Indian and Japanese here, I know this may come off as a little racist to my own culture, but Indian people are the most insufferable people on the planet. I don’t live in Brampton I’m in Australia but the majority of the Punjabi people here are so insufferable I can’t take it. (I’m Bengali fyi) it’s not just Punjabi people tho a lot of other dialects are like that, even where I’m from. But yeah, don’t attack me it’s just my opinion.

As an Indian, I feel so embarrassed. Imagine visiting Japan and you see more Arabs than Japanese, why would one feel? That's the same feeling I get when I think of Canada.

People be talking abt Indian but not the chinese and Japanese and Vietnamese like there’s no difference between Indian and the Chinese they slowly taking over the country

Indians are generally good people some might have issues but hey no one ain't perfect. Now the issue is I prefer migrants to assimilate e.g. I am a japanese migrant in canada so I decided to do things to be canadian speak English, Go skiing and live like everyone else Not building my own japan town or whatever. Also the second issue is Mass migration because these people once they come they start promoting it back home so more people come so it pretty much a point of no return. Also using the canada for a stop over for usa is very weird reason but don't do that that just sets a bad example to your people

This story could be based on any city in Australia as well, Indians are pouring into our country like an endless freight train. The political agenda in White countries (for some reason I can't fathom) is to destroy our race & culture. Swamping your country with foreigners from a different culture and race goes against every internal instinct a normal person would have to protect their family, race or tribe to survive in its identifiable form. Japanese people live in Japan, Chinese people in China, Germans in Germany; this is how the world should be. Otherwise, with untapped migration, no country will be identifiable by its roots or culture, which is the real tragedy, because what makes countries in the world different is what makes the world such an interesting and unique place.

Canadian that spent 16 years in Japan. I went as an individual. I stayed as an individual. Married a Japanese. Came back to Canada for a pension and can't wait to leave. I were in Japan and if I saw a group of Canadians arrive expecting Japan to change for them, I would have been severely pissed off with them. Every other country and normal immigrant that came as an individual or individual family probably thinks the same way I do. No one in any country likes to see "Mass Immigration" and even Japan these days are looking at an influx of half a million Indians and who knows how many more Africans. This will change Japan and they'll turn a good culture into their shitty culture and I'm not happy with that. I liked being one of few. Yes I had American, Canadian, Australian, Kiwi and British friends as well as Japanese friends. But we were all individuals that adopted the way of living in Japan into our everyday lives. If I go back, I don't want to be in india. It'd be like living in Brampton. What pisses me most is the attitude of that muslim guy. Yes you are out breeding us but not all majorities rule. In Malaysia, Malays rule despite being the smaller population. They have more Chinese and Indians there but they have to live under the rule of the native Malays. So you will have to do the same in Canada despite if your population is larger. You adapt to this country. The country doesn't convert to accomodate you. Individuals are key. Groups are the bane of all countries.

Teach manners to indians before leaving their country. First thing first manners. Give respect take respect. Most of the indians are not ready to leave home make them ready to see the world and behave in a good manner just like japanese maybe.

The first priority for any country is to itself. Other countries have no reason to let millions of Indians through every year.\n\nOn the other hand, being prepared and having the correct documents help, because I've visited 16 countries and I currently have 10 year UK and US tourist visa as well as UAE and Japanese visa. Singapore is another example. 60 years back Singapore was one of the poorest countries in Asia. Today it ranks as a developed country with number 1 passport in the world as per Henley’s Passport Index. As long as Indians are busy with their religion/caste/language based politics there is no hope.

If Indians could learn half as civic sense as the japanese, it will solve more than 50% of its problems.

I think the Canadian government needs to be a little more careful with the type of immigrants that enter the country. I don't see it as a problem to have Chinese, Japanese, Indians and other people immigrating to Canada. But I think it is also necessary to attract more people from Europe to live in the country. Canada is a country with a white majority and, if they are not careful, the country's demographics could change a lot over the years. European ancestry needs to remain alive in the country. Especially British and French. That is Canada's identity.

I am japanese canadian , I understand the feeling of Indians for being discriminated against but there is nothing that can be done, this is a free country, please stay safe and don't be weak always.

I often lament why we can’t import more Japanese immigrants because unlike Indians; they have a culture based on honour and respect, they reflect this in how they treat nature and morality which has caused their society to build itself out of the ashes of Word War 2 into a technologically impressive nation of such a small size. I taught at a puppy mill college in Vancouver in 2023. I had two classes of 70 students, 67 of whom were Indians, and the only student who was actually studying was a Japanese woman, one of the three non-Indians, lol.

Canadians are immigrants themselves. They came from all over Europe. Then came people from South America. During the past 100 years Indians, Punjabis, Bangladeshis, Chinese,Japanese,Koreans etc. have settled down in Canada. Canada is what it is today,because of IMMIGRATION. \nThe USA,UK ,France and most other European countries have undergone quite a lot of changes. Human history is the history of migration.

Just be glad there is not a large Mexican population in Brampton. Mexican culture is the lifestyle in the southwest USA. They immigrate and make their new home look like the one they ran from in Mexico. Makes no sense. Indians are like Japanese…highly intelligent with great work ethic. I am all for immigrations, but why do Indians and Chinese make up for like 85% of immigration (according to what I saw). \nAs a Japanese international, I feel Canada needs to mix it up.

The worst part about Indians, Chinese and Arabs etc is that they don’t really integrate/assimilate in the countries they immigrate to. They continue with the same segregated systems that forced them to run from their homelands. Big difference compared to African, South Americans, Japanese, Koreans, and Western Europeans who actually try to assimilate to the countries they immigrate to. It makes sense that if you are running away from a failed system, you must assimilate to the new system or else you’ll also destroy the new system if you bring in the same behaviors.

Third world country folks will try to land a PR (permanent residency) in Canada (by masquerading as a 'student visa') as a holding ground. Once they obtain it, they will try to move to the USA on a work visa. It's a loophole being exploited by Indians, Arabs, and Filipinos. Non-third world country folks like and Mainland Chinese and some South Koreans & Japanese, will do the same on living in Canada then find ways to move to the USA from Canada. Sorry, but Canada is turning brown. California, New York, New Jersey, Illinois are filled with Indians and middle easterns, and same goes for most of Europe. welcome to the melting pot where everyone in the pots is separated like oil and water. sure we are all here, but we tend not to mix or if we do it is through a bunch of rigorous effort to try to mix and when it settles we just go back to what it was before. Chick Fil-A is mid. One thing I do like about living in Columbus OH, is that there are a lot of spots where you can get authentic(or close to) meals from other countries. There's some good African, Chinese, Thai, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese places.

1. its just wt rich ppl with money do, they dont put their eggs in one basket and spread their wealth all over the world. the political climate in china probably further extravagate this even further as they have no real security to their assets, the government can seize any time for legal reasons (china have tax but nobody pays them, the government doesnt collect business and personal tax as their revenue. but if u get on their wrong side they will use this as an excuse. if u pay taxes properly u cant compete with ppl who dont, so yea governement use this shady trick in china).\nJust look at any millionare, they probably have investment all over the world. the reason y we r seeing this with chinese is that they've gotten their wealth recently and have just started this diversification of asset hence the scale and timing. japanese had their time, Indians will probably have their time soon once they develop. its like seeing lottery winners buying ferrari, just a normal thing to see, but ppl will get uncomfortable and shame them lol.\n2. this reason is minor but chinese passport is really inconvenient when travelling, having a canadian or US passport helps alot if they r doing international business.\n\nNow to the claims of taking over and colonisation, the ppl claiming colonisation r probably from US canada or australia. ppl r mostly afraid of the things theyve done or think to do to others, i doubt any chinese are thinking about colonisation when its not really their mindset. the worst chinese are thinking are u praising or kowtow them, otherwise they really dont care hence y they kinda just live in their own little groups rather than aggresively pushing political agenda on ur face.
