You know how big Trump's ego is. Calling him dumb is extremely stupid move.

Dumb move to introduce de-facto sanctions against Canada. Trump's perception is weird, very weird. I question his sanity. Alienating allies and neighbors will discredit and isolate USA.

Make that make sense! I couldn't have said it any better. Trudeau was never my favorite person in politics, but this latest stand against the tyrant that is just south of our great country! His justification for his tariff fantasy is the trade of fentinyl across the border and the flow of illegal immigrants to the U.S. As Trudeau has stated, paraphrasing a well known and respected publication, the Wall Street Journal, that this is a very DUMB move! That is an understatement. This is clearly not about drugs or illegal immigrants, it never was. Trump is supposed to be smart? This latest revelation proves otherwise. Just look at how they treated Zelensky during his last visit to the oval office. That showed a complete lack of respect! I fear we are in for a dismal for years!

It must be a doozie, something that Trump shouldn't have been doing, and Putin's got Trump by the balls. Trump is going to jump, lie, cheat, and do tariffs (as a smokescreen) for his treachery with Putin. This is why he said we won't have to ever vote again. He's planning to pull a 'Hitler-move'! Trump and Musk are weakening America. Trump, Vance and Musk are working to make all our allies our enemies to help Putin and N. Korea be able to take over America, then Trump thinks they'll let him be our King. He's so stupid. Putin and N. Korea are crazy but they will not let Trump be King. They want America for themselves. Wake up America! Trump is selling out America! He's trying to put us into WW III, and make sure we do not have any allies, and if you don't see the writing on the wall, y'all need to go back to school. Pay attention to history. It would have been better to call the move “ill-advised”. Referring to POTUS by first name and saying it was “dumb” is just going to provoke DJT who everyone, fans and critics alike, knows is vain and does not have the humility to accept insults. It’s Trudeau breaking shtuff on his way out. He doesn’t have the mandate to put us in a worse position; he is being selfish, I think, in taking an unnecessary low-brow jab. Calling it ill-advised or similar gives Trump an out, to pass the buck to Lutnik when it becomes apparent that this tariff idea is a steaming pile for everyone involved.

Dumb move, Trudeau. Trump doesn't fear measured responses; he's not a normal person. He only understands if you hit him back much harder than he hits you. \nCanada should NOT impose retaliatory counter tariffs that harm CANADIANS (Or do like China and impose 75% Tariffs on US items Canada can easily buy elsewhere). Rather, Canada should shut the OIL spigot and cancel electric feeds into the USA. RIGHT NOW. THAT would have the required effect and NOT HARM Canadians.

Trump is dumb. He has to learn to move a little quiter. There was a time the promised to close Gitmo fully as a human rights violation. Then folks forgot, and now, with this, they'll remember again, and everyone is going to start screaming terrorists rights again.

I always thought Trump was being dumb when he said, “they don’t send their best ppl” until I moved to Mexico and cross Paso del Norte once a month. Every month I take a bus up to Juarez and I ride with these migrants, and let me tell you something… they’re not all women and children. About 60-70% are young LITERAL thugs. I almost got jumped by a group of four of them when I arrived to the Juarez bus station for the first time. Mexicans are tired of these ppl as well, don’t get it twisted. 90% of Mexicans I’ve talked to don’t want them in their towns bc they say that since they’ve arrived muggings, burglary’s, and r@pes have severely gone up. In the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s most of the migrants were just ppl who wanted to work, these ppl that I’ve met time and time again talk like the US owes them and has to let them in. It’s crazy.
