I’m not surprised by the bad driving. Have you seen drivers in India. They turn two lanes into three. Crossing the street there is risking your life! When I was there, I almost had a heart attack and prayed every time I had to get into a car.

I am an indian, genuinely speaking, when I came here back in 2023, I didn’t know there are so many people from one of the indian state called punjab. I feel this video does cover what's happening but don't answer the question why its happening. Here's what i think- To start with - A major population of indian immigrants in Canada come from two provinces/states - Punjab and Gujarat. From Punjab - Most of the population who migrates to Canada are villagers. They are notoriously famous in Punjab cities as well for creating trouble. They have no civic sense, always getting involved in illegal stuff, some use drugs, no etiquettes, poor hygiene and very arrogant sometimes. Another thing, Canadian government over the years stopped taking in-person interviews and got lenient with rules for gaining a visa especially for students which doesn't make sense and one should be catious so of what kind of people they are letting in their country. This leads to letting in a bunch of wrong people who are already a troublemaker in Punjab and then represents a bad of side of Indians. A side note - Every Indian province is very very different and not all people are same in India. It's definitely a shit situation which shows Canadian government definitely needed a better way to handle immigration. A lot of international students has been exploited by the system as well if you get to know from there point of view as well. I talked to a family of immigrants a few years ago and they were terribly upset with the open door policy that Canada had adopted. They said the reason they left their home was to get away from the bad people that Canada was now welcoming. They said these people will poison Canada. I feel bad that many of these people were given false hope, but this reduction was needed. In the early 2020's immigration levels reached levels that were simply too high. We had a population growth rate similar to Sudan. It strained our education, health care and prevented young people from getting jobs. We are a nation that welcomes immigration, but it cannot be at a level beyond our capacities.

Bro I don't get the point. Doesn't Canada allow all religions. This is place is like a gold mine for Indians, but what's the problem with that. It's a free country where every religion is accepted, and Brampton became a hot-spots for Indians. And Brampton has a massive population, of course there are going to be some "bad actors". In my 42 years of working a service job I encountered thousands of immigrants.....I always found the East Indian people to be the easiest to get along with......there are good and bad apples in every culture but in general I found them always willing to help , talk and laugh with me.......many of them joked how they could out cheap anyone......and you've got to give them credit for finding the loop holes to get ahead

I’m grew up in Brampton, born here to immigrant parents who came in the 90s. The new generation of immigrants have really created a bad image for Indians here, I will encounter all kinds of racism online or in real life, and the hatred is real. I wish it wasn’t so, but Brampton and for that matter the GTA is not equipped to handle these many people. The east Indian problem has gotten extremely bad where I am in Canada they keep buying businesses and then firing all the white people but if you call it out, you're racist like, I'm getting turned down when I hand out resumes, because I'm white and I was born in Canada its bad they're taking all the student jobs and then buying the businesses where students are working and then firing the students i'm no longer in school, so it's even harder to find a job. It's gotten to the point where if you want a job you need to work for yourself. They're even taking jobs in the trades so now people are having to work for themselves under-the-table and launder their money the average median income in Canada is anywhere from $45000 to $50000 a year the average house costs $673,335 the average household only makes $80000 a year i used to dream about having my own home and starting a family now I just hope I can find an apartment for less than $2000 a month that isn't owned by a slum Lord living in Toronto that's bought the property without ever even being to Smiths Falls a day in their life.

If they didn't bring their culture of being rude, obnoxious and disregard Canadian laws and etiquette maybe it wouldn't be so bad, but they also mass imported them to give companies cheap labor so they've taken a tonne of opportunity from Canadians, reduced the quality of our education system making domestic Canadians unlikely to get any employment and the students also exploit the system to work. They all need a place to live and many are exploiting the government for benefits on top of driving up housing prices because of the scarcity they're actively causing.
