We can't expect perfection among people, here or anywhere else in the world.  Even so,  I believe there are enough fellow Canadians who strive to treat people as individuals and are happy to make friends across cultures.  My life has been and continues to be a testament to that!  Whatever our troubles, we still retain a proud heritage of diversity and progressive ethnic harmony.  We do try, and for this reason I love my country.  I am deeply patriotic and immensely proud to be part of it!
