You guys been mixed from the very beginning, what does it matter to you that others want to go to America too? Why does the colour of their skin matter to you? Do you really believe that all your ancestors who came to America from different countries didn’t bring their culture with them? And don’t you think that all these different cultures shaped America into what it is today? I am not American, and I would never leave my country for America. As an outsider, it feels strange to watch Americans portray other people—who want to immigrate to the country just like your own ancestors did—as inferior. In my eyes, you are exactly the same, no one is better than the other. It surprises me that a country like America shows hostility toward others who, just like them, are immigrants. And then you go to a other country with that very same mindset. No matter if Canada or America, remember that your not a native, so why judge people so hard, for trying to do the same thing like you did. You are not a native either.

Who is trying to turn canada into india? You all forget that no one but the government is reponsible for bad immigration policies. Here's my life in canada. denied work. Denied education. both grandmothers, and grandfathers and before that mothers and fathers, defended and fought in the great wars, not by choice proxy and came to canada post ww1 to get away from euro trouble, only for second great war, and most were against forced to join because of direct proxy or relatives being killed. Applied to walmart - denied work applied ot im hortons - denied work applied ot schoos, isntitutions , trade shops, and more, denied work.. When you income is below hte poverty line, and you spending large amounts of time seekngi for a job or working but denied life and work at the same time. It becomes fairly strange. Denied education. Was sekeing ot be a general practioner, but I was cosntnaly called racist by black peopel that jsut arrived rrehsly. then there was CBC and asian gang relatiosn nad hte abuseo f minoirity acts. Then there was the nativism of evil colonizer. Then feminims eivl white male. THiese were being disturbuted or taught at courses by force. I stated I am just here for data. Since udner the acts of law which gives freedom, we are not ot be subjected to non facts, or idleaogical belief systems to be forcibly lived by only law to reality. My rights in covid and other groups have violated my so called lawful rights as a citizens. Keep in mind post great war my grandfather taught at UofA and fought against state corruption and tyranny. also from descendent tree of lords, but most titles were given up or forcibly removed, and so living people went off into most aristiocratic works which was study of nature and applicaiton of systems and works and selling. I love Punjabis. They are the most humble and kind people to be around. Chardi Kala high spirits all around. I feel very good around them and don't feel judged. Being myself feels ok around them. They like to to take care of others. They will commonly ask you if you are OK and need water, food, anything. Langar/ community kichen is inbedded in culture and makes sure everyone eats in the same humble setting. They think communally and make sure to ask all parties how they feel about a particular topic, especially before making a decision. They appreciate when you try to understand them. They love when you speak their language. These people are blessed and I love them. I really hope that people bridge the gap between each other and love thy neighbour. God Bless Chardi Kala rahin.

I am Québécois, and things here are quite different from the rest of Canada. For example, we have a law here that clearly forbids wearing religious signs when in a position of authority. Even a teacher, because they are a figure of authority for their students, could not wear the Roman collar, a cassock, a hijab, a niqab or anything else of the sort while in school. In the streets or any other public place, there is no problem at all. Everyone is welcomed to express their difference of culture or religion in the way they dress or in whatever other way. They are treated with the same respect and kindness as anywhere else in Canada. It is only that the separation of religion and state, and religion and authority is paramount here. Everybody is free and can express themsleves freely. But don't use that freedom to impose your views onto others. \nSo, when American judges are chosen for the federal court specifically because of their christian fundamentalist biases, it doesn't resonate well at all for me or the majority of Québécois. When the rights of the LGBTQ+ community are being questioned or jeopardised. Or a previous federal judgement like Roe v Wade is being overturned for religious reasons... it is a definite turn off for all of the Québec people to even remotely consider the United States as a destination to emigrate to (supposing that one would want to leave our beautiful country).\nMore and more, America, that used to be recognized as the land of the free, appears to be retrograde and restrictive and definitely not so free.

We each have our little flickers of time here... No one else will ever know much, if any, of what it is like to be who we are, and for the most part no one will ever really care. Our life is ultimately our life, and so long as we are not harming others in the process we must create a life of our own meaning, determining our own objects of importance and committing to their pursuance. Throughout our life we are faced with serious decisions about what we believe, who we are, and what we do, and mostly none of it is self evident. If we look we can always find a reason to regret any decision we make, move or stay, agree or disagree, take the job or quit, marry or divorce, live one path or another... In all cases whatever the choice may be, we will only know the outcome of the one we take, and none we take will ever ultimately resolve the uncertainty of life. However, perhaps it is less about getting a potential course of life right, and more about attempting to do so with an effort of self honesty and virtue. To live a life that can be looked back on with the knowledge that some of our decisions were wrong in their effects, but right in their intention of not selling ourselves short. Ultimately no matter what we do or say or believe, there will always be a great many who disagree, or judge, or become upset by our decisions. It is of essential importance that we ensure that among those people, we are not one of them.

don’t judge too much. I’m not saying this is good for anyone that is living in ????. we already have a very bad housing crisis etc happening . but i definitely understand why they come.i have great empathy for them .. i feel horrible for them. these people aren’t lining up for black Friday deals or Taylor Swift tickets. these human beings are living in poverty, in danger in their own home countries. I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. I love the fact that you spoke some harsh truths here sir, much respect to you and your family sir. I hope you can continue making such informative videos for people to learn from. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. My main issue with immigration that bothers me more than the rest not only affects us Canadians but also affects the immigrants as well. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. But I know that the fact that we Canadians hate our government more than ever right now, is due to the simple fact that our own government is not listening to our issues and what we want done with our country. Then that same government will labels us as right wing extremists simply for the fact that we no longer support our current government for example. Canadians are more angry now than they have ever been. The RCMP have been advised about this across the whole of Canada, so you know it is a real issue. I can control myself and will never snap at others due to how frustrated I am, so I would like to apologize to those of you that may have a bad experience with another frustrated Canadian. most newcomers to any country struggle especially since most are not bringing in wads of cash to start a business but literally scraping in using life savings just to get here - however once here with residential status a national health care and level of income security for unemployment benefits is an added bonus which you won't get in every country regardless of residency status but refugees and others come in with no money at all as well as problems in some cases with language barriers, but as bad as everyone thinks it is the grass is not greener on the other side just because you're paying lower taxes but privatising infrastructure only makes things more expensive even when you're not taxed.... and Canada is a huge country with very limited number of tax payers such a small market would double costs for private business too - and just cos things may be cheaper you may find you don't fit as well as you thought..... and also the more you move the less time you have to settle and grow into the space you find yourself now....I've lived in 3 very different countries so I understand how difficult it is.... and how some places regardless of cost just fit better than others.... I love Toronto... but would not want to live in Vancouver or Texas for very different reasons... and don't judge a city by people who don't know how privileged they are to live in Toronto or anywhere in Canada really they should try living in India or Russia or even South Africa... places may be cheap but the lifestyle isn't worth much as a result of being failed states - even USA is falling apart road by road bridge by bridge.....of course there's hope for all of them eventually.... but if you don't like it it's probably best you leave.... if you don't want Canada why would Canada want you.... your just bringing the nation into disrepute

Once again politics swung massively to the right with countries like Italy (once again), Hungary, Austria, Poland and Sweden, voting in right wing governments, France ending in a run off that narrowly defeated the far right, Belgium and Spain looking likely to be heading into heavily right wing governments at the next elections, whilst the US and UK governments both saw their politics swinging far further in that direction, especially the UK right now whilst led by an unelected leader who is demonising people in ways that would make Trump look soft. One of themajor rallying calls: immigration. The way media report on this becomes increasingly demeaning and hateful. During the 1930's much of the European media and even as far as the UK was ramping up the scorn against the ever increasing influx of Jewish immigrants coming from Germany. Even into 1944 there was a vast amount of demonisation of them seeking asylum, despite the knowledge by this point that there were horrific conditions in camps where extermination was becoming ever more apparent. We're polite and nice until we're taken advantage of or treated like an idiot! Kindness is important, but doing what's morally right is more important to me personally! So if that means me speaking up or calling out bs when I see it, I will! I do believe in giving each person their own clean slate. I adjust according to the person! People are so quick to judge public officials that they sometimes forget they themselves are the real jerks. This kind of incidents happen with doctors working in govt hospitals everyday. I'm a Asian and I always face the racism. At first few times I tried to understand those people and the time gose by. It gets worse and now I don't let those people do that to me. I get it I really do, I agree they may come across it MORE, but we ALL get treated that way regardless of color. I’m a white young female and have been followed around stores, been treated more rude than others around me that are maybe dressed nicer than me or look like they have more money, I’ve had different treatment than my peers, it completely just depends on the people we come across, and when we come across them, ect that determine all of it. The first time i travelled across Canada on a road trip, heading west, going town to town along the TransCanada Hiway, i choose a black friend to accompany me. I choose him because he was really easy to get along with and i knew he was an auto mechanics enthusiast, which, as it turned out came in handy on the trip. We were on the road for a few months. I grew up in a city in a little multicultural bubble of liberalism and was taught as a child not to judge others based on skin colour or sex; to be respectful towards people of all ilks and ethnicities. The thing is, i was young enough to not really realize that i was in a bubble. As we travelled though parts of Saskatchewan and Alberta, where there are few to no blacks in many towns, i began to realize that Canada is quite racist in the outback and little towns mid country. I was surprised and actually angered by it. My friend took it in stride however. For example, i was meeting people, getting invited home for dinner and meet the wife and kids sort of thing, and my friend couldn't even get a conversation going with most people, they just totally ignored him and gave him a wide berth. I know underlying all of that is just the fear of an unknown quantity and the fact that a lot of Canadians watch American news sometimes which tends to be chock full of black in gang wars, shooting each other and committing violent crime so they get a false view of black culture because the news at that time rarely showed blacks unless they were committing a crime.

While racism is real, there are certain people from some religious dicatorships in Canada spying on the free people of this country and making people uncomfortable too. there are those who want to push their beliefs on all Canadians and there has to be a balance in terms of acceptance and inclusiveness. I find many times people also play the race or discrimination card to push their beliefs and ways of life on others while I have heard them for example swear at and judge Canadians for example who don't cover up their hair or wear mini skirts......that is also discrimination and judgement and is also 100% wrong, even though they may be doing it quietly or in their own language. There is sometimes (besides obvious cases of racism of course) that there are 2 sides to the story! People that come to Canada also need to respect its values of respect for all, not just ask for it for themselves. While a lot of wonderful people come here and have the utmost respect for Canada that is NOT the case with those pushing their beliefs and particularly religious views on the rest of Canadians making them feel like outsiders I have heard many stories about.

There are racists from all races and there are others that don't judge by race from all races.   Sad that this is even still happening.

Some of these are kind of ridiculous or just coincidental.. especially the police thing. A black guy did the crime, it wouldn't make sense to receive information from witnesses about a black male, and then police only check the white males... It's basic forensics. Also, you can't just pull only 1 person from 3 different races, and call that study accurate. add a few more chinese, black and white people, and maybe it will be a bit more accurate.
