Whats distressing is when you uncovered that if officials reject an applicant they are basically shooting their career in the foot ... and they have to file a big report and could be challenged in court and of course that means a court brief and testifying as the prosecuting witness. My sister was going to immigrate to Australia from South Africa with her family. They expected her to be able to take care of them for 5yrs, have a certain amount of money to do so. That wasn't a problem as she owned a medical supply company and was a registered nurse,trained in Canada, worked in Florida for 5yrs. I am from India came to Canada legally (gone through 7 months of processing and waiting , submitted countless documents , photos , chat history to prove relation status and professional experience, literally submitted all my life story) to obtain PR and come to Canada just to realize that people without any of these come from different parts of the world especially India bypassing the system and living better life working cash jobs and doing random stuff. When i went to take driving license first time, An Indian origin guy rejected my application saying that my Indian License wasn't looking original enough , where I have seen people who couldn't even speak basic English were applying to get license to drive trucks. It is sad to see how many of our people are bringing a lot of 'Indianness' to this country and live like it is their own turf. I have met many young and middle aged individuals who call themselves students who doesn't even have a clue of what they are studying. Why come to Canada to go to community colleges. Because most of the schools they are attending are in strip malls. Those people should not be here. I had a 10 month wait before I could even get an appointment with a specialist for a WCB claim injury. Then my WCB case handler rejected my claim arbitrarily. I finally got my specialist to see me decided that I needed an MRI and I finally have a surgery for a torn medial meniscus. I was born and raised in Canada. I went to a walk in clinic and was rejected. They told me they only take immigrants. I felt so hopeless. Their clinic was empty, compared to other walk in clincs that reach capacity before they even open their doors.
