Nowhere near where it needs to be.

No need to make up a story about how cold it gets in Canada. It's nowhere near what you think and indicated like as if you were trying to chase people away from there. Get it right, don't just make up whatever you're trying to do to chase people away and then you pump up the good ol USA. Your narrator is exaggerating along with his wavering voice up and down on who's best.

I grew up in Malton (borders Brampton) in the 1980's and it was all Western European and Canadian folks and it was great. Such a sense of community and everyone knew everyone. Us kids would stay out until the street lights came on and played in Parks. It was really safe. We moved away in 2006 because the area had gone such down hill by 1999 and the crime was horrible. Stolen cars, alcohol and drug abusing Punjabi folks and the domestic partner violence of the Indian men beating the crap out of their wives was insane. (I had a friend that was a Peel Region Police officer who ended up leaving because she couldn't take seeing it any longer). I have nothing against Immigration, because my dad was an immigrant, but I do have a problem with the amount of any one country we let in, and the types of people that we let in that contribute to crime and area degradation. It's so sad the slums that have become in Brampton and Malton since we left. I'm glad we got the heck out of there when we did. I feel sorry for all those that are stuck there still. Furthermore with such an influx of immigrants into one area it has driven the house prices and rent through the roof because the pace of immigration was nowhere near the housing starts, and cities think that everyone needs to be packed in like sardines and when you have that many people living in close proximity and you have such expensive living costs it's a disaster waiting to happen and it brings along with it tons of crime and drugs. The Trudeau government really messed up this country and the GTA Cities like Brampton are a shining example of that. It's sick that we pay as much as we do for government at all levels that are this idiotic. It's time we protested in the street and made the government at all levels fear the public again or it's never going to change.

Seriously we have a hard time understanding the American view point when it comes to guns. No offence but with the number of school shootings per year in the US and the deep seeded need to be able to own a gun , it appears that your country values gun ownership over child safety . Which is just mind blowing. Don’t get me wrong we have school shooting too, And other types of violence in schools, nowhere near what is happening south of our border . But , from our perspective the numbers speak for themselves. Just look how many have happened so far in 2023. ✌️? * just Google “ School shootings 2023 by country” . We worry for your children every day.

I guess I can't really relate to some of your experience in the states because I live in Indiana which I don't have to tell you is much different from New York and California just based on where it's located geographically and it not being a big name state. But over here there is a lot of inter mingling amongst all races. Like my work place for example, we have about an equal spread of white/black/hispanic people that work there and we're all just chill about it, everyone just gets along and we don't really clique up based on skin color. It's not obsolete as is with anywhere, but it's nowhere near the degree in which you described in LA. We don't have a fuck ton to do down here, but we have enough to where it's not a negative factor. And anybody will just talk to anyone about anything really, similar to how you described New Orleans. Plus compared to the bigger cities our cost of living really isn't bad at all here in Indianapolis. We do have a spacing issue like with many states, where you're looking at a 2 hour drive if ya boy lives in Fort Wayne but we just have a fuck ton of interstates that take you anywhere you need to go to make up for it. MOST TIMES YOU OBSERVE SECURITY FOLLOWING THEY ARE NOT CLEVER ENOUGH TO BE PARTIAL. SAME OLD APPROACH.MANY TIMES ONE REALIZES THAT OTHERS ARE STEALING AND THE SECURITY IS NOWHERE NEAR. LOST FROM STORES ARE HUGE. WHY WOULD THEY CONCLUDE THAT THE PEOPLE OF COLOUR AND THE POOR ARE RESPONSIBLE. WHEN YOU HAVE RULES AND REGULATIONS AND SHOW PARTIALITY ; ONE CANNOT HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT YOU CAN RELY ON BEING SAFE; THAT AUTHORITIES CAN REALLY PROTECT ITS CITIZENS WHEN REAL PROBLEMS THREATENING US. AMAZON CAN SOLVE THE NUISANCE.BUT THERE WILL BE ROOM FOR OTHER....\n\nI BELIEVE WE ARE NOT ALL WELL BRED AND ARE ALLOWED AS CHILDREN TO BELIEVE ASSUMPTIONS TO BE REALITY. WE NEED TO BE CAREFUL HOW WE TREAT OTHERS FOR WHEN THE TIDES TURN HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE TREATED. PLEASE REMEMBER TOO THAT WITH ALL THE GOINGS ON THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE BALANCED AND INTELLIGENT. THERE ARE PEOPLE WITH GOOD HEARTS AROUND. THAT KEEPS THIS WORLD IN THE BALANCE. WE ARE AT PRESENT TIPPING THAT SCALE. UNFORTUNATELY THE OUTCOME WILL BE FAR MORE SHOCKING FOR HUMANS.REALITY IS LIFE. WE NEED TO HAVE LOVE FOR OURSELVES AND OTHERS FOR WITHOUT THAT YOU ARE JUST EXISTING.WE ARE NOT AS EVOLVE AS WE THINK. A THOUGHT........
