This immediate and massive influx of "immigrants" from India and China into North America is deliberate and done with the permission of all governments involved. Every business aims the Indian market. Same goes for the Canadian diplomas. I don't know.... I live in Montreal and I don't see recent newcomers as poor victims (I'm talking about most immigrants applying for refugee status) . \nWhy? \n1. In order to reach North America , one has to either cross the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean or cross huge chunks of land from Central or South America .... and that's really expensive. In Europe, since the coast of Africa is very close to Europe's , boats full of destitute and desperate people might be the norm. Not in North America. \n2. most of those guys arrive in North America looking for work \n3. most newcomers do possess smart phones and they know how to use them. They have their own network of friends and they're always on the lookout for good opportunities. \n4. most newcomers are very, very mobile. If they're having trouble finding work in Montreal and they need truck drivers somewhere else.... they'll go there . A new hospital needs aid personnel? They'll be there ready for hard work. \nThe positives ? They're probably working , making money and paying taxes. \nThe negative side? They're for the most part economic immigrants. It seems to me like most will have a hard time convincing immigration judges that they are actually refugees (economic refugees? if you will? ). \nMy take ? The way Federal Government deals with immigration should be changed. I believe that if immigrants already work here and are taxpayers... they should have working visas (at least temporarily). \nUndocumented criminal caught in the act of committing a crime? Immediate deportation (and I know this is obviously a lot easier said than done). \nMore airport screening at the entrance and more border security.

Lived in India for 31 years and done 100's thousand kms in good old Maruti Suzuki, most of the public/private bus and truck drivers are A holes in India. There are lot of A holes on our freeways/motorways as well but the %age is lot less. If anyone is seeking for a commercial license in North America from other countries, they have to go thru strict training else there will be high speed moving freaks. There is no concept of stop sign in India.

You keep showing Olivia Chow without mentioning that she has broken ground on 2,000 units of affordable housing with less than a year in office. This includes a 900 unit coop at 2444 Eglinton Ave E, the largest in North America and the first major affordable housing project in Ontario in 30 years. She has a plan to build 65,000 units of housing to address the supply crisis and is on track to getting it done. Compare this with the Ford Conservatives who've built 1,140 units of affordable housing with 6 years in office and only have 1/3rd of the housing starts to meet their goal of 1.5 M homes by 2030. Give credit where credit is due and point out failures where our governments are failing us.

Many of these places I go to require security clearance to get inside , and once you are in these places you are not getting any help. Rain, snow, blizzard. The work has to be done. There are so many ultra rich people in North America that they are together influencing and corrupting the policy makers and politicians to make land secure for their own children rather than people outside their family links. People like Bill Gates and others are slowly making the environment better for their own children rather than outsiders. It is being done in a way which seems like a relatively slow process intentionally ; so that no one can doubt and question them as to where lies the source and trigger for all of this.

I agree with you man. USA is the land of opportunities. The fact that race relations is must better in North America is because Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, Stokely Carmichael etc have done so much for the African American community over the last seven decades, and more recently the ACLU. You're absolutely right Europe is not as big as North America, the biggest hurdle for me is the language. They've literally done it in a way that you can't do anything without learning the language and the language ain't easy to learn.

The only Blacks allowed to live in Canada are those that are from the Caribbean Islands as part of North America and the Royals as Knights of Canada who are Black Indians as Métis and they are the famous Singers in Toronto and also famous Hollywood Actors.
