I live in south Texas and the company I work for is based in Ontario and it is completely run by Indians. All the locations from Canada to Dallas to California to Indiana is run by Indians. They’re kinda retarded but very nice people all in all

Our system has been abused for too long. My mom worked as a nurse's aide in a hospital for many years. This was in south Texas. I remember her telling me that Mexicans (with money) would come to have their babies here and then go back to Mexico. When the children were grown they could come and live here easily. I remember it pissed.me off. It didnt matter if they paid for the delivery. They were still cheating our system. I'm all for denying these people citizenship. We should follow Germany's example.

I live in south Texas. If I were to drive migrants further up state I would be in jail for human trafficking. That's the difference between Te as and new york.

it isn't just in NY or Texas. we are in a south Kansas City suburban apartment in a relatively nice area and we have seen multiple Mexican families going in and out of a couple of different apartments carrying trash bags full of whatever, suitcases, then loitering outside at all hours of the day and night when you wouldn't have normally seen that here. our clubhouse/pool closes at 10PM and everyone that lives here knows and abides by the rules, they do not and they leave trash, glass bottles etc. all over the place and have turned the outside furniture upside down and thrown trash into the pool so they keep closing it down to clean it. i call the police but they don't do anything because its private property. this will escalate to the point where the Citizens are going to have to take a stand.

most newcomers to any country struggle especially since most are not bringing in wads of cash to start a business but literally scraping in using life savings just to get here - however once here with residential status a national health care and level of income security for unemployment benefits is an added bonus which you won't get in every country regardless of residency status but refugees and others come in with no money at all as well as problems in some cases with language barriers, but as bad as everyone thinks it is the grass is not greener on the other side just because you're paying lower taxes but privatising infrastructure only makes things more expensive even when you're not taxed.... and Canada is a huge country with very limited number of tax payers such a small market would double costs for private business too - and just cos things may be cheaper you may find you don't fit as well as you thought..... and also the more you move the less time you have to settle and grow into the space you find yourself now....I've lived in 3 very different countries so I understand how difficult it is.... and how some places regardless of cost just fit better than others.... I love Toronto... but would not want to live in Vancouver or Texas for very different reasons... and don't judge a city by people who don't know how privileged they are to live in Toronto or anywhere in Canada really they should try living in India or Russia or even South Africa... places may be cheap but the lifestyle isn't worth much as a result of being failed states - even USA is falling apart road by road bridge by bridge.....of course there's hope for all of them eventually.... but if you don't like it it's probably best you leave.... if you don't want Canada why would Canada want you.... your just bringing the nation into disrepute

I lived two years in the south of the usa (in Texas) during my childhood in the 90's and it wasn't so bad. Weather was great ! People nice and great ! I did love the school there, I learn English there and math was super easy. In Canada, I went in a catholic schools and we were obligated to say a prayer before class begin. In Texas in my elementary school, everyone is up in the morning before class and there is a swear thing to say not the betray the USA with the right hand on the heart of our chest… \nSo… First day of school in an other country, in an other language that I didn't understand or speak, I did joined my hands together . I was correct by my classroom teacher and make me a sign to do like the other kids. So I did. I had told my parents they pray also before class but in a different way ?\nIn time I learn how to say the words without knowing it's true meaning. You forgot 1 major point-\nAt least here in Canada, we don't have to live in fear of gun violence. We don't send our children only for them to be massacred in their schools. At least our politics doesn't revolve around Jesus, guns and abortion (though our politicians are also crap). At least we don't have to break bad to pay for even simple medical procedures. At least our cities aren't overrun by homeless while our rural areas are not overrun by hillybillies. \n\nWhile yes in general Americans are richer, the fact is that only the top 10 percent live better. Not the homeless piling up in the cities, not the 3rd world shanties in the Appalachians and south and certainly not the thousands living in the American jail system. It's crazy how bad a country can be despite being rich.\n\nI was born and raised in the US. I have lived in Canada and much poorer countries like Spain and Portugal. Let me tell you, Americans live the worst life out of all. In much poorer Spain, people still have universal education till university, good healthcare, good public transportation system and they don't have to eat the frozen crap most Americans eat. Spanish people eat fresh meat, fruits, cheese and vegetables and drink some of the best wine, despite earning much less than Americans and working astonishingly low hours. Moreover, their cities are livable, not like the concrete jungle of Texas. \n\nYes America is rich but DUDE, Its seriously third world, if you arent rich and successful.

Oooh Chik-Fil-A was pretty addictive (but my weakness was actually Culver's lol)! I will say my experience was sort of different from yours with regards to expenses and cost of living - but then I was in a not-so-major, just-starting-to-grow city in Texas. I also like the idea of having a choice with regards to weather in the U.S. - like if you want more summer and shorter winters with not as much snow, you can move south without crossing a national border. I love gardening so being able to finally have enough sun to grow some plants made me happy.

Justin Trudeau seriously caused a huge immigration issue of Mexicans and south americans coming to our country. Like dude I was born in Canada and my parents are immigrints who came legally so I can tell you my side. A non biast side. Since I live and work here I can tell u most people of colour r welcoming, however most people who are here and have trouble finding work dont wanna see more people come and make it harder like texas and arizonia. They dont wanna have a min standard and have a reguee take their job at a quarter of what ur asking. What Justin Trudeau did was really stupid IMO. U opened the door to millions of reguees. This causing a issue more for USA, so they jump 2 international borders. My personal view is lets stip immigration. CLose the border. WE gotta take care of who we have here already. I am sick and tired of seeing people not being able to get a job here, and adding more workers with less standards is not the answer for us. This guy automatically thought we would let him in? Seriously nothing is free and promised in this world. Thus sir please go back to Mexico. You will be fine there
