The deccline of the American emmpire and the dennial/ignoring of that fact by the government, business community and mainstream media. \n2. The fact that strikes and demonstrations will not be effective in bringing the required systemic change to the American systems of government and economy, that the American working class needs so urgently and badly. \nThe only way for the working class in the U.S. to change its fate, is by revvolting, and then establishing Soccialism as the system of government and economy: \nOnly through a Soccialist Revvolution can the working class in the U.S. change its current dreadful situation. The working class is about 97% of the population of the U.S. they are many, many millions of people, many more than the employer class, and so they can act and achieve that crucially important goal.

Canada is strongly anti fascist:\n1) we are against rascism and try to fight that human tendency\n2) we believe in religious tolerance and we don't fear secular views\n3) we honour our intelligent and hard working women \n4) we don't worship cult leaders who prey on our fears\n5) we are happy to live financially comfortably but don't worship the dollar\n6) we honour our military but worship peace\n7) we love our country fiercely but respect others and see their strengths\n8) we respect rather than fear sexually diverse persons\n9) we try to understand different perspectives of history\n10) we believe in equity and truth rather than Darwinian power (might is right?-no)\n11) we believe in a social democracy that pools its taxes and provides for all citizens

Get the media representatives with the highest reach on your side \n3. Start fights with your neighbors \n4. As an Indian Immigrant who left recently, here are few tips for Canadians:\n\n1. Not every brown person is Indian, I knew people from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka identifying themselves as Indians.\n\n2. Its not entire India but two major states, Punjab and Gujarat, with majority of aggressive actions coming from IMMIGRANTS from Punjab and not native Punjabis who are born and brought up here.\n\n3. Immigrants can’t vote, so majorly its not your fault and so is not immigrants fault but the Government that the CITIZENS elected brought immigrants for boosting their dead economy.\n\n4. Controversial but I will say it, Canada is a FRENCH country with English as its second major language. No others language is as prominent, So if you are sure that a brown person is an IMMIGRANT and they can’t even speak ENGLISH properly let alone French, 99% chance he/she is a problem in your country and does labour work.

The student program should have never been a path to permanent residence. Every Study Permit application should have the three below terms and conditions:\n\n1. Purpose of the Visa: This student visa is issued solely for the purpose of pursuing your studies at [Institution Name] in Canada. It is a temporary visa, and its primary function is to allow you to study and engage in academic activities. It is not a pathway to permanent residency or citizenship in Canada.\n\n2. Temporary Nature of the Visa: Your student visa is valid only for the duration of your enrolled academic program or course of study. Upon the completion of your studies, you are required to leave Canada immediately, unless you apply for and are granted a different visa that legally allows you to remain, such as a work visa.\n\n3. No Pathway to Permanent Residence: This student visa does not confer eligibility for permanent resident status or citizenship in Canada. You are not permitted to apply for permanent residency or citizenship while holding this visa. If you wish to apply for permanent status in Canada, you must do so separately and in person at your country of origin in accordance with the immigration laws and procedures of Canada.

Few things I noticed:\n1) Indians dont respect Canadian standards of personal space; we do not live in a crowded country so back up a bit.\n2) Indians do not open up personally quickly; often keep to themselves.\n3) Dont understand most people have integrated into society, so we encourage you too. Its not fair to assume everything is “white” so you fight/oppose but fail to consider its a hybrid Canadian culture. We are not so imposing of any of our “old-world” ways. \n4) You talk on speaker phone in public too much.\n5) Business ethics.\n6) the everyday spam/text scam calls from India are not helping.\n7) scarcity mindset, if im shopping for something they have to invade my space and see what it is and if they can buy before me.\n8) Rude drivers, constantly cutting off.

Indians are spreading Indian culture in Canada \n1. No respect for others and their personal space \n2. No respect for environment \n3. No respect for law and order and do what ever they want \n4. No hygene\n5. No respect for women \n6. Too much noisy\n7. Too much religious practice and celebration without considering others.\n8. Using fake methods and “ smart “ methods in work place.

I personally used to love indians. Especially punjabis. The ones who immigrated here in the 80s and 90s were quiet, dignified and productive.\n\nThey were family oriented and blended into canadian society seamlessly.\n\n\nThis is what indians need to do in order to regain respect again.\n\n1. Call out other indians who do not assimilate into canadian culture. And stop saying youre indian. My parents both immigrated from italy, and they never call themselves italian.....just canadian.\n\n2. Speak english a little better, and learn proper manners and customer service. The reason you came to Canadabwas because you saw it as a paradise where you could flourish. Learn the culture. Embrace wherenyou are.\n\n3. Follow the law. Pay your taxes, and find some NON indian friends who can help you assimilate easier.\n\n\n\n\nCanadians are very kind caring people overall. We want to like you, like those immigrants who came before you..... but we dont NEED YOU. So appreciate what youve been handed.\n\nAnd remember. Every human being is suspicious of other cultures. Its natural. Walls sometimes take time to come down.

Universal healthcare- Free healthcare one of the best in the world\n5. Free Public Education- one of the most educated countries in the world \n6. Excellent job opportunities \n7. Social services for the less fortunate\n8. Safety and peacefulness- a lot of migrate here for safety\n9. Cultural diversity\n10. Natural beauty- Canada has one of the best, surrounded by the Pacific spanning all the way to Atlantic Ocean\n11. Low crime rate and safety top 10 safest in the world\n12. Work-life balance - don’t have to work 12 hours for Pennies\n13. Thriving Stable Economy\n14. Long immigration process - doesn’t allow every criminal in\n15.. Variety of foods: thanks to all the multi-cultures in Canada\n\nThese are just a few, sorry your personal experience was bad, very sorry, but that’s your personal experience and Canada isn’t as you make it seem out to be. Exaggerated views about a country where you have no personal experience.?. All i can say is life is tough everywhere not just in Canada; get a helmet. Work hard, get a good job and make decisions wisely. success will be on your way then. India is great and Canada is great too. \nThis video is just half baked to provide one sided story.\n1. You cant just blame federal or JT for this issue. Provisional governments are equally responsible as well. They allowed mass international students due to their (provincial) going down economy for various factors. They made false promises to students that students can get PRI in less than a year, otherwise do you think students were willing to go to these cold areas to study without any benefits? You made a promise, now its time to fulfill.\n2. International students funds the college/school by paying fee 3 times more than a Canadian one. There was no check and balance from provincial governments on school/colleges, because they liked the inflow of $$$ within their provinces.\n3. I don’t mean to be a negative Nancy, her but I do believe I need to warn you: \nI and my family, have sadly seen two problems with your reason #3:\n1) unfortunately, simply calling yourself an Islamic state, and truly being one are light years away from each other. Saudi Arabia has started allowing alcohol sales and trading, hav8ng sellout music concerts in a part of Saudia Arabia that the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) warned the Muslim ummah not to go near, as it was a civilization destroyed by Allah because of their outright transgressions against Allah’s commands to stop their sins.\n2) we have also, unfortunately, known too many revert families, much like you and your stance, who went chasing a dream to live in an Islamic country/state, hoping it would lead to a more Islamic lifestyle for her and her kids as well. One person we used to know moved to a Muslim country, moving back and forth, and SubhanAllah, nobody in the Muslim community has heard from her again, and her younger daughter was 15 when she ended up being sold into marriage with some hardcore ISIS members. ??? Reasons I left Canada:\n1. no jobs...\n2. you find a job... low pay...\n3. you get pay... high taxes...\n4. you need to get to yer job... no public transportation...\n5. you need to eat... high food prices.... plus the selection is bad... not many fruits/veggies...\n6. you need a place to live.... rents are high, home prices are high... \n7. the weather sucks, personal freedoms are few, no innovation, no entrepreneurialism... \nHmmmm let me list the things I like about Canada:\n1. (I hope you read this)\nOkay i have a few suggestions, having lived my whole childhood in Oman i can confirm it’s a beautiful place but Arab country's higher education(college wise) is not that great therefore ,my family moved to India(our roots are Indian) because this being a reason. (Like a lot of families move from gulf countries to their south asian countries for college,having personally experienced as well as my cousins who lived in Jeddah and loads of other relatives)\n1. So pls look for muslim countries that offer good education otherwise you will have to send them again to UK USA Canada for good college.\n2. Abu Dhabi can be a option as well\n3. Saudi Arabia\n4.Qatar\n5. Turkey\n6. Schooling works differently in gulf countries, for example you have Indian schools that run on the CBSE pattern of India, Pakistani schools, Sri Lankan schools, International School with a British curriculum, International schools with American style curriculum, proper Native schools of that country that teach in Arabic.( Again this my experience in Oman, my cousins in Jeddah went to Indian school of Jeddah, so pls wisely choose the school that you want your children to attend)\n\n(this comment is just an opinion, hope it helps. As someone in his late twenties living in Quebec, I got to say this is very accurate. I won't say things are as bad as some other people are saying in the comments, but I do feel like the country is going downhill. For me, these are the main three things that feels wrong:\n\n1. We, as citizen, tend to offload every responsibility to the governments. Each election, they promise to handle more, but fail times and times again to deliver on their existing responsibilities. But we still vote for them, because we fear personal responsibilities. They created these immovable bureaucratic monsters and they lost control. They promise new shiny things instead of fixing what is already in place.\n2. We lost all notion of what is necessary. People gets more and more entitled which leads to overconsumption and frustation. Quebecers used to be proud peoples who survived with the little they had. Now greed has consumed our identity and nothing is holder us together.\n3. I feel that jobs are less and less useful to the society. Even I, as an electronic/software engineer, wonder if my job as meaning. I feel we lost touch with the concrete world. Some people have 0 contribution to anything useful and have really good salary and work conditions, while others bust their ass in shitty conditions. As someone from Belgium that now lives in Columbus OH because of marriage, you're spot on with everything. Safety? Limited. Sprawl? Terrible. Rent? Eh it's not that bad. I make a base salary of $82.5k and my wife makes $50k. Our 2br 1ba apartment's rent is about $1000. It's a nice place, but it has some flaws. Our next place will be around $1500. I've told my wife I don't like the sprawl and lack of public transport here and I want to move to a place where that is less of an issue: Chicago, NYC or Boston. However, the latter two have crazy high rent.\n\nI must add, the terribly unsupported public education system in Columbus is by far the worst reason. My wife is a teacher at a Columbus City School that's almost 100% black. White families put their kids through private schools. The rest of the kids have terrible home lives and are therefore incredibly ill-behaved and under-educated. So much so that the teachers just CANNOT keep up with Ohio's learning standards. By the time these kids graduate (and that's a big IF), they would have learned about 20% of what a regular 18-year old would have learned in most of the world. This is in part due to:\n1. Parents that do not involve themselves in what their children do, and therefore do not discipline appropriately.\n2. Terrible school admins that force teachers to lower their standards to have a high passing rate for the school (otherwise it gets shut down). Also, due to the No Child Left Behind Act, admins also force teachers to teach how to pass state tests (repetitive bullshit) instead of important learning materials and/or critical thinking skills.\n3. A lot of these students are pushed into the gang lifestyle and see no future in their education. They don't even try.\n4. Burned out teachers that grew tired of the negative ROI and start giving out poor and inadequate work packets. However, I don't like blaming teachers, especially because my wife is the hardest working person I know.\n\nIt's hard to see my wife come back every day, exhausted. It pains me both for her and her kids. America doesn't give a fuck about education. The big theory is that they're purposely not giving public schools attention so they can be phased out and private education becomes the norm. And if you can't afford it? That's great, we need factory workers.\n\n\nI might convince my wife to move to Europe eventually (luckily a European marriage visa isn't as stupidly hard to obtain as it was for me to get here). Having kids in America is not something I'd like to think about. For now, I'm taking advantage of this high salary to save as much as I can and focus on advancing in my career. The income difference based on skin color is based on level of education and jobs chosen, NOT some skin color. This is why if you break down the income difference based on the countries of origin, black immigrants from countries with high education levels such as ones from Nigeria have a higher average income compared to the rest of the population, even though their skin is as dark as any black person. \n2. I suggest you visit Richmond BC, Surrey BC, or Vancouver Downtown, so many successful Asian and brown people there. In fact, white people are moving to suburbs since asian immigrants are buying up expensive realestate in big cities like Vancouver and Toronto. Still RaCiSM? \n3. Whites (especially white males) are the only group in Canada that can be openly discriminated against in hiring and school applications, as diversity quotas require a minimal number of women and non-whites to be chosen, over whites (and men)who may meet the criteria. Everyone needs to be treated equally, and solely based on their abilities and qualifications. \n\nAnyone with a half a brain can see that it is better to be a non-white person in Canada right now than other way around. And I am an Asian myself saying this.

I agree with most of your points, but as a person who immigrated to Canada 23 years ago, I am still happy that i did it, grateful for the opportunities that Canada offered to me, even though i had to work hard for everything. Few points i want to make for those who consider immigrating:\n1. Uprooting yourself from your country, and starting from the bottom in a foreign country is difficult, and not for everyone. Sometimes, when immigrants go back to visit their home countries, they try to present themselves as successful, and tend to exaggerate the positives. Having realistic expectations is crucial, do a thorough research beforehand, prepare yourself, and you will have better chances to succeed.\n2. I also lived in US for almost 2 years: US is better if you want to do business, or if you are highly specialized (IT, healthcare, etc.), but i wouldn't raise children there, even more so if i were a visible minority. \n3. If you are on top of your career at home, think twice before immigrating, unless you find a suitable position before arrival. If you are in a priviledged position, you have connections, doors are opened easily for you, you might find it difficult to adjust without these things. Many people leave their country because of corruption, they will find that they have more opportunities in Canada. \n4. There are some significant differences between provinces in Canada: Quebec offers low university tuition, Alberta offers the best ratio between average income and average housing costs. (You can buy a new house in Edmonton with about 300k) \n5. Canada might not be for those who want to become milionaires in few years, or for those who want a night life like Las Vegas or Ibiza... but if you are a young couple, motivated and hardworking, who want to raise children in a decent environment, to be able to send them to school without fear, Canada might be a good place.

After 10 years living in this wonderful country…. (Great Montreal subs) There are few things, I will never be able to assimilate.\n\n1. Excessive government interaction or presence in your life. Too much!!! People is extremely obedient at the point that some love the gov takes decisions over them and their kids…. \n\n2. Political correctness and not many autentique people. \n\n3. Psychology student here. In the interest of accurate information, I would like to point out some flaws I find with some of the studies in this documentary and question the conclusions reached. I understand that CBC Marketplace are not personality psychologists and therefore cannot be expected to produce the same quality of work as a scientist. However, I think it is worthwhile to think critically about the information in the media that we consume. I am also open to anyone who wants to engage in debating the contents of this documentary.\n\n\nThe following are some notes I took while watching the documentary outlining the individual hypotheses of the studies I think are flawed and descriptions of their respective accompanying errors. \n\n\nThere are three possible research questions, and thereby dependent variables, being answered by the apartment hunting studies.\n1. If there is no discrimination between the white man and the first-nations man, then they should get equal treatment, including quotes and availability, when apartment hunting. \na. Could the gender of the landlord be a confounding variable (perhaps men are more discriminatory than women)? \n \n2. If there is no discrimination between the white man and the first-nations man between Toronto, Montreal, Regina, and Victoria, then they should get equal treatment, including quotes and availability, when apartment hunting. \na. Could total apartments visited be a confounding variable? (4 in Toronto, 3 in Montreal, Regina, and Victoria) \nb. Could the gender of the landlord be a confounding variable (perhaps men are more discriminatory than women)? \nc. They only showed the black man apartment hunting in some of the trials. I am considering him out of the study for consistency purposes. The first-nations man is the only one who got unfair treatment in the footage of apartment hunting. \n \n3. Possible hypothesis: If male landlords/agents are more discriminatory than female landlords/agents, then the white man and the first-nations man will get different treatment at different Canadian apartments in equally diverse cities. \na. Don’t know all the information about the genders of the landlords/agents, not all the footage is shown, but the ones where they get ripped off are male. The others shown are female. The remaining interactions are not shown.\n\n\nThere are also some factors that may have influenced the racial bias survey and, in my estimation, rendered it scientifically unreliable.\n\n\n1. The bias survey and accompanying tests at the CBC attributed the differences between the studies to unconscious racism. What if it was just due to familiarity with certain racial groups over others? \na. The black participants had no bias between European-American and African Americans, supposedly indicating no racism, while the white and first-nations participants did, supposedly indicating racism. Is it possible that another interpretation of this result is that bias is a function of familiarity: that we are comfortable with the majority demographic in the geographical location we live in, as well as our own kind. Therefore, the black guys are less biased against black people due to being both black and living in a white majority demographic? \nb. The participants took the survey knowing the objectives of the researchers was to study racial discrimination. They might have influenced the answers they gave \nc. Whether the participants agreed with identity politics or not was a confounding factor that was not controlled . You can only be racially unbiased biased if you think that racial identity is a means of accurately viewing the world. People who do not believe in the existence of identity politics may answer the questions quite differently, which could be a different reason for the results.\nd. I took the study myself. The words that participants were required to match were a mix of adjectives and nouns. It is known within psychology that nouns have higher levels of imagery. This was not properly controlled and therefore is another confounding variable. \n \nAll the other studies looked fine to me. I welcome any discussion on my observations.

Muslims consider the quran to be the perfect book and their prophet to be the perfect man, who's behaviour is to be aspired to, so perfect that any imagery of him does him great injustice and is forbidden. Other than being plain stupid, this in itself doesn't affect civilised society much (except free speech when drawing cartoons), but this does becomes a critical point in combination with the next points:\n2. A perfect man does not marry a 6 year old girl and then f*ck her when she's 9. But that's what their perfect prophet did and they know it, often justifying it as being in a different time. Well no time ever has been ok for a 50+ year old man to f*ck a 9 year old. \n3. In this religion that muslims consider perfect, apostasy is to be punished by death (quran 4:89). This combined with the fact that muslims consider their religious doctrines more important than man-made (western) law is something that makes them incompatible with civilised society. Of course they benefit from the civilised society, but not vice versa. \n4. Then there are the many verses in the quran that order muslims to fight non-muslims (and specifically jews), order death for adultery and homosexual behaviour, etc. Just search and you'll find as there are way too many to list here. This might a little of topic but many of the practices that Muslims do are very good health wise \n\n1) while making wudo (a special wash before prayer) when we rinse our nose with water to that cleans until the the bone at the top of our nose is so good that it actually finishes allergies like if you have pollen allergy because when you clean it is getting less sensitive and more stronger I know someone (I've met someone) that had an allergy with fur or something and they made wudo very often and in actually 2 years they had no allergies\n\n2) when we pray:\nThere was a young man who wasn't so practising so he didn't pray he spent his time working out and doing track and field during one of his runs he fell and fractured a bone when the went to the doctor (non Muslim doctor) he told the guy to do some actions that will help in recovering his bones and the acts that the doctors showed him were the actions we do in our prayer, the guy decided to do these actions but not by itself but in his prayer and this was giving to him by a person that wasn't even Muslim!\n\n3) when Muslims cover ourselves many guys don't hit on us because when we cover ourselves its a sign so show that we are not into these kinds of stuff \nIf you want to see proof search up walking in NYC for 10 hours by AreWeFamousNow\n\nSo next time you say that we are crazy doing this stupidity we are protecting ourselves and we are treating our body good health wise.
