I feel this video does cover what's happening but don't answer the question why its happening. Here's what i think- To start with - A major population of indian immigrants in Canada come from two provinces/states - Punjab and Gujarat. From Punjab - Most of the population who migrates to Canada are villagers. They are notoriously famous in Punjab cities as well for creating trouble. They have no civic sense, always getting involved in illegal stuff, some use drugs, no etiquettes, poor hygiene and very arrogant sometimes. Another thing, Canadian government over the years stopped taking in-person interviews and got lenient with rules for gaining a visa especially for students which doesn't make sense and one should be catious so of what kind of people they are letting in their country. This leads to letting in a bunch of wrong people who are already a troublemaker in Punjab and then represents a bad of side of Indians. A side note - Every Indian province is very very different and not all people are same in India. It's definitely a shit situation which shows Canadian government definitely needed a better way to handle immigration. A lot of international students has been exploited by the system as well if you get to know from there point of view as well. Seeing the thumbnail and title of this video shows what kind of a person Tyler is. Without a proper research and understanding, he just made a video to appease people who hates on Indians. Title says Invasion, is he for real? I see way more Chinese immigrants here in Canada than any other nationality. Speaks 5 languages, has 3 degrees, ran a business in France.. she landed here 1 years ago,, had to spend 400$ to prove she speaks ENGLISH, (she speaks it fluently),, she paid taxes the moment she landed and got a job, bought a car, a small apartment. I’ve had conversations with Indians who say there’s too many Indians. Prior to the past 10-11 years of liberal “leadership,” we only let in 40k people per year. Now on average over trudeaus time we on average let in 1 million people per year. It’s disgusting. After earning all the required merit, and paying as much taxes from my family that is equivalent to minimum wages of at least 4 people, it hurts me to see undeserving people taking benefits of the system, while we get the short end. No one seemed too concerned when Indian students brought in so much money and revived some dead economies. No one blamed thousands of Punjabi businesses bringing in dollars into the economy. Let me tell you this as a legal Indian immigrant that came here 13 years ago with my whole family. There was a balance of immigration coming in from every country which was amazing until they opened the gates to India like it’s another bus stop away from India. Since then there have been so many illiterate people that fraudulently came here and keep trying to make Canada like back home which needs to stop. The reputation of Indian people which used to be hard working and family people is getting ruined by people that come here to give back nothing to Canadian economy. People that used to come into Canada came in with a dream but now it feels like just visiting another Indian state especially Brampton……… hopefully this stops but with the monkeys that have currently taken over Canadian parliament i hardly see an end to this.

Most of this issue is caused by north Indians who find it hard to assimilate especially the Sikhs. And the issue was caused by the canadian government who prioritized quantity over quality. As an indian immigrant there are times I feel disgusted by their behavior. Due to this behavior the nicer Indians who hold up canadian values are getting the same discrimination. As an American, I am ignorant about Canada and its immigration policy, and so wonder how much stated in this video are lies due to racism, and how much is true? For example, the Indians who come to the US are vetted, are educated, and work hard. Since the 90s, most of the Indians who come to the US are not Punjabi Sikhs, nor are they Muslim. Punjabis came earlier, but since the tech boom, most who come are Hindus usually from Southern India. About 20% are also Christian. These Hindu and Christian Indians from Southern India are model minorities. Think of these kids who do well in the Spelling Bee. No crime, no trash, just educated hard working folks. Especially here where I am in San Jose, CA. So are these Canadians lying, or are the type of Indians who go to Canada worse? Those with fake diploomas or Sikhs claiming refugee status due to their religion and not being safe in Hindu India? Something is amiss bc how can these Indian immigrants be so different? If Canada is not vettung their immigrants why not? I also know that a coworker of mine who is from Southern India, his niece recently secured a visa to Canada and she is a Radiation Oncologist, an occupation Canada is in need of. So assumed lie the US, Canada is letting in needed skilled workers.

Also, if refugee claims can be judged false or inadequate, where are the efforts to determine whether "students" are really students? By the same token, the world is a dangerous place. I figure all those living in any of the many violent inner-city neighborhoods in the US have reason to fear for their lives. Similar facts are true of many millions around the world, and most of them would be rejected by Canadian immigration because they'd be safe if they simply moved to places they can't afford.

Especially for the poor people in the up north, and so they go to these shady agents who claim that they can send him or her to Canada, UK, Australia where ever they want in exchange for some money. Sometimes these agents turnout to be scams and sometimes not, then these students apply to some fake university that has no campus in Canada and select a course thats easy. Then once approved they come to canada, don’t go to university and make some other indian friends who say they have contacts with some job providers and through that the students get their jobs at the fast food joints and shopping malls. The mindset with which these students come to Canada is that I want to get a simple job as soon as I land in Canada and through that job I can get a PR. They never go to assimilate or discover the culture, they come because the country looks nice, has resources, and will provide them with a good salary so that they send some money back home to their parents as compared to low paying jobs in India, which too are super competitive. They still like the indian way of life, the culture, the food, the attire, just not in India. Thats why you’ll never see these students eating at anything other than a Indian Punjabi Restaurant or a fast food joint, they will never make white friends, they will never try to change the way they speak and look at Canadians, they will never try to change their driving habits. In conclusion, more poor people and students migrating, paired with their mindset of “I want everything to be Indian just not in India but in a place that looks better” paired with their low interest in actually learning and working better jobs is what makes them a bad immigrant group. But thats not to say that all are like that its only some and mostly Punjabis/ other North Indians that have this mindset. The reason why the Indian group in USA is much better and successful is because they are mostly of south indian descent. Those people are far more educated, actually respect the law of the land. And fun fact: The stereotypical Indian Accent originated from USA mainly and reason why many indians say that they don’t speak in that accent is because that particular stereotypical accent is present in Indian people who come from the states of Andra Pradesh and Telegana, which is is where most of the Indians in USA are actually from. There are way to many bad actor's let into Canada , they have spoilt it for the rest , SO put a stop to all immigration ! The liberal government doesn't know what there doing ?

They can protest as much as they want. The reality is that way too many of them come here to go on welfare + get a social housing + aaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllll the free services: free school, free healthcare, surgeries, special schools for handicapped kids. The list of free stuff they receive doesn't end. Good deal good deal! That's great for them but terrible for us. All the social housing that we build and pay for are almost exclusively made for immigrants (especially Arabs and Haitians). We Canadians are a nice bunch of suckers. The good old "Let's go to Canada to go on welfare and get social housing" must end.

I'm an Indian American, and what Canada is doing is terrible. There's nothing wrong with immigrants, but you need to let in people with the right skills and who are willing to assimilate. The Indians who are in Brampton say they're Canadian but only live within their communities and try to change the Canadian culture, and it's not right.

My family of 16 moved to Canada from Holland in 1952. My wife’s family moved from France in 16th century. Canada has always been a land of immigrants. Where we lived in East Vancouver were were surrounded by Italians. Richmond was nothing years ago and now is mostly Chinese and Asian. Foreigners are energetic and have cultural roots they are proud of why shouldn’t they. The First Nations people here were exploited in every way by the English and French followed by every other European country. So the video focuses on Indian immigrants slanted with negative biases. India is a very diverse and historically one of the most accepting of foreigners in the world exploited terribly by the British and their hero Churchill who let millions of Indians starve by robbing them. Does anyone interviewed in this video know any history. Please stop belly aching.

There are always two sides of the story. When British and French went from starting trade with indigeneous to brigning their families and settling towns on their land, they must have had the same feeling. Europeans just didn't stop their they openly slaughtered and put small children in residential schools where many lost lives and are still living with generational trauma. India was doing fine before british came in and lynched the economy to feed industrial revolution in west. I have seen Finnish, croatian, greek, polish, italian, german cultural centers and businesses serving their communities in Canada. Can we also say that they should assimilate in Canadian culture? What is even Canadian culture? It is the "The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms", read that thing and the history if you are not familiar. I do acknowledge that there is massive influx of immigrants in a short span which govt. did to compensate for labor needs but they did not invest in infrastructure and orientation of immigrations. I have worked with Canadians in their 60s vs 20s, there was a huge difference in work ethic. My white manager relied on me and my another friend for closing or opening shift than some local preveliged kids. I am in support of deporting illegals but let's educate who are here legally. Collaborate with communities to voice out your concerns and look at the positive impact immigrants have made in past decades.

I'm no expert, but it's obvious that mass immigration is detrimental to any country. Years ago, Canada seemed like a dream country, but in the last few years, it looks like the homelessness, crime etc. has increased and the housing prices are insane. I have a Sikh friend who lived there for about 5 years but moved back to India due to the high cost of living and quality of life there going downhill. He has a much better, low stress life back home. I think there should be stricter measures to immigration. For example: Let doctors, nurses, engineers, lawyers in more easily, but those that are coming as students and going to work as cashiers, should be limited.

Our national debt has tripled because of the liberals just paying down the interest we are doomed. If we don’t do something about it we’re done these idiots. As a third generation Canadian who's great grandparents were among the first Indians in Canada, I advise Canada to shut the door while we still can. The new loophole abusing immigrants are not suitable to be let outside India.

The real problem is not just people, it’s the Canadian immigration system and the loopholes IRCC has left wide open. In Punjab and other parts of India, wealthy families are arranging marriages where a girl with IELTS comes to Canada, then calls her husband here. Many of these are nothing more than contract marriages, where once the boy arrives, they go their separate ways. This is blatant abuse of the system and has created a wave of people entering Canada without even basic English skills. IRCC needs to wake up and fix this. Students on study or work visas must not be allowed to bring their spouses. If someone wants to come, let them take an English test themselves and prove they’re qualified. Study permits should only be issued for genuine university students, not random private colleges being used as back doors into the country. On top of that, no work permits should be given while on a study visa. Employers who hire students illegally on cash as cheap labour should face strict penalties, heavy fines, and blacklisting. Until these loopholes are closed, Canada’s immigration system will continue to be exploited and lose credibility. IRCC, this is not immigration — this is fraud facilitated by weak laws.

I live in Brampton. I'm a Punjabi, North Indian. These old farts just want to complain about nothing. They are happy as long as Punjabis are making samosas and working hard labour jobs but oh no no Indians can't be in the government even though they have been living in the Brampton and GTA area for generations they are overlooked as real citizens but now that things have changed social media pages and channels like this have been for the past 3-4 years spreading propaganda about Indians ruining Canada or some stupid shit like that. This video is just highlighting how easy it is to make this divisive content. This is in similar lines to those Instagram reel pages that post every little mistake Indian people do and get recorded and shamed for it online. Other races do the same shit but those pages only post about Indians. Target a specific group, even though all races have people like that. Racism needs a target race, it's like a hate group that's now festering online. I don't see these racists outside, but I know they are there silently judging me sitting in a public place. As for the amount of Immigrants, complain to your government. Actually try to make a change instead of being racist and divisive. This is not a solution, in fact it's the opposite of an actual solution that would work. All I see is Indian people especially in Brampton are hard workers that work 10+ hour shifts for minimum pay living paycheck to paycheck, and they are getting exploited by the companies that are Canadian but no one wants to talk about that, let's just complain about an ethnic group instead.
