Just an FYI here, lived worked my entire adult life in Canada, 62 now and don't have a doctor, can't retire anytime soon, but my illegal immigrant neighbours get 80 thousand dollars per year and free EVERYTHING! I made 30 thousand working and paying for them...GAWD help us all that have put our entire lives into paying for other people and countries well being, maybe one day Canada will put me first and make sure I can afford to eat in this country

If some guy handed you an invitation to a party at his house, and there, after an hour, someone approaches saying , 'I hate to tell you, but you WERE'NT actually invited and your invitation is fake, and although the guy who invited you DOES HALF OWN the house, but it is HIS BROTHER hosting the party, and your friend, whenever his brother holds a party prints out fake invitations. And then after being told to just STAY PUT, after thinking that you would like to just leave, the guy who explained this comes over to tell you that since your friend IS half owner of the house, that you are ALLOWED TO STAY, but preferably if you could just walk a long narrow hallway in sit in the large roomy storage closet. Maybe then, you think it preferable to just leave, but IT MIGHT BE CONSTRUED that you are making A BIG FUSS about leaving, and this would be BEING RUDE to the people WHO TOOK QUITE A BIT OF TIME to help you sort out YOUR DILEMMA, and IF you DO leave, you might NOT EVER be invited back again, and if you AREN'T invited back, MAYBE someone who saw you AT THE PARTY: LIKES YOU, and will go around LOOKING FOR YOU, even to the points of looking through people's windows to find you, and WHAT IF this would happen at like 3am, and maybe you should JUST TRY TO enjoy your stay in the broom closet BECAUSE someone who DOES LIKE YOU would wait and be able to SPOT YOU and say 'hi' AS YOU EXIT the main entrance, if that is the only exit.

Thank you for the video. I just took my test Jan 19/2026 got 19/20 on my first attempt. I read 2 chapters of discover Canada, found it was hard to follow and watched this video 3 times instead. I took notes and read all the explanation with each questions. Wrote down the events according to timeline really helped. This video gave me a really solid foundation, but still had maybe 4-5 questions that wasn’t part of these questions.

The sudden wave of immigrants coming to Canada was too much all at once. Them not respecting the Canadian ways doesn't help the fact that they are taking over our country. If they respected public places and spoke English like everyone else (or at least tries their darnest) maybe people who were born and raised in Canada wouldn't have this collective thoughts on them.

Im a Canadian and honestly I've NEVER had a problem finding a job, I don't even have my highschool... I think it has to do with *which* jobs they are applying for. Are the ones saying they can't find work willing to work in trades? General laborers making $25-$30+++ No experience required. Tradespeople are glad to teach people willing to work hard and learn.. What about warehouse work? Apply to your 5 closest warehouses, I guarantee youll get in 1.. ALSO the government IS willing to help Canadians get little certifications like forklift, smartserve, CPR.. Career colleges can help with training (e.g - computer) as well as soft skills. So yeah, I wonder if it's people being just as picky as they were when Canada wasn't in the economical shitter it is in rn? Maybe Im far luckier or fortunate than most? Maybe expectations are too high? Maybe some stubbornly refuse assistance they are entitled to? Im not sure, but I do sympathize/empathize with you guys, I hope you all can "get through". I pray we can find solutions to this insane cost of living / broken housing market / price gouging / tiny group of business owners having a complete market control and a monopoly on everything thing we need to survive - without competition, limitations or government regulation🫩. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. That’s why Carney and liberals pander to the gigantic Muslim population in Canada. Muslims, Chinese, Indians from India, Ukrainians, Filipinos they all pretty much vote liberal. There weee over 100 Muslim groups that told their Muslim community to only vote for candidates that support Gaza Muslims and Palestinians. How is that not election interference. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. In regards to the job issue, I wonder if allowing only a certain number of a certain demographic to be hired as opposes to giving majority of the jobs to that one demographic? As an American. I don't think it was a good thing to bully other countries, especially allies and neighbors. There are other diplomatic ways to do things. I am not left or right, but I felt like Obama and Clinton had better ways with international relationships. As a u.s citzen I'm appalled and ashamed of my president. The elites got what they want but doesn't mean it will last they talk about exposing corruption but yet are doing some pretty corrupt things why do we only get 2 choices for a president and lesser of two evils why don't we pick someone with morals and that have the best interest for our country and people not just the rich cause I've been struggling before during and after trump maybe we need new congress and stop this dumbass blame game of pointing fingers when dems and rep come together we can be unstoppable why are people so stupid and selfish like we have it easier than most country's last I knew we don't eat cats or dogs so that tells me are economy not as bad as other places just seems like the rich are losing and this will help them stay rich. Maybe he should discuss the constant duty fees and border crossing fees for anything shipped from Canada to the USA that have been constantly rising for years; fees that his very own government sets. Maybe he should talk about Canada demanding that anyone that sells anything foodwise to anyone in Canada from the USA has to have a special Safe Food For Canadians Food License or the goods being shipped will be rejected at the US owners cost, seized by the border and held in storage at the US owners cost, and destroyed and billed to the US owner. A license that no one actually needs considering other legal and ethical controls are in place to prevent unsafe foods from crossing the border, but Canada reserves the right to make us pay for one or we suffer consequences. Maybe he should discuss how they left their borders open to migrants, making it much easier for criminal migrants to get into the US. Maybe he should understand that the US has always been bleeding money to Canada on a trade level for about half a century with it getting much worse in the last decade because Canada's government are greedy. Before any of you come at me, keep in mind I work in the food ingredient industry as an order processing, logistics and customs & border crossing and have done so for 15 years. These tariffs were a long time coming and if any of you are on the inside of trade in the manner I am, then you know what I'm saying is true. The US is constantly paying additional tariffs by way of duty fees, customs fees, certain applied taxes (like there is literally a blueberry tax to ship US grown blueberries into Canada to prevent US blueberries from taking over the Canadian blueberry market). The blueberry tax is about 25cents per lb. which drives the price per lb. up for the seller and buyer. You wanna know why Food costs so much? All of the above with a huge side helping of GREED.

I have never been so embarrassed to be an American. Its heart breaking that we allowed this to happen even with all the warning signs. I have protested, attended town halls, emsiled all my state representatives and every attempt can only have power if the people we elected go to bat for us. They are not doing so. My only criticism is that Trudeau should have said the tariffs imposed by Trump, rather than the US. Not all Americans support Trump and maybe they’ll need Canada’s help to throw out the garbage one day soon.

Im not so sure of the info coming across. Ive seen staggering numbers of immigrants coming north from the US into Quebec and Ontario for a number of years. Quebec had to set up shelters and programs to accommodate how many were coming up into Canada. Watching the RCMP helping them come into Canada, taking their luggage and guiding them Those officers should be charged with being an accomplice to a crime.. that would stop the police from helping bring them in... Maybe it changed and now they are going south?.. but getting to Canada isnt as simple as coming up through warmer weather countries and going south in Winter would be a major issue through snow and weather. Not so sold on the numbers coming from Canada going south though.

You all forget that more fentanyl comes into Canada from the US then the other way around. Maybe y’all should help crack down on illegals and drugs entering MY country. Also, we wouldn’t have people entering your country from ours IF YOU DIDN’T CREATE SANCTUARY CITIES IN THE FIRST PLACE.

When I was delivering pizzas As poor as I was I always carried More than enough correct change In paper & in coins Even as poor as I was I always made sure That I had more than enough correct change While delivering pizzas & then! If my delivery was on time & I was courteous & friendly I'd maybe get a tip Sometimes a really good tip! & I myself almost stopped getting deliverys To my home Cause everytime lately I was told! To tip! Not asked! Told to! & after a few times of using my debit & being told to tap a tip It started rubbing me the wrong way! So after more than a few times Of that happening I now started letting my girlfriend answer the door As she very rarely tips Unless our food came At a very reasonable time & if the driver was courteous & friendly & also cause She is not shy about saying I'm not tipping you! I work hard for my money! You took way to long! Or! If our food came cold! Cause you're very late! So if the bag wasn't still warm She check what'sa inside that paper bag & if it was no longer warm No tip was given! So if you want to deliver hot food Make sure! That you come on time & you have more than enough change + having enough change Helps get you your tip Cause common sense rules! Duhhhhhhhhh! & that's my tip to you Always carry more than enough change Or Not! The decision is yours to make As I always made good tips While never asking for a tip + I was always on time Never taking 4 orders I'd take 3 or less & I always made sure To thank that person as well Who just tipped me Soooooo haaaa! A lot of us Americans remember learning about the tariff wars in history class that ended up in deciding fair trade was the better route. I fear we’re about to learn the same lesson again…\n\nAs far as the drug trade goes apparently the GOV doesn’t spend enough time on the internet because the cartels are no longer just in Mexico they’re in the USA and in Canada. They have learned the Canadian border is a lot easier to cross and they can get into BC pretty easily due to relaxed immigration policies In Canada.. they probably don’t actually know where the drugs are coming from or where they’re being manufactured entirely. The cartels are probably a step ahead of them at the moment. \n\nI can’t believe the auto industry lobbyists were not instructed to go full send on the detriment of the opposite position taken from the NAFTA. The only thing I can see is auto sales are slumping and maybe they can blame this on the tariff policy for massive restructuring. \n\nI kind of understand wanting to negotiate with Mexico because they probably buy less American goods than Americans buy Mexican goods (drugs excluding) but I’m guessing Canada is a better customer of American goods than Americans are of Canadian goods. Why would you want to upset a good partner, customer, and ally!? It’s Beyond my comprehension…. If Trump was really smart he’d convince some factories to actually invest in Mexico with cooperation from the Mexican government investing in efficient transportation from the manufacturing sectors to the American border and the coasts for distribution. This would likely really help their economy and change the whole dynamic of all the things Trump has issues with. Fix it at the source not try to treat the symptoms.
