LOL, Diab will do NOTHING! With the century project, Carney will ignore the issue. Just like "Bail reform", Sean Fraser does nothing; CBSA will probably seem threatening but they probably will use the honour system for self-deportation. Fraser, Miller and Diab accepted immigrants with criminal records. So why hunt down immigrants who are probably contributing to Canada? "Canada has approved entry for more than 17,600 people with a criminal record in last decade " PLUS all the Flight Attendants from India that did not go back to India. CBSA is NOT even close to being like ICE. The judges are lenient to immigrants who break Canadian laws to prevent deportation. The Federal Liberals are more interested in hiding taxpayer money.

Only 18,000 deported out of 5 million illegals? That is a joke. Deportations cost money because the government is way too dumb. You don't need to chase the illegals on our dime instead a few bureaucratic steps will help line up the immigrants across Canada towards airports to flee and here we go: 1- Introduce a 3 months grace period for illegals to depart with their lute, no questions asked 2- Establish a Black-List-Database for all illegals and anyone who makes that list will never get permanent residence no matter how long they stay or even if they apply from abroad down the road 3- Introduce daily fines for overstaying or being here illegal with no ceiling including assets seizure to cover fines 4- Abolish automatic birth citizenship unless both parents are fully legal, else contact your embassy for birth certificate and fetch healthcare, school etc ..on your own dime 5- Revoke driver licenses, bank accounts, temporary SIN numbers of all illegals 6- Mandate the RCMP, Local Police, Sheriffs to check immigration status of anyone who comes in contact with law enforcement including traffic stops 7- Establish new Driver License and other documents for citizens and legal people with specific design and color etc.. 8- Introduce a toll-free number so citizens can report illegals and illegal activities 9- Impose hefty fines and jail time on employers who hire illegals including business closures 10- Limit running to office on all levels to Canadian born citizens 11- No illegal owns, buys or sells any real estate or property Do these and the longest line will be the line leading to airports so our friends CBSA can sit in the ri comfy offices processing illegals at their own pace.

The only reason you can use the term Immigrant is because the govt issued visas. But that being said the govt fast tracked the usual immigrant process which takes months to years. So in actuality this is not legitimate immigrants. It's unlawful what the govt has done and therefore these people are immigrants under cover of law. Or color of law. It's defacto. I call them illegal migrants. Most are not doctors or engineers or trades people even. Most are young men from 19 to their 30's. According to Investigative Journalist Joshua Philipp of the Epoch Times, Through visiting Darian gap, he found UN tents helping illegal migrants to get to the US. But they had to pass through cartel territory. They had to pay the cartels a fee or die or be raped or both. Yes it's brutal some things but apparently before Obama left office he signed an international agreement to import people globally from mostly Islamic countries and create open borders. We see Chinese, and many people from different parts of South America and even Africa crossing to the US. A lot of whom end up in Canada. So before they cross into the US they toss their IDs Especially if they are from countries that are flagged by the US as questionable or terrorist possibilities. So this leads to a lot coming to Canada. I'm sure you heard of Roxham Rd crossing? It's officially closed but people still cross into Canada from the US going through there. There's also piles of IDs at that border crossing also. Anyways these open border policies has cut out in depth screening so we really don't know who is in Canada as true asylum seekers or immigrants. To add to this complexity, over 300,000 Canadian travel documents have been stolen from CBSA Canadian Border Services Agency. 280,000 of those were blank Canadian passports. SO we really don't know who's walking on Canadian soil. This was confirmed by Luc Sabourin a former CBSA agent. If the government really wanted to send them back, the easiest way for this to happen would be to freeze any bank account/work permit, asset after visa expires. This will automatically make a lot of the illegal immigrants leave. Also need to get rid of the rule like usa where a baby is concieved and becomes canadian by default. We don't have ICE, CBSA can't even keep track of anything, this would be the best way to reduce this stupidity the government has gotten Canadians into.

Can't add more CBSA Border employees. Even though short 2,000 of them. Will increase talking point about always hiring more Gov't employees and nothing get's done

We don't even have a border patrol ffs. The cbsa only works at ports of entry. The rcmp isn't visible in Ontario & Quebec.

Stop tryng to be a prophet. You said nothing of substance this is general knowledge and common practice ?. CBSA even have a show on tv called Border security. This happens every day at any point of entry.

He doesn't even know how many have come into this country or how many we've process for deportation that have simply disappears and CBSA can't find (35k) or how many criminals and terrorists. He is a complete idiot that we've indulged for far too long.

I think CBSA and CIC should look into fraud regarding work permits, Chinese students using ghost companies to gain work experience without even working in the company. They pay this fake company to do the paperwork as if they work in their office just to gain work experience and then get PR. These companies promote their service all over Chinatown in Toronto. They will take care of everything, you don't need to be in the country at all or even show up for work. Yes I am snitch whatever..

why the government case by case allowed this guys to apply for humanitarian and let them stay? my Goodness is so easy!!!! I'm not say any case, but verify one by one! The truth that even if is not justifiable, some white lobby in this country doesn't want Asian, there were NONE asian CBSA officer that spoke about the case! That's also a proven racism in this country!
