GOD BLESS CANADA, LONG LIVE CANADA. I am a student immigrant who had a choice between US and Canada. I chose Canada, and I have never regretted my choice. The people might not know this but Canada is an amazing country. People have no idea how Canadians have built a fantastic country in some of the toughest conditions. Canadians are some of the most polite, helpful and kind people.

As a Canadian - the immigration tom-foolery that is happening is just as bad up here. Our Prime Minister is a handsome idiot, he was a drama teacher before he became Prime Minister (I know, make that one make sense). He has no idea what he's doing, he's being used as a puppet for more experienced extortionists-erm-politicians. With the help of his party members and a coalition with another party, in less than ten years he has taken Canada from a great place to visit and live to basically what's happening in NY. Crime in our cities has gone up dramatically. Theft is on the rise. Homelessness and drug use is through the roof. Immigration is out of control. And our government also prioritizes immigrants and asylum seekers before born and raised Canadian citizens. As a Canadian who is tired of the nonsense that's been happening in the world this past decade, I wish our government would put on their big boy pants and do something about this uncontrolled immigration. Things are bad here too. Our government seems to keep changing policies and laws to further accomodate the insanity that is happening, I promise, not every Canadian wants these changes to happen. We are just as sick and tired of all this nonsense as our American cousins. I wouldn't be surprised if both countries at some point united in objective and worked together to fix this problem - but that's not gonna happen anytime soon as long as these dummies are in power. But believe me, the regular people of Canada see what you're going through because it's also happening in our own back yard. From this Canadian, I wish you all strength and courage in the coming days, we're all going to need it. God bless, and stay safe everyone <3

Thanks a lot for sharing this information. I agree with you about Vancouver, BC, Canada ?? I have lived here for 45 years and believe, no matter how expensive it is to live here, I love it here!!! It is truly expensive to live here but it is doable as long as you are hardworking. For me, this is the most beautiful place to live in compared to other provinces. My late grandad lived in Canada and was in the Canadian army in ww2 .\nI also have a good friend who lives there as well there dictator or so called leaders destroyed there's economy due to his insane ideas may be its time to show him the door ASAP but he will cling on for as long as he can its a shame as it looks lovely God bless the Canadian people

Hi people all happening because of some stupid politicians. Coming from around this evil world. Back home they were no body & Canada gave them rights to do what you need to do but legal way. Some became politicians W/O any knowledge of this country. Some terrorists drug dealers criminals entered in this heaven & made it as hell.55 years ago I adopted canada my home. That time leave house doors open no one will come and steal any thing. Now you keep 4 locks Robbers will rob you. Killing crimes gone up to sky. Because weak politics.let people enter as Refugee & illegals which became burden on tax payer’s head. Own Canadian suffering because of out siders Stop Immigration for 2 to 3 years then some relief we will have. All criminals who are not Canadian deport them with permanent mark on their Boby so they can’t come back. Tax money will be saved. Canada still better than many others. Hi Lynn. First of, I would like to say that I'm such a huge fan of yours. Since you started at Tuko and still following to date. You are an inspiration to me and so many people out there. I love and respect what you stand for and your work. I completely resonate with everything you are about. Second, I've lived in Canada for over 30 years now. I am Eritrean and was born in Kenya. Moved to Canada when I was about 9 and have lived here since with my family. I have to say that for us, Canada has been a God Send. It has helped us in so many ways, and we are so grateful for the opportunities and life it has given my family. From health care to schooling and job opportunities. We also cane here in 1989. So times and cost of living was very different than it is now. Of course, times have changed now, and the economy and standard of living have too. There are pros and cons to everywhere we live in the world. Everyone is different and has different experiences. There are various factors that may affect everyone's perspectives and experiences when they come to Canada, whether it was a long time ago or recently. Some factors could be, weather, economy, feeling lonely ( no family), language barriers, support...etc. Change is not easy at all and can affect t your whole emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Social life here is also not like it us back home...just alot of factors. People here work and work to make it. My mom brought us here as a single widowed mom. My sister and I were very young. But she was determined to give us a better life and worked her whole life, and it has paid off. It depends on how you look at everything and what your goal is. My mother was determined and made it happen and has raised us on her own very successfully. She loves Canada and appreciates it for everything it has done for us. Everyone's experiences are different. You have to do your research before coming and come with an open mind. Overall... Canada for us has been a blessing. \n\nI hope that helps somehow. I’m Canadian, have lived in 4 countries,now back and retired in Canada.\nI used to visit Palm Springs, NYC, Boston; but stopped in 2015.\nI will never ,ever!, go back, not even just over the Border for a day out.\nI don’t even book flights that involve a change in the US when flying to Europe , even to save some money.\nI think the population of the US in general is becoming more and more brainwashed into warped thinking.\nMy theory is that it’s from keeping decent healthcare and education from the masses…..brains are becoming less and less developed, therefore ripe for ideas instigated by proven morons such as Trump, MTG and the awful Lauren Boebert, to name but a few.\nHarsh, but the US is now a failed place.\nIt used to be a great place…I’m sad now, as the ordinary nice people who don’t subscribe to the ever increasing nonsense there are being subsumed by the worst of humanity if you can call it that.\nWe lived there as children for a bit, but came back to Canada when my Dad got a job here.\nMy brother and I always thank our now long gone parents that we were not brought up as Americans.\n\nIt’s not God Bless America any more, but God Save America.?\n\nWell…you did ask….so there you go.
