Let me use this opportunity to bring awareness to the oppression of Tibetans. No, I am not talking about the Tibetans in China. I am talking about Tibetans in occupied South Tibet, which was annexed by India in 1951 and made a state by India in 1987 to become the so-called Arunachal Pradesh. South Tibet includes Tawang, birthplace of the Sixth Dalai Lama and home to a four-hundred-year-old Tibetan Monastery. The Tibetans in occupied South Tibet are fast becoming strangers in their own native homeland because the Indian government is settling Indians in the region to change the demographic structure of the area and trashing the place just like the Indians did in India or in Canada. The Indians like to mock them, calling them Chinese as a form of insult (sometimes using slurs such as the C* word or the M* word). Rape by Indians in occupied South Tibet is a major source of anger among the locals toward the thuggish Indian occupiers. Another thing is that India doesn't trust the locals and likes to accuse them of being Chinese spies if they don't display enough loyalty to the Indian occupier. This area is tightly controlled by India, with limited access to the outside world. In 2014, a Tibetan Chinese called Nido Tania went to Delhi and was beaten to death because he looked 'Chinese'. His case was hardly an isolated one. Northeasterners in India have for years endured racial hatred by the Indian people. They have held demonstrations in New Delhi, but not much has changed. On December 9, 2025, a Chinese-looking youth from the north-east Indian state was murdered by racist Indian thugs. The thugs mocked him with racist taunts like "CHINKI, MOMO, CHINESE," etc., and then the youth was mercilessly beaten to death. This is not the first nor will it be the last case of racism against the north eastern people living under New Delhi's oppression. No killer or rapist of the northeastern people has ever been brought to justice. The Indian political leadership does nothing more than produce hollow words of sympathy: "I AM VARY VARY SAARY!" There was not even a single word of support or remorse from the high priest of the Bar-Rat hindu empire: Modi. The greatest irony and shameless hypocrisy of India and Indians is that the murdered youth's father is serving in the Indian Border Security Force and deployed along the border with China. He is fighting against China for a country that is ready to kill him and his family for looking Chinese. Some years back, yet another rape case by Indian soldiers occurred in Bomdila, South Tibet. The local police detained the two suspects, and the Indian military, fearing that the two suspects would be lynched, stormed the police station, vandalized it, and rescued the two suspects. This leads to massive protests by the local people. Eventually, the unrest caught the attention of New Delhi, and India flew in the defense minister to Bomdila to make a show of force to suppress the protests. Today, South Tibet is restless, and India knows it. This is the reason a law called the AFSPA (Armed Forces Special Power Act) is imposed on South Tibet. AFSPA gives the state the power to detain or kill anyone with impunity. No due process is needed. AFSPA is imposed on areas India deems restless, such as South Tibet and Kashmir. It is a law meant to suppress dissent and instill fear among the populace. The Tibetans in occupied South Tibet are voiceless people because they are not the right kind of Tibetans, so their plight is ignored by the Western world. I have yet to hear from the Western media any concern for the human rights abuses of the Tibetans in occupied South Tibet by India. P.S. I am using the word Tibetan as an umbrella term to include the various Sino-Tibetan Burmese people (Monpa, Abotani (called Lhotba on the Chinese side),..etc. The Sixth Dalai Lama was a Monpa) in South Tibet. The Sixth Dalai Lama is known for his many love poems and romantic escapades outside the Potola Palace. Sadly, his hometown, Tawang, is now under India's occupation since 1951. The Tawang Monastery is the last major frontier monastery before the area merged into the tribal region. It historically enjoyed a close relation with the Beijing central government. Free South Tibet (so-called Arunachal Pradesh) from India.

The thing that never seems to be brought up is East Indians 80% own houses. They come here and they own houses and have businesses that they ONLY hire East Indians, have East Indian clientele ONLY because they all pay cash so they can circumvent the taxes. They all make babies like mice so give it 40 years and Canada will not be recognizable. And it’s the governments fault because they’re so greedy for tax money that they let the here by the boat load because they don’t wanna wait for the rest of us to make Canada larger population wise because it will take way too long. That and their tuition money for colleges, the list goes on in this non talked about bullshit that the liberals have done. They seriously do all this scheming and raising taxes just to give our tax money away to everyone but the people who pay the taxes. We could have put a huge dent in the national debt by now, but liberals just can’t conserve money hence their name. If it doesn’t stop soon, we are doomed. Surrey BC where I lived for 14 years, is just as bad as Brampton. They all own 1.6-2 million dollar houses in the suburbs of the city, all own businesses and all do the same shit as Brampton, circumvent the taxes. That’s the thanks we get for letting them here is to scam us so they can get rich quick while we all suffer and will never own a house by the looks of it. In Victoria BC where I live now, it’s gotten so bad that I can’t move out of my house I’ve been in for 4 years cuz I can’t find anything cheaper and this place is a 400sq ft 1 bedroom for $1850 a month. Can’t afford to do anything but survive while the immigrants all live like kings. There’s gotta be a line to not cross and that has been the case for too long where it’s been crossed for a long time and no one says or does anything about it out of fear of being called a racist. Call me one. Idgaf anymore. I ain’t racist. I’m just sick of the rules being severely crossed for money. Money makes everyone that has a lot of it GREEDY sons of bitches and it’s gotta stop.

Indians have been in Canada for a very long time. Many came from Punjabi closer to colonial times. The racism in the comments is inexcusable. People of all different backgrounds commit crimes , public nuisances, etc. and the complaining of dominating every industry? I’m not sure what angle that is. Maybe the other groups should do better at dominating industries or advocate for businesses to hire other Canadians (equal opportunity employment). And the whole “ cow poop video” Tyler posted is one village in India ; which of course makes Indians collectively look bad and gives way for many of you in the comments to continually perpetuate this idea that Indians are sub-human. And Tyler, word of advice, if you’re going to show parts of the Indian community and Hinduism religion in Canada — at least learn to pronounce words correctly so you don’t sound like a complete idiot.

I actually worked at Tim Hortons(I'm a white guy), and there were literally so many Indians that they'd order each other around in Hindi. They'd only speak English to me and the customers. I had a shift coordinator in fact who would reflexively give me orders in Hindi, and would get a little ticked off and repeat it in Hindi, and then when it clicked that I'm the only non-Hindi speaker there, he'd give 1 word orders like "Garbage" or "Sinks". The owner of the Tim Hortons also said that if I was a little slow or needed extra training, they wouldn't fire me because they don't like to keep rotating workers around, and instead would rather just retrain them. I was a tad bit slow(only because I was precise and not violating health and safety standards), and they fired me in like 10 seconds. Like my second monthly review, I was fired. I have a feeling it largely had to do with the fact that I was not Indian and didn't speak Hindi, so therefore the shift coordinators had less tolerance for me.

I’m a proud Indian who is now a Canadian citizen, and I’ve made a conscious effort to assimilate into Canadian culture and values. What bothers me is how this conversation has been reduced to blaming one group. The reality is that the Canadian government failed first by not properly managing immigration volumes, not enforcing document verification, and not honestly assessing whether the country could support such rapid population growth. That policy failure created pressure on housing, jobs, and social systems long before resentment followed. We also need honesty within the Indian community. Some Indians struggle to adapt being overly loud, culturally rigid, and sometimes lacking empathy for Canadian norms and shared public spaces. I studied Canadian and Indigenous history in school, and respecting that history matters. Assimilation doesn’t mean abandoning your culture, but it does mean understanding and respecting the society you chose to join. Cultural education should be expected, not optional. That said, one Indian doing something wrong does not make all Indians bad. Most Indian students and workers I know are hardworking, punctual, and serious about contributing. I’ve personally worked minimum-wage jobs for years, and what I noticed was not jobs being “taken,” but fewer Canadian youth willing to stay in or commit to these roles long-term. Indians didn’t replace Canadians, they filled vacancies that already existed. I also briefly volunteered helping the homeless, and what I saw was honestly shocking. It’s not that the government isn’t trying to help there are rehabilitation programs and support systems in place. The difficult truth is that a significant portion of the homeless population struggles with substance abuse and refuses treatment because it requires giving up drugs. Over time, homelessness itself starts to function like a culture, where benefits and assistance unintentionally enable continued substance use rather than recovery. This is an uncomfortable reality people don’t like to talk about. None of this is simple. Immigration didn’t break Canada, and neither did one community. Poor policy, weak enforcement, lack of accountability, and refusal from governments and individuals to adapt responsibly is what brought us here. Blame is easy. Honest solutions are not.

I’m gonna comment here with a lil rant and I’m Indian woman, and I know my comment here would probably invite a lot of racist remarks . I am working very hard in my country to be a doctor and I wanna leave my country (because no opportunities ) and move to a better and a safer country where I’m respected as a woman , which my country fails to . Now , I have to give a lot of exams and fill up a lot of visa requirements to be in any better country and I’m absolutely fine with it . But I’m not fine with the fact that countries like Canada , Australia , uk etc are immigrating people from India who are not educated , don’t wanna assimilate, with very eased up visa requirements, easy pr facilities because these countries want cheap labor and when these bottom of barrel uneducated folks move to another country they do shady businesses , start making huge communities of similar people having similar views and this leads to chaos and a backlash , racism on a particular ethnicity, stereotypes and so and so . I’m not saying my people aren’t flawed , they are but why the government is so easy in immigrating uneducated uncouth people from 3rd world countries where even these people wouldn’t be hired in some great companies or give anything great to build a valuable society , why people who are talented and literally would assimilate, has respect , is educated literally would bring a change for better is sidelined or toughened up their immigration process ? I might come off as very rude and jealous by my comment and actually im kinda jealous but I really wanna know and I observed this pattern a lot . All educated people wanting to move out are struggling while these kinda are just migrating so so easily and most even have permanent residencies WHAT ???

This is what gets me, I’m an immigrant. I came from a place where we speak a broken dialect of English. As part of my processing, I had to demonstrate my ability to speak the queen’s english. To work, the expectation is you’re able to communicate effectively with whoever you’re interfacing. These folks come here, make zero attempt to improve or learn English or French - the national languages. They go home after the day is done, revert to their native tongue. How would you ever perfect something like a language without some degree practice and immersion? And they do this with their generations. The 1st and sometimes 2nd generation kids will speak their native tongue first, before learning English or French. It’s like the language they should speak to effectively work and live in Canada is an accessory. The govt at all levels encourage this by having driving tests and forms in other languages. And don’t get me started on the pockets - Brampton for example. The politicians kowtow to the voters and give in to them having huge temples, and nonstandard shopping complexes. It’s a running joke how many Indians will be living in the same house, renting from other Indians collecting money under the table in completely unsanctioned and illegal rental scenarios. Companies set up by Indians, to service Indians. So they don’t even care to present as Canadian business with English / French. I’m in the midst of charting my family’s exit from Canada. It’s become something entirely unrecognizable. Where those who know how to game the system get ahead, those of us who play the rules - stay behind. I’ve worked my way up to being upper middle class. I’m about done paying for Indian “students” who later claim to be refugees. Who are now claiming to be in gay relationships, to support their refugee cases. It’s all a joke.

lol no fatso these are not the upper class Indians. These are farmers and other lower-class people that escape India and go to Canada. The upper-class Indians are either in India or in the US because that's where they go with their college degrees to make money. But Canada is very lucky to even have these people. What most people around the world do not understand is that without immigration, countries like Canada have negative population growth, and their economies would collapse. There would not be anybody to work in Tim Hortons or any service positions at anywhere near reasonable prices. Indians do not try to actively change the local culture like Muslims do which our fatso also noted and they do not go on welfare. All of them add to the economy. Which Fatso I'm sure is also doing just like them as he delivers Uber Eats or whatever it is to them as they do the more complicated work. Let's just hope the bike doesn't give in before the next delivery. The Indians need their curry delivered.

I'm an Indian and Punjab is the worst state where all the drugs, criminals, illegal border crossings, rape, human traffickers and terrorism, gangs, gang violence connecting with khalistan are raised and they just have plenty of land plus black money which gives them power. Sad some of the states have totally put the whole country name to such a shame and have never evolved from such a mindset. I just pray Indians to represent their country abroad as a better citizen and respect their laws and culture.

As a Brampton resident, the newer Indians, are giving the good ones a bad reputation. It used to be more multicultural city and immigrants actually assimilated with the customs of, Canada. It’s pretty much 90% Indian now and about half of those don’t show signs of assimilating. Drivers here are so bad man! I’m convinced that a lot of them just pay for it. 😭 Their cuisine is good though, so, I’m grateful for that. 😅

Come into the West, a lot of white people give you shit, *no matter what you do* . Obviously not all of them. But in this modern era , enough of them to fund an entire media ecosystem just for that perspective. You think your immigrants weren't going to notice? Assimilate into _what_ ? The loudest mouths telling you they hate you and you're responsible for all their problems despite being a minority, because you're not a white Christian? And then you're going to scapegoat _them_ for the problems your government and system created, refuse to adapt, and complain that someone did. And _also_ , just like here in NYC.. the reason why a place gets taken over by a bunch of colored immigrants.. is usually because white people start _running_ . And again, the few that are left, complain about _their own_ fleeing, before doing so themselves. Hilarious. I'm in NYC, my neighborhood is literally every kind of immigrant, Filipino, Jamaican, West Indian, Indian, Haitian... all low to middle class, with some who really _saved_ up working for their 30-50 years here. Kids born or here since little kids, educated and making good money with few exceptions. And so of course the neighborhood.. looks just like any neighborhood in America (albeit denser and more traffic). Must be all that 'wokeness' in NYC. This has nothing to do with white or black or brown, of course. This dynamic plays out anywhere with people that are unwilling to challenge themselves and their ego just finding an easy scapegoat...

As a Brampton raised kid, I lived there from 97' till about 2023, I'm caribbean and we have a large indian/muslim/hindu population too on our island. (Trinidad) and the issue with Brampton is: Indian people will gladly intergrade, but Canadian borns won't welcome it. Walk with me- I'll use food for an example. Every other grocery store is middle eastern/asian/african in Brampton and its becomes harder finding more western style food. I love international food, I cook it often but if you're used to burgers and pizza and only know how to make spaghetti it feels like a 'take over' These people want what they want and even though all these places are free for you to also enjoy they don't like it cause it's too 'foreign' to them. It doesn't mean there isnt still a No Frills or a Walmart or Metro, but because the african and halal store are closer and more frequent it seems like more of a convenience to others and not to you. When people say we're multi-cultural, they mean 'yeah he's brown or black but he keeps it to himself' They aren't going to go to that Sikh temple giving free food, and only go to the church at the beginning even though they're welcome to both. It's the same for Diwali and other things, white people dont care to be interested in those things, and just wonder why they get to have it at all. I do agree with that indian lady at the beginning though, with lax immigration you come in feeling like you don't need to do anything to assimilate. They're doing themselves a disservice by only helping themselves. I hate stereotypes being perpetuated onto people but like that Pakistani guy said too, you live in a bubble and you don't pay attention to that. You can go days without speaking english to someone. You can't immigrate somewhere and shut out everyone already there. I get you may not feel welcome by the white people like the ones in the beginning and so you dont mess with them, and its easy not to. But there needs to be openness with helping everyone benefit from multi-culturalism and not just some of us. There are issues with immigrants not wanting to go outside their bubble and for canadians not to want to either, It'll be hard to (with the current issues we're facing as a country) to actually blend together more.

I’m a recent Indian immigrant and I’ve lived in Singapore, Malaysia, the USA, and now Canada. I’ll admit that a lot of what’s said here is true: there are far too many cases where Indians abroad show a lack of civic sense, break rules, or behave in ways that don’t respect the host country.  Personally, my family and I have always assimilated wherever we’ve lived, respecting local customs, following rules, and contributing positively to the community and I hate it when immigrants don't assimilate into the local culture and reside in their own enclaves, I mean what was the point of emigrating then?? I truly value the peace and order these countries offer, and I want to give that back. Every community has good and bad examples. The responsibility is on us as immigrants to lead by example, integrate genuinely, and show that we can be respectful, responsible citizens. That’s how perceptions change for the better. It sucks that a whole racial group can be disliked because of some bad apples — and in our case, unfortunately, there are quite a few.

I'm an Indian american immigrant stood in line for over a decade to get USC. We as a country can give up bananas and whatever else comes from these countries, there is enough food here to survive etc, it is matter of month or so before the country realizes they can not survive but USA needs to be cleaned up from illegal immigrants period.

I’m not Indian National however I feel proud that this nation has build ‘herself’ as the 5th largest global economy and if some of the following ways are adapted by Indian Gov, the Indian passport will be saluted.\n1) Make your currency strong as in Raja Ranjeet Singh’s time 1 Indian puree was ten (£10) British Pounds, today it’s 100 Rupee to £1.\n2) Need to hold educational tests for everyone going abroad with a minimum level of English language.\n3) Emphasis on etiquettes and local Knowledge of the country where the traveller wants to visit.\n4) Stop all of illegal immigration via people smuggling agents as this gives a bad name to the country.\n5) Set a minimum benchmark amount of funds required before applying for an overseas visa.\n6) Make it mandatory for all travellers to have a full fare return ticket (12 months validity) on them at all times to show strong ties to return back home after trip.\n7) Create strong religious tolerance and harmony within the country so the world can see no religious discrimination being reported on international media worldwide.\n8) The Indian embassies all around the world should be aware and weary of each Indian national traveling abroad in real time so they f any help is require they can assist 24/7 without failure.\nThese are some of my points and opinions for a better India.\nI hope the people who read above will not be offended by any of my opinions as this is not my intention and I am well wisher and want to see this nation thrive, always.\nGood luck and all the best…

A lot of Indians treat white people really badly. Especially when there is money involved. It’s now extremely common that people here hate dealing with Indians as customers of their business and will go as far as avoid it altogether. They will often relentlessly try to negotiate services, lie and say anything to get get their way, pester businesses until they cave to their demands and even leave bad reviews which they say they will change if you give them a good deal. None of this is the way things are done in Canada and that needs to be respected. Something kind of funny, I’ve heard many people say that Indians will often say they will refer tons of friends and family to a business if you give them an unreasonable discount (which they never do once they’ve gotten what they want), but what they don’t realize is that referring a bunch more Indians to them is the last thing that business wants. And really, some of the discounts they want on things are just ridiculous. When I was selling my car a few years ago, I had it listed for $55,000 and I got bombarded by Indians offering $20,000-$25,000 and every lie under the sun of why that’s all it was worth, other people are saying yes to offers like that for the same car, dealerships are selling them for that much and so on. Like come on. And I guess while I’m at it, I hate to say but it’s a common thing here to walk into a gas station and the smell of body odour just hits you like a brick. I’ve stopped going to 3 different stations because of it. I’m sure there’s some pungent white people out there but damn. This is on a whole other level. It literally fills the entire building.

The problem with here is also with Khalistan issue (of course not all Punjabis there want Khalistan and are absolutely chill people and people here in India, Punjabis, also don't want Khalistan, I have some close friends who are Sikh and are most Dildaar, Big-hearted, people I know). A lot of extremist groups which want, Khalistan ARE supported and protected by the Canadian government especially by Justin Trudeau and these people are committing nothing but violence and terrorism in the name of free speech. Indian government has issued many extradition requests, but the Trudeau government has done nothing about it and has protected these extremists. Over the years Indian government has warned Canadian government about this issue constantly and after years of housing these Canadian terrorists (because Canada calls them their citizens and protects them, what else can be the correct term for them and nothing like Khalistan exists) they've started to cause problems for the people already living there (like the terrorists Pakistan was housing are causing problems to them). They know they are not gonna get a Khalistan in India so where else are they gonna build it? Voila! Canada! This is the reason behind them not assimilating with the existing culture.Trudeau has even gone to lengths of calling Amit Shah (Home minister of India) and PM Modi (if you don't know what the heck are you doing here go study geopolitics a bit) unalivers of Hardeepsingh Nijjar WITHOUT any evidence (they just keep saying they have it but have shown nothing till now) and because of which Canada has worsened its relations with the Indian Government. They are even comparing India with the likes of North Korea in terms of threat. Indian Government in reply is giving Canada the same treatment it gives to Pakistan (a bit better of course, but the diplomacy has gone to sh it. And the reason why Trudeau is doing all this, yeah VOTES for sh itty domestic politics he's sacrificing long term GOOD relations with the Indian Government. Now, you may think that worsening relations with India is a good thing for Canada, yeah no, its not good because India has trade relations with Canada which may worsen due to this (yeah, great going for an economy which is already in shambles) and UK or US are not gonna do anything to India over Canada because India geopolitically has more significance than Canada (I'm not bragging, please don't misunderstand). This rant has gone to a very different tangent but yeah a lot of problems Canada is having is mainly due to their government. Any of Canadian friends (I have not reason to hate you) and Punjabi brothers/sisters (Yeah, unless you are some sh itty extremist you are a brother/sister to me) please don't take this offensively. Peace.

Just think folks once all of the illegals are out of our country we can start helping our homeless citizens. I know imagine that happening instead of catering to these illegals like they're royalty. I'm not just talking about Spanish I'm talking about Haitians-romanians,Chinese,africans,indians,EVERYONE who is here that's not supposed to be here. The executive order must give police a direct order from the commander and chief of the USA stating the police are ordered to ask for identification on all people's in this country on spot without cause. If you're a citizen you don't have anything to worry about if you're illegal you get deported within 24 hours after arrest NO NEED FOR A COURT CASE they will be put onto busses in every city loaded to the gills driven to the boarder and yes folks the NATIONAL GAURD might have to be used to show everyone how fkn serious we are about taking our country back. Enough is Enough democrats have proven they can't be trusted to run our country. What a nightmarish mess President Trump has to clean up.

I'm not an Indian but I'm a immigrant in Canada and yes it's true everything that you say but I just want to give one respectful advice to my friend from India. Please use deodorant and at least once a day take a shower because in the bus or at work is very hard for us from other countries and I know is not your fault but we all have to adapt in a country we arrive hope no one gets offended by this but remember that we share the air and we cannot avoid smelling other people. The only thing I would say cause you seem to be very young. Is that brampton actually in the 70's and to early 2000's used to be mostly a white and black community and then other cultures. I am born in Toronto I have a cousin born in Toronto who currently lives in brampton she owns a house in brampton for about 25 years. And is going through a lot mentally with the slamming. We got of people from India mostly in the last 2 years, but it's been going on slowly over 10 years and she's not doing well with the overwhelment of Indians and we're of black Jamaican heritage. So just so you know, brampton used to actually be white and then black was actually the second largest population and everybody else was after that. And then in the last 10 years they started coming but it wasn't in hundreds of thousands and then in the last 2 years it blew up insanely. As that man described is like an invasion. I now live on the West Coast of Canada and the same thing has happened here. And it's been a lot for me Canadian born. I've always grew up with every culture. I've lived and worked around the Indians that used to come here were literally not even on the radar. I mean you see them, but you just they just blended in because most of them had assimilated and were doing their lives. The breed that has come over specifically in the last 2 years is what is making it even worse cause if they acted like the ones who came before 10 -20 -30 years ago. They probably wouldn't stand out, but then again when you bring in almost a million, into all of Canada, they would stand out, but maybe people wouldn't be so agitated, if they had tried to assimilate and be respectful to the other cultures here and that is the number one complaint I hear anytime, I see interviews. Is people saying they don't assimilate? They're very rude to anybody who is not them. They are just interacting with the environment. The way they do at home, Canadians are more quiet and try to be respectful of other cultures. We like to just have their own space and our own peace when they're moving throughout this space and a lot of people describe the energy of the Indians coming in almost evasive into your space and then not really carrying anything about invading ur space. They act like, so what's the big deal if I'm in your space and that has been the number one issue is just the rudeness. Not assimilating and imposing their culture, speaking their language, not attempting to integrate with other cultures showing actually a lot of racism to some of the other cultures. And that has been the biggest problem. So just so you know, cause I can tell you're young. I'm North 40 years old and I can tell you. The demographic change has been so intense everywhere in Canada especially in the last 2 years. That I have even seen podcast with Indian people who have been here 10 -20-30 years, saying the government needs to figure out a way and get a good swath of these people gone because they are. Staining them with a negative brush. Cause I can tell you. It's only in the last 5 years. That I notice Indians. I've grown up around every culture. And I just don't notice individual cultures in that way. Until in 2022, Trudeau took the guard railsl off the foreign worker program and the student Visa working program. And just said Hey, anybody want to come bum rush the door now? And India is known for having middlemen in India that work with Fake Diploma Mills scholls with brampton having over 80 of them that the middlemen work scamming Indians by telling them if they pay anywhere from $5000 all the way up to $50,000 even higher to get fake school acceptance letters, so they can come here to get the word permit and work full-time or with companies that provide fake LMIA job offers on the black market, which is illegal under the I.R.C.C, but that is a thing that they had prior to 2022. And when Trudeau took the guards rails off when it comes the requirements and basically. Made it a free-for-all and as India already had the scamming infrastructure in place that kept their population moderate and it just allowed th scammers to go nuts, so that's why we got mostly Indians. Other cultures do it too, but it's so tiny. It's not noticeable. The Indians already had the infrastructure in place that when they took off the guard rails, it was easy for them to switch and start selling these opportunities to go to these fake schools was over 80 of them in brampton t such a lightening speed. Hence why we got slammed so hard-and-fast with that specific community.That just really we're coming here to work and send money home and that is also why a lot of our banks are now struggling with cash reserved because they're sending money home. So just thought I'd give you that angle. I understand you're doing it from your culture's perspective mostly but you're missing a whole bunch of information. I am so thankful I have Greek and Macedonian citizenship. As soon as I'm done with my education, I'm moving back to Greece or Macedonia, somewhere there are hardly any Indians. I literally get lucky to see 4-5 white, black, or latinos a day in my city, the rest are all Indian, Pakistani, and Arabs. I don't feel like I'm living in Canada anymore, I feel like I'm living in the Middle-East. I only have 2 more years of university and then if I don't go to Greece or Macedonia, it'll be because there's too many Middle-Easterners there too, and I will go someplace like Korea or Vietnam, where there are practically no Middle-Eastern people. Sorry, but you're right about them being rude, and they act like they're entitled to everything. It's disgusting and I've had enough. The problem will only get worse even if we shutdown immigration, because there are so many here already, and they don't have kids, they have litters of 5-10 children per family. Soon the whole country will just be Middle-Eastern, just give it a few decades. If you can get out of Canada and go someplace else, I suggest you do now, before it's too late.

I'm a white Canadian Nurse. This fellow spoke very well. I've always been pro immigration to mesh cultures and increase the population of this huge Country. However, in the past few years I'm made aware of the increasing violent gangs, theft, plagiarism, dishonesty, Indians getting managerial positions then only hiring Indians, cheating in schools, fabricated names.\nI have a rental and there was a time I chose what I thought a wonderful young Indian couple over 25 others looking. At 21 yrs old, she boasted how she and her Indian friends could trick the cash register at The Bay where she worked giving themselves 80% off everything. He worked for cash for another Indian. They were shameless. Who goes to a foreign Country and steals.

As an Indian who was born and raised in Canada (immigrant parents from 1994), one of my favourite things about being a Canadian has been finding my own path as a citizen. I still love my culture but if I wanted to be in India, I would have just chose to move back. My parents came here to give me a better life and opportunity. I have fully embraced that. It frustrates me to no end when I see other Indians come here and disrespect the country that is giving them freedom. Canada isn’t your personal frat party to act like a public disturbance. I have proudly adjusted to Canadian culture and I associate with it more than I do India, and I always will. Canada has always been a peaceful, prosperous, progressive and a good governance oriented nation. In the recent decade, too much of woke, radical left wing ideology has penetrated into policy and public institutions that have led to Canada’s current day crisis. \n\n2. This country has always welcomed talented immigrants who are willing to integrate with the Canadian society, embrace its values, traditions and culture. However, in the last 10 years, too many refugees and reckless mass immigration has put an incredible pressure on the economy, infrastructure and social cohesion. \n\n3. The political leadership has allowed reckless mass immigration without caring to boost the economy/infrastructure to handle the volume and hence the sorry state of affairs. \n\n4. Too many immigration consultants of Indian origin engage in outright VISA frauds (yes, this is unfortunately true) leading to ppl coming in as a tourist and then seeking asylum or converting their visa into a student visa (55 year olds from Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat coming here as students).\n\n5. A significant chunk of people coming from India (esp. Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat) seeking a permanent residency in Canada are using student visas as a back door to claim eligibility for PR/citizenship. This is downright abusive and was never intended to be used like this. This has fueled a fake college diploma industry into Canada where “2-room” colleges have sprung up along the highways giving out fake diplomas and certifications for easy cash. Thus, the students, the immigration consultants and the fake diploma issuing colleges are all getting benefited from this scam. The internet is filled with such sting operations by Canadian officials exposing Indian students/immigration consultants. Do check them out. \n\n6. Unlike the past, the recent batch of immigrants in the last 3 years or so, make no effort at all to integrate into Canadian society and abuse the system, create law and order problem, drive recklessly, talk loudly in public spaces, litter everywhere, cross railway tracks like they do in India, steal liquor from stores, shamelessly collect food from food banks (as a way to save on groceries) that are meant for the elderly, disabled or those that are in utter poverty. It wasn’t like this ever before. In cities like Mississauga, Brampton and Surrey, the Khalistan movement + gangs involved in theft, drugs and human trafficking are from Punjab/Haryana and they have mushroomed here like crazy. This is insane! This is because they never intended to return to India in the first place and were abusing the system as a back door entry. They are threatening to go on hunger strikes and what not. Legally, on a student visa, they are NOT allowed to participate in any sort of activism. \n\nNOBODY that comes to our country on a temporary visa (student, tourist etc.) has the right to dictate terms to us and demand that we change our immigration policies based on their preferences. No, that will not happen. \n\nCanada, like every country, has the sole right and privilege to decide who gets to become a permanent resident or a citizen based on our national priorities and strategic interests. I’m a 1st generation immigrant too and I worked too hard to get my permanent residency instead of protesting. It’s hard to go back, situation in not good but they have to understand that going back is not the end of life. In addition, I also suggest you to put some sort of disclaimer in your video to avoid people from hating Indian community. Due to some people and some poor policies too that allowed such people in the country, there is a rising hate for community and your video can trigger it even more although I personally stand for the side that you are showing but there’s a second side of this as well. Canada’s government need to tax rich, tax people who save on taxes with loopholes, and then incentivize having kids, add a better child support payment, increase student grants for people to gain skills that will help them in achieving a better paying job and Canadians feel more ready to give birth to a child.

I came from France back in 2015 whith my familly when Harper was still prime minister at the time , really I'd say things have been really great , my family and I have worked hard to get to where we are today and have always wanted to give back to our community here but I am disgusted to see in 2024 what Trudeau has done to the country and to see that immigration is no longer as prestigious as it used to be. Unlike some people we have today, I had to wait 3 years with my family before receiving approval to move to Canada (after so many exams, appointments and waiting times). I did my middle school here until college and I'm currently still looking for work in correctional and when I see that people arrive here afterwards without being permanent residents, who are literally flooding spots at colleges/university and also jobs that are normally open for young canadians in their 15-16 (When I was in high school, my first job was at a McDonald's, and without exception, everyone there was Canadian. Today, when I go back to the same McDonald's for a cheeseburger every now and then, the entire staff is nothing but Indians) .As a person with an immigrant background, I'm the first one to say that there's a very big problem in Canada, and that current immigration, mainly from India, is no longer for economic reasons but to reunite families.(They do not, and will never, assimilate into Canadian culture.)Now that I've grown up in Canada for almost half my life, I'm already thinking about either returning to France or start over somewhere else if nothing changes.\n\nThe Trudeau government, uncontrolled immigration, dangerous idelogies from extreme far left idea, rising unemployment, and economic misery getting worse every day , gradually pushes me away from the country I love, Oh Canada.

I’m a little late to this video but have a lot to say. As a Canadian of Indian descent, I have always avoided Brampton. There is a stark difference between Indians from Brampton and those of us that are from other cities. This situation is out of control mainly due to JT but also colleges that have setup feeder international schools that cater just to Indian students. I’d imagine Chinese students have something similar to this as well, they’re just more quiet. \n\nA lot of the comments come off as offensive but it is what it is, There are too many of my ethnic people here and they’re not assimilating let alone intending to do so. Chain migration is another problem as it brings in an older generation that has no desire to learn English. Crime is having a runaway effect because of the environment they come from, fights break out at intersections, parking lots, backyards, front yards, etc. This is reckless and embarrassing for all Indians, especially us Punjabis. This goes unreported because of how vindictive these people are because of whichever town/city they came from. There are also rumours that these female students are home wreckers so there’s another layer. \n\nMy solution: \n1) Stop immigration, these people are giving our entire community a bad rep when we’ve worked so hard to get to where we are in this country. Return to skills based immigration, not WEF-based. \n2) Cap the international student populations tied to the census - this opens up opportunities for international students from ALL countries and walks of life. \n3) International students cannot be allowed to work - Canadian students First, Canada First. \n4) After graduation, give students 1 year to find a job in their field of study. If they can’t find one, send them back and learn skills and then that’s their only back to Canada. \n5) if they do make it to immigration, we need a better system than just a simple memorization test - have them demonstrate their command of the English language, look at their value added and potential for the future. \n6) Conservatives need to be a part of the solution. A lot of the comments are just complaints and complaining will get these folks voting red vs voting blue each and every time. That guy commenting about no temples in Timmins will just push these people to the liberals and this is what JT is counting on. We need to show these folks what being Canadian is about so that they leave Brampton and assimilate. I’ve introduced countless folks to Pierre and have changed their outlooks, y’all need to do the same. I'm an Indian immigrant and lived in ON. I drove through Brampton once and I vowed to never go back there again. But you see this is a vicious consequence of declining birth rates in Canada. Christianity is trampled upon along with its values and principles and this is one of the results. The first thing I asked the day I landed was where were all the Canadians? Have they left the planet? \n\nA country needs people and once a certain ethnic population grows in strength and in numbers the landscape is sure to change. Besides, Canada does not demand immigrants assimilate into the culture, instead it's vice versa and it's disappointing. And when you give up Christianity, what do you expect immigrants to embrace? I'm 24 and i came here when i was 19. Why don't you talk about fact that Punjab is the only state in india who doesn't have control over its water. 70% of Punjab water is given to Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi. Then you guys give an argument that Haryana was with Punjab before, but the fact is when you calculate the water sharing between Punjab and Haryana, India doesn't include yamuna water. Yamuna water is only reserved for Haryana and Punjab water is forced to be shared. Narmada tribunal denied Rajasthan any water because its non riparian state. only 0.5 MAF water was given to them after taking Guj,MP and Maha Cm's consent. Where as 8.5MAF water ie 51% of punjab's water is given to Rajasthan. Every state has a right over its water and headworks except Punjab. we have no option other than using pumps. Before I moved to Brampton, I had no idea HOW MANY Indians actually lived here. I'm of south Asian descent but I grew up here as a Canadian. I still keep my culture but I'm Canadian FIRST. It's true too, some of them don't believe in deodorant, holy shit I literally had to tell a guy who sat beside me on the bus that he smelled. I know it was rude but if someone doesn't tell these people, they will think not wearing deodorant is normal. I miss the Canada I grew up in. My friends were mostly white but there was a nice mix of us: white, black, asian so we all got along. Today, everyone is in their own groups, strangers are the enemy, there is so much more segregation than there has ever been. Not long ago at a Tim Hortons I heard an Indian guy who was clearly new to the country telling his friend he didn't have to learn English because everyone in Brampton speaks Punjabi, it was insulting hearing that.....Listen up Indians and any immigrants coming here: BEFORE you come here, learn English, LEARN the customs and learn the CANADIAN WAY.
