Indian people rule. Too much of anything at once is unhealthy. But this is still the least bad scenario in hindsight because they're actually decent, kind, hard working and ambitious. That can't be said for most 3rd world countries.

Here is a aggressively neutral take as a Canadian elementary school teacher in an area with an extremely high Indian population (around half our school is ethnically Indian). It is also my own opinion, and some opinions on the internet suck: The good: Cultural integration IS possible (the Indian families are more into hockey than the white families where I live), tons of cross-cultural friendships, beautiful blend of cultural celebrations, top achievers are almost always second-generation immigrants, kids are growing up to love their parents' culture while also loving Canada's, many fantastic families who engage their children well and raise them very respectfully, religious temples that will feed an amazing meal to ANYBODY who walks into them (as long as you cover your hair), low rates of family trauma (drugs, abuse, divorce, etc.), families that take care of their elders The rough: Not all families are interested in being Canadian (some families just send their kids to Indian speaking private schools, live in Indian areas, and only seem to practice Indian ways of life - what's even the point?), many Indian families retreated into their home-lives during Covid which removed their children from integration opportunities, a very small percentage of the families are absolutely TERRIBLE at parenting and treat their sons and daughters with different levels of respect, multi-family households pay a single property tax which makes the contribution per taxpayer much smaller (while social benefits are equal to anybody else), some crime such as extortion and gang activity has been imported into the country, some individuals' disregard for rules and laws (setting fireworks on Diwali in the middle of a dry, grassy field is just plain stupid), some Indian communities seem to vote blindly for their own ilk during local elections without any regard for policy or experience, LMIA immigration program has been corrupted by the nepotism of bad actors and the greed of large corporations (wages can be federally subsidized which makes it cheaper to hire immigrants than the 16 year old down the street). Many of these families were simply making good choices for their own family, so don't blame the people themselves for this - blame the government that allowed it to fester unsustainably. I'll continue to stick up for the majority of these beautiful families though - haters be darned! Watching these kids grow up gives me some hope for humanity!

As a indian my self i found saying "proud canadian " from a indian is really weird cringy they are not even inviting you and all of they just tryn hard to associate with them either make india better or live here there is no need to move out HIndus are already started birthcontrols being aware is just all we need thats it i think whites or native people are right because no one likes sudden changes !! It’s just playing with people emotions… not providing real information… we all are human beings… we need to appreciate each other… \n\nThese countries have some rules n regulations for human beings to develop equality n equal opportunities. Most of the NRI appreciate that as we haven’t got that in our own country.

I been to Canada 10 times over the years and Canadians were friendly and welcoming, not so much now and it’s not racism it is because the uneducated, uncivilised uncultured Indians and Khalistanis who find their way into the country through fraudulent means and run a muck . They don’t follow rules and regulations, they are always after easy money, get involved in crime, drug trafficking, gun smuggling etc. some of these so called students can’t put two words of English together are suppose to be uni students. The immigration dept in Canada has failed the Canadian people. Mind you there are lot of Canadians of Indian origin who are highly qualified and skilled who are model citizens of the country.

You said it all. Totally agree. I have been here for almost 30yrs. It has changed so much. You said it all. I specifically see newer Indian immigrants rushing to catch trains or buses disrespecting the discipline of respecting lineups, elbowing people, being rude, wrong side bike riding makes it feel especially in Toronto as if we are in Delhi Gurugram traffic. No rules folliwed. No respect for personal space. Loud music in neighborhoods. Ofcourse immigrants from other nations too, the super rich have bought so many assets and houses in Canada, that they just own, keep them not used, creating nonavailability of living spaces for regular Canadians.

Every time someone say something about Indians they pull the racist cards. Going through Tim Hortons is like a struggle for them. They can’t multitask. What about our kids that are here. They can’t find work everywhere you go you’re in every store. You don’t see no other culture. You don’t see no other culture taking a dump on the beach, where people are enjoying it. They have made insurance so high because of their driving they U-turn when they feel like they run red lights they drive on sidewalks when they’re not supposed to they have cars coming out of residential parks and they’re driving on the sidewalk. Oh my list is so long and nobody does anything about it, going for a walk with your family and they don’t wanna move out the way they follow they always impact they wanna come into workplace and speak their language and they wanna carry their knives like what? When does other Canadians have other rights over these Indians, they feel that because they’re so much that they can overpower people because of that not me. And when they put men in supervisor or manager rules, they be little woman. This is a woman it’s whirl and everything is equal a man’s job. A woman can do it probably most likely even better.

I am constantly annoyed by the following, but because I was born in Canada, I would be cancelled for saying the things you can. I am also Indian. Here’s the list that comes to mind. I might come back and edit this because I am sure there are things I am forgetting: \n\n- coughing into your elbow instead of your hands (literally watched a guy yesterday on the bus cough into his hands then put his hands onto the support bar)\n\n- Standing to the side and letting people off the train so you can get on instead of trying to walk through people who are trying to get off \n\n- Standing up and moving to the side to let somebody off on an inside seat of the bus. I have a butt. I don’t want to be squeezing by you \n\n- Taking off their backpack while standing on the bus and putting it between their legs\n\n- Moving to the back of the bus instead of crowding by the doors\n\n- Standing in lines to get onto the bus instead of crowding\n\n- Not littering. Either put your garbage in the bin or take it with you. Stop leaving it on the beach or on hiking trails.\n\n- Learn about hiking before attempting it. We have people going up in jeans and flip flops in the evening and getting stuck on mountains or injured. Some wear running shoes but they don’t have enough traction for the trail\n\n- Shovel the sidewalk in front of your home when it snows\n\n- Stop dousing yourself with axe body spray. \n\n- Understand that Indian food makes your clothes smell. It gives off oils that get stuck in everything. Open your windows and doors when cooking to minimize this as much as possible. You won’t be able to resolve this entirely but do what you can. The skytrain now smells like Indian food even when empty. \n\n- Stop riding your bikes and scooters on the sidewalk. It’s illegal and you have a responsibility to learn the rules \n\n- Stop hiring everybody that you know. Before nepotism was all about networking, but nowadays, it seems to be about hiring Indian people that you know. I am being discriminated by employers because they think I will do the same once I am in. Diversity in teams matters. Indian immigrants don’t seem to believe in this and think all that matters is the most qualified get the job. This is how you end up building facial recognition models that don’t recognize Black people. \n\n- You work at McDonald’s. Stop blasting Indian music. The McDonald’s by my place is blasting Indian music from the back and it overtakes the restaurant music. \n\n- In a work environment, even if it is all Indians, speak English. You ostracize your fellow colleagues and customers. You are also not improving your English skills by speaking in your primary language.\n\n- Make an effort to make non-Indian friends. It’s really intimidating even as an Indian to see large packs of Indian men\n\n- Learn how to swim. Every year we have multiple drownings at a lake because Indian people are unprepared for the reality of the water. This is a basic safety skill.\n\n- Stop staring at women. Even as an Indian woman I get stared at by these guys. Just stop. \n\n- Get headphones. Playing music or having conversations on speakerphone in public places is rude and very inconsiderate of others \n\n- Stop cheating. Whether that’s cheating the system or during classes. We grow up here and environment that even though we can cheat, the culture makes it completely unethical and you just don’t. The consequences are significant. I get it that you come from a country that doesn’t have enough resources for its population, but you give the entire Indian community a bad name when you cheat, lie, and do other unethical things.\n\n- Learn about Canadian values. The Canadian charter of rights and freedoms exists. Under it cases were won supporting equality for women, LGBTQ rights, etc. this is built into our constitution and it’s so ridiculous to come across people who don’t adopt Canadian values. Why choose Canada if you want a culture of what’s back at home. \n\n- I get it that our healthcare system needs to improve but am disappointing reading advocacy for private healthcare in Indian Facebook groups in Canada. Tommy Douglas was voted as the greatest Canadian. He is the founding father of our nationalized healthcare system. For the most part, Canadian are happy that we don’t have a healthcare system like the United States, where your access is determined by your employer or your income. We don’t go bankrupt when we have a health emergency. Go back to India or go to another place where you can pay for private healthcare, but stop advocating to transition our healthcare system to a private system. While you’re at it go look up who was determined to be some of the greatest Canadians.

Sorry to say that but Indians are very corrupt, they are trying to cheat any system or any rule. They are the ones behind all kinds of illegal implementations on: Immigration(selling jobs which is illegal), banking system(forging income documents to get high Mortgages from banks), cheating on documents(like fake school letter of acceptances or fake banking statements) and exams(offering to enter exams on behalf of others with a charge). These are not general considerations, I personally am in the know of all these examples myself and I am hearing many others. \nAdditionally they are disrupting the labor market by lowering life standards. To be specific, there are many indians, living 10-20 people in the same home, lowering their life costs, then going to businesses offering for a much lower salaries, hourly wages since their living costs are considerably low. This is not a fair competition, you can not expect people to live in barracks, just to be able to compete. this is disrupting social life.\nThe pooping and these kinds of senitary examples are just the icing on the cake. \n\nFinally, the indian community are not trying to come in to Canada and be a part of the community and the system, instead they are trying to turn this country into India, which they are running from in the first place. \n\nCanadians are nice yes, but any sound person should react accordingly if their kindness is abused. \nOfficial are needed to take actions on this, since I don't expect the Indian comm unity to behave.

I believe India is the best country to stay because:\n- Rents extremely high in developed cities . Property prices unaffordable in big cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata. People are paying life long EMI till death.\n- Teachers focus more on Private tutions to make money. If you don’t take lessons from them, they will fail you in education system \n-Government doctors more focus on Private practices than their Government jobs. In ICU doctors sometimes sleep because they are tired for their private pactices.\n- Court takes decades to settle court cases. \n- Extremely high inflation - Food prices uncontrolled \n- Retirees not worked for Government getting hard time to pay bills specially medical treatment cost. It’s really hard for them to stay in big cities. No Indian government help and support. Government basically don’t care them. Only big big words at the time of vote \n- middle class working upto 11 pm to save their job , no retirement money- just surviving \n- After completing MBA, lot of job seekers land in selling target oriented credit card selling and driving Uber/ Toto \n- Ministers have so much under table money they keep their money inside the walls of their property \n- Sides of Highways full of Poverty . No good food, no proper sanitation \n- Farmers have to commit suicide for manipulated Government practices \n- Police is not writing FIRs if you are categorized as opponent \n-Fake promises are given to illegal immigrants/ Hawkers/ by Ministers for creating Ministers Vote Bank\n-\n- Ministers create vote banks from Hindu- Muslim riots \n- Ambani’s spend millions of dollars inviting top celebrities where 60% poverty prevails \n\n- Health care system is changing extremely high prices for small surgeries because Insurance will pay. At age 80 , all top insurer declines coverage when you need coverage otherwise premium is extremely high so that you can’t afford \n- Middle class is pressuring their kid to get admission in a reputed Private school and still has to pay high amount of donations.\n- Modi wants to make digital India which is great. Did he cared how the uneducated citizens, needs medical attention can cope with Government rules. He didn’t care. What ever problems you showed in the video is only related to International Students. But at the same time when International students come to Canada to study not to settle. When CBSA always asked them how long is your study and what would you do after your studies are completed. Every student would tell them that they will go back to their country once their student work permit is finished. Then CBSA will allow you to enter Canada. Go tell them when you come to airport that you wanna stay here for ever they will kick you out right away. I don't know why students are protesting when they knew the rules for students are different from other categories. And it is changing every year. The problem is international students not the Canadian Govt. Indians know this is the easy way to get into Canada. Canada is a free country to everyone there is no discrimination . I have seen 50 year people from India coming to Canada for study but actually they want to settle here. Drugs problem is everywhere in the world. India also has druggists and mafias. Indian are in much better condition here than India. Fresh air, clean water, work and personal life balance, free health care, Freedom to live and work any where ...Canadian passport is Top 5 in the world. Instead of blaming these people, one must question their own government authorities who make the rules and legislation to facilitate this. Maybe it's just the truth of a desperate Canadian economy that needs immigrants to keep fueling the 'aging' Canadian economic engine. These people come in and work hard, odd jobs (not to mention the exceptional skilled ones as well like Doctors, health care workers etc.) which the regular Canadian wouldn't do. I've been in Canada for 2 years without a Family doctor. Thank God, the last 10 different Doctors I met were all fresh immigrants and came to my rescue. Ask your conscience, without these immigrants, you wouldn't be getting your late night coffee at the time Hortons drive thru, no one to take your blood works without you waiting several months in waiting, no ways for universities to subsidize tuition fees for the poorer Canadian students. If immigrants stop coming in, the nice detached home you live in will go down in value, the nice truck you drive will become more expensive, your kids University tuition fees will sky rocket, Canadian companies selling groceries, furniture, etc. Will have lesser revenue and eventually get eaten up be American giants, Canadian companies won't have cheap labour to build those much needed housing. \nNot only question your government, but also question your 'own' people.. Where are they to serve you? Where are the so called patriotic 'original' Canadian Doctors'? They are off to US to earn more money. U think they care enough for their home country?\n If Canada won't, somebody Else will accept these people. Wow any idea why people are crazy to enter canada bcoz standard of livibg is good in your country and any idea how much cost it occurs to stay and study in canada i am not good in conversions but lemme tell u its very very high people literally sell everything they have in india to go and study there now just assume why do people sell like crazy people just to study i mean think about it bcoz of PR they sell like crazy if they can invest that amount in india they can get a degree from good universities in india and good jobs but if the same amount is invested in canada the standard of living will improve by obtaining canadian citizenship now if u r sane person think about it its all about standard of living and its not crime to look for better life and at the start of applying in universities of canada a job and PR were available as options so indians applief there with that intention now if u change those rules overnight the money we invested is just thrown into dustbin and i dont know why people think its wrong things to even protest on that if u hate immigration that badly dont show ur anger on indians or other immigrants show that anger on ut government for showing us indians a better future and allowing us indians to enter ur country legally with PR in future prospect Nd why do u think even after such outrage on immigration canada yet allows immigrants bcoz its simple people spend like crazy for such oppurtunities and canada has taken advantage of that and now canadians like we got ur money so get out from our country wow i ddidnt know people can be this greedy and selfish.

Holy shit the fact that its Indian's chanting fair rules is so ironic. These people are the biggest scammers, lying on visa/school applications, lying about education and job experience, scamming driving schools so people with no driving experience are getting licenses, mortgage scams, food bank scams, I could go on and on. They have taken so much advantage and treated our country so badly, that even Canadian liberals, the most welcoming and pro-immigrant people on earth are sick of them.

Until 2020 (pandemic), most lifelong Canadians would have proudly & quickly said Canada is a great place. For multiple generations (young & old). It still is in many ways. But like all countries, a bunch of things have made life more difficult lately. \n \nDuring the COVID lockdowns, many people went wild wanting to buy a house (urban & rural). Increasing demand and rising prices. Not long after, inflation caused mortgage rates especially to rise. Rent costs soared too. People interested in working in hospitals declined. Less doctors etc.. \n \nSimultaneously in Canada, the number of people coming by air, land and boat to claim asylum skyrocketed. For example, in 2023 alone, in just one region (Central Canada) around 400 people arrived per day (on average). Ditto for other populated provinces. Also the number of international students SKYROCKETED too. In 2023, averaging around 2,000 per day across Canada. Years 2021 and 2022 had high #s too. \n \nThe majority trying to migrate to Canada recently have been from South Asia. And it's become extremely obvious to Canadians. Even those that are very used to much diversity & many cultures. Plus neighborhoods now know that international students are using schooling as a 'back door' ticket to come to Canada for permanent residency. No one says it in public amongst strangers, but everyone knows because they've witnessed the extreme PR frenzy firsthand by now. To many Canadians it has felt like a tidal wave that has reached all cities and small towns, with a post secondary school. This extreme situation never existed prior to 4 years ago.\n \nHospitals have been hit with many wanting free healthcare. Less doctors/nurses etc., means greater waiting times. Plus a VERY SEVERE HOUSING CRISIS has occurred in many western countries including in Canada. In ways not seen in people's lifetimes. And if you do find a place to live its quite expensive. Including small basement rooms. \n \nNow westerners want the money greedy agents (pseudo smugglers) in other countries to stop marketing & LYING to their own people about access to PR or citizenship … or accommodation/jobs … being easy (to get). And for any greedy people living in western countries to be ashamed of themselves if they're hurting students. Anyone doing things to make $ off of people's PR desires. At best, there is a 25% chance of gaining PR (better odds if you are masters/medicine etc.). \n \nNot all players across the board have acted honestly over the years, i.e. contract marriages (IELTS spouse), anchor babies, fraud, false asylum claims. Canada has asked the India government to prevent “ghost consulting”. The new PRIVATE (non-public) colleges are being investigated (including looking for strong oversea ties). \n \nCanadians are meeting students who told Canada they have enough $, but it turns out they borrowed it (some borrowed it for the application process only). Canadian food banks and other CHARITY services have been recklessly advertised on YouTube (by India students in Indian language). Many transit services have launched stricter rules, i.e. lost monthly bus passes registered in your name are now never replaced (unlike before). \n \nThen this year throw in all the Palestinian vs Israeli angry protests happening regularly in cities. Plus the Sikh vs Hindu violence/extortion mostly happening in Ontario and British Columbia. Plus the Canadian government also recently launched investigations in regards to foreign interference in Canadian elections. All stemming from Asia continent. Hate crimes have gone from rare to occasional (primarily South Asians against South Asians). \n \nCanadians are so so so so so not used to all this. So many, who have embraced multi-culturalism and immigration for decades are now VERY worried and fearful (due to all of the above). And all are praying it doesn't turn into great anger (like in the USA). \n \nCanadians want multi-culturism to succeed … and for all people (including immigrants) to be okay. Everyone I know is VERY happy with Canada Immigration's recent changes (reductions & investigations). Including multi-generational long-term Asian-Canadians where many have been the most upset (by all of this).

I am an immigrant myself. I hate what other immigrants are doing in this country. Though it's true Canada needs people to help them SUSTAIN the economy, but it seems like immigration had not seen the effect of bringing too much Indians and Africans in the country, Most of them are not self-aware, they don't follow rules, they neglect people around them.

what has been shared in this video is nothing that people are not aware of. Everybody knows that you have to do all the work yourself,no maids, cooks, etc. like India.These facts have been there for years, nothing new about them. If people want to got there for further education, it is different, but then Canada is not all that good as far as higher education is concerned, there are better countries to choose from with better weather conditions and better lifestyle and high class education. Who would want to live in a cold and inhospitable country, payig through your nose. Here in India, if we fall sick even with just cough / cold, we can go to the nearest doctor and get medicines, sometimes we can even just ask the pharmaists to help us to choose some medicines for pharmasist here are half doctors.\nEven our standard of living has become so good, that we don't even feel like shifting to a new country. We have metros, good buses both AC as well as non AC, good trains, good resturaunts, hotels, what is it that we don't have here?\nIt is always better living as a first class citizen in our own country, than living like second class citizen elsewhere. The attraction and the charm of living abroad is no longer there.\nOur country has improved so much and so fast in the last 10 years, we have good bathrooms in schools and other public places, which was not there previously. Only drawback in our country is the traffic and infrastructure, which will also become better, but will take time, because of our country's population.\nIn fact you will find servants and watchmen all coming to work in a bikes or scooters, which was unthinkable some years back. Their life has changed for the better, they live in rented flats/or on lease, their children study in good schools and so on, and they dress also so well, that you cannot differentiate between them and the people they work for.\nMany of the so called advanced countries do not have many well educated people like our country, the children there are not as knowledgeabe like Indian kids, their knowledge is limited to the town they live in, they don't know anything about the world outside.\nAnd now with the Khalistani terrorist living freely there it is all the more dangerous.
