Appluses for hearing one side of the story. Care to hear the perspective of an Indian Immigrant in Canada? Then read on.
I believe most people are barking up the wrong tree. As a legal immigrant who migrated here with a nuclear family only on merit, I believe I earn the privilege to voice my thoughts here. First of all, rather than blaming the hoards of Indian immigrants, why don't anyone ask questions to the people who allowed it? Why not ask the politicians who vetoed it? Why not ask the police who is not able to stop reckless drivers? Why not ask the minister's who allow hospitals to run under staffed?
USA has a massive Indian diaspora. But they are mostly IT workers and CEOs and Doctors. So who was at mistake of bringing illiterate, uncouth Indians to Canada?
After earning all the required merit, and paying as much taxes from my family that is equivalent to minimum wages of at least 4 people, it hurts me to see undeserving people taking benefits of the system, while we get the short end.
No one seemed too concerned when Indian students brought in so much money and revived some dead economies. No one blamed thousands of Punjabi businesses bringing in dollars into the economy.
India, with its 150 billion people has s#!to eaters and people who can buy out Canada. You only see the bad. Press the government to bring in good people. Doctors, engineers, lawyers, scientists, business people, who will add value to the country and generate you jobs and salaries and grow this country. Not cooks and drivers only.
Khalistan and Pro-BJP factions are both bad outside India. They all should go back and let the peace loving Indians and Canadians live here in peace.
I don't hate anyone, but just the people who make my home country and me look bad. We ain't that bad after all.

Over 150 Canadians have been "detained" by ICE and FOUR CANADIANS were MURDERED in ICE "custody". Who cares about crossing the border into the USA unless there is some MUST reason. Fight for Canada, or LEAVE!

Canada's Immigration Crisis: Prioritizing National Interests Over Uncontrolled Influx from India
The Government of Canada must immediately pause all new immigration from India until systemic abuses are fixed. This is not xenophobia—it is evidence-based policy to protect Canadian jobs, housing, healthcare, and social cohesion from documented exploitation.
1. Failure to Assimilate: Parallel Societies
Indian newcomers are building insulated communities rather than integrating:
Enrolling children in private ethnic schools that teach Punjabi/Gujarati/Hindi first, Canadian history second.
Erecting religious/cultural statues (e.g., Sikh soldiers, Hindu deities) that symbolize India, not Canada.
Hiring almost exclusively within their networks—creating ethnic enclaves in Brampton, Surrey, and Abbotsford.
Result: Two-tier citizenship where one group opts out of shared Canadian identity.
2. Systematic Fraud & Loophole Exploitation
IRCC data shows India as the #1 source of immigration fraud:
Diploma mills: Over 100 Punjab-based “colleges” exist solely to sell student visas. Graduates demand PR after 6–12 months of attendance. Staffing note: Many of these fake schools hire only Indian instructors and administrators.
Chain migration: One student sponsors parents → parents sponsor siblings → endless loop. Elderly parents (65+) arrive with zero tax history yet access free healthcare and OAS/GIS top-ups.
Driver’s license fraud: Punjabi-language road tests in India allegedly purchased for $500–$1,000; new arrivals cause chaos on GTA roads.
Leadership capture:
IRCC Regional Director – Harpreet Kochhar
Deputy Minister (Citizenship) – Pemi Gill
Director of Fraud Detection – Aiesha Zafar
→ 79,000+ “lost” Indian files (2024 Auditor General report). Demand their removal for incompetence and conflict of interest.
3. Healthcare & Professional Capture: Profit-Driven Abuse
Indian-trained professionals now dominate key sectors and prioritize their own community:
Veterinarians & physicians: Order excessive tests (MRIs, blood panels, ultrasounds) on healthy pets/patients to inflate billings. Ontario Veterinary College audits (2023) show Indian-owned clinics average 3.2× more procedures per visit than Canadian peers.
Hospital wait-list manipulation: Indian-descended administrators in GTA hospitals (e.g., Brampton Civic, William Osler) fast-track Indian patients via “family referrals,” pushing Canadians to 12–18 month delays for knee/hip replacements.
Pharmacy chains: Indian-owned Shoppers Drug Mart franchises in Peel Region refuse to hire non-Indian pharmacists; staff counsel Indian patients to stockpile free meds under Trillium Drug Program.
Result: Canadians pay taxes for a system that now serves insiders first.
4. Housing & Resource Monopoly
Real-estate bidding rings: Indian investor groups (often 8–12 families pooling funds) outbid Canadian first-time buyers by 20–40 % in Brampton, Mississauga, and Surrey. CMHC data (2024): 62 % of multiple-offer wins in these cities involve Indian surnames.
Illegal basement suites: 40,000+ unpermitted units in Peel Region—90 %+ rented exclusively to Indian students/newcomers, bypassing fire codes and municipal taxes.
Food-bank abuse: Brampton food banks report 75 % of users are Indian international students with $60 k tuition-paid status—yet eligible for free groceries while Canadian seniors are turned away.
5. Unsustainable Strain on Resources
Birth rates: Indian-Canadian fertility ~2.8 vs national 1.4 (StatsCan 2023). Strategic demographic expansion drains schools, maternity wards, and child-tax benefits.
Job displacement: Nepotism in trucking, security, and hospitality pushes Canadian-born workers aside.
Example: Tim Hortons franchises in Peel Region—90 % Indian staff, zero ads on Indeed.
Welfare despite employment: PGWP holders earn $18–22/hr in cash-heavy roles yet qualify for GST/HST credits and Ontario Trillium Benefit.
6. Imported Crime & Work Ethic Issues
Gang violence: Brampton/Surrey now rival Toronto for Indo-Canadian gang shootings (Peel Police 2024).
Fraud rings: $2 B+ in CESTB/CEBA scams traced to Punjab call centres.
Workplace corners-cutting: Health Canada inspections cite Indian-owned pharmacies for fake prescriptions; MTO flags Indian-heavy trucking firms for log-book fraud.
Immediate Policy Demands
180-day moratorium on all Indian visas (study, work, visitor).
Close 150+ diploma mills; revoke licences of agents in Punjab/Chandigarh.
End parental sponsorship for anyone over 55 with <10 years Canadian tax residency.
Mandate public-school enrollment for all PR children; no public funding for ethnic private schools.
Fire & replace Kochhar, Gill, Zafar—appoint independent auditors.
PR points overhaul: Minimum 5 years continuous skilled work + CLB 9 English + clean police record.
Healthcare audit: Cap billing per patient; random audits of Indian-owned clinics/hospitals.
Housing registry: Ban cash offers >10 % above asking; require proof of 5-year Canadian income for multiple-property purchases.
Canadians citizens who contributed and work hard to built this country must be prioritize. Full stop!
The evidence is public, parliamentary, and police-reported. Ignore the “racism” label—protect the country before these Indians takeover completely takes over Canada.

The worst invasion of Kanata happened when 150 to 200 years ago Europeans invaded and killed millions of Native Canadians, who's progeny now have the audacity to question the recent arrivals who are merely trying to escape poverty, poverty which again the same Europeans created in their nations too.
Relax. Go to sleep. This is merely Karma at work.
If you want anyone out, FIRST look at the mirror and volunteer to leave if you see a pale face there.

Between immigrants and other countries that take tax money from the system is the reason why we are in the situation we are in. You may say why is that. I say the billions of dollars spent elsewhere could be spent on the people where it was taken from in the beginning. Canadians could be not living under the poverty rate or homeless or this opioid addiction do you know how much the medication cost for suboxone or methadone 375 a month. Meanwhile the cost for a prescription of hydromorphone cast 130 to 150 a month. So sick of how much money goes on this big opioid crisis and how much it could be helped. Housing homelessness could be solved. The list goes on the billions of dollars could help the Canadian people's. Mental health is at an all-time high what do you think people are going to do soon mabe look at the fires that happened purposely. Or soon to be homegrown terrorists. All because of spending tax money carelessly add not giving the citizens what they deserve. Sad butt it's inedible.

Canadians are not anti-American. But we take great offense when our sovereign nation is dismissed as just another U.S. state, ignoring our 150+ years of history and the sacrifices of our soldiers who fought on the frontlines—often before the U.S.—in WWI and WWII. After 9/11, we stood by America, fighting and dying alongside you in Afghanistan, just as we did in Normandy. Canada has been the U.S.'s closest ally for the last 70 years, and the idea of a fentanyl border crisis (until recently) is simply misleading.\n\nIf the roles were reversed, would you boo at a hockey game? We still ❤ America!

dumb trudeau. They are applying tariff on 450 billions of canadian export to US. You are talking about tax on 150 billion. Who wins? You are screwed. Use your brain if you have one

Trudeau screwed Canadians & they couldn’t wait to get him out of office!! \nCanada is broke and can’t afford 25% tariffs. All Canada has to do is open business in USA!\nMade in the USA ?? \nCanada gave 20billion to Ukraine vs USA giving over 150 billion plus militaryequipment equipment. Ukraine realizes Trump was right, The WAR needs to end. ????????????

There’s nothing Canada can do when they have a surplus of 150 billion with US so if US put terrace at 25% and can put Terrace at 25% then Trump put it at 100 who’s gonna feel the pinch everything that has American they have gas they have wood they have all the minerals of Canada has they don’t need Canada for anything. And you think that I’m proud of American. I’m actually Canadian but I’m a realist needs America America doesn’t need Canada.

Our Universities are heavily subsidized and Nurses and Doctors take advantage of this, If Trudeau/Pierre wants to stop our doctors and nurses who graduate going to the USA right after school, They should make them pay back the portion of their education that the taxpayers paid for and never received any healthcare from, It should be you have to work in Canada after graduating for 5 years before moving out of Canada, and if they do, then they pay around $150,000 to break the contract compounded with interest from when they started and finished university/college. I know someone who graduated Nursing in the 1990's, She went to a convention in Toronto, Where she was quickly swayed to move the USA, Its because Nursing here is a 3yr course in the USA its a 6 month course, they aren't educated nearly as much as Canadians, A Canadian nurse can be a GP in rural areas of the USA, Also the Nurse I know within a year was made head nurse of her ward, Bypassing USA Nurses that have been working at the hospital for 10+ years, due to the extra education, This is a big problem, we are educating Nurses and Doctors for the USA and other Nations funded by Taxpayers, Sure Nurses and Doctors do also pay some, but its closer to 1/3 of the actual cost, the other 2/3rd's is taxpayer funded. She's still working in the USA and still never helped 1 single Canadian. 30yrs later!!. I don't know about you, But I think this needs to be addressed and fixed once and for all.

This protest is a joke! They know what they signed up for before coming to Canada. So, they should work within the rules and find a way to legally settle (if they can) or leave. \n\n\nHowever, Canadians deserve to know more about this mess which is an outcome of aggressive marketing by Private colleges and the government's greed to get quick cash into the Canadian economy. Here are some clarifications to note:\n\n\n1. In the last six years, 1.5 million international students brought a minimum of $67,500,000,000 direct cash into the Canadian economy. (Assuming a min $40-45000 per student for 2 year diploma, between to $100,000 - 150,000 for undergrad, and around $50,000 for Masters degrees). Usually, international students have to pay most of this money before applying for the study visa. \n\n\n2. These colleges employ Canadians for their day to day operations. From cleaning, maintainance, administration to teaching, each college operates with approx 20-30million budget. So, more students lead to more employment for Canadians who further pay taxes.\n\n\n3. All students start work straightaway, pay taxes, and do not qualify for social security. They do not qualify for any student loans by Canadian govt or banks. So, they generate revenue for Canada through their work and taxes. The thing that govt LOVES.\n\n\n4. These students become new consumers and their expenditure generate revenues for local businesses.\n\n\n5. Most Colleges would not survive without international students. Which is good in the sense that only quality colleges will survive and other hanky panky colleges would shut down. However, such closures will lead to job losses, bankruptcy when the colleges won't be able to afford their expenses.\n\n\nSo, considering these factors it will be an industry collapse. Govt needs to control immigration. They need to introduce intelligent policies. The steps that current govt is currently taking are politically motivated not rational.

I moved here from Wales 5 years ago. I’ve been lucky enough to travel to many country’s around the world and I’ve honestly never seen anything like Canada. Most days don’t even meet Canadians. My boss is Indian, my land lord is Indian. I went to service Canada to update my driving licence and there was about 150 young indain students queuing up around the mall. When I’m lucky enough to strike up a conversation with a Canadian (born here) they seem beaten down and can’t believe the change in last 10 years…. Heartbreaking

Vancouver is expensive but these figures are way off. The average one-bedroom is $2,150, not $3,000. Actually, a two bedroom in Vancouver is less than $3,000 and cheaper in the suburbs. However, it is expensive for untilities and apartments are tough to find in Vancouver. In addition, this video reports money laundering at an all time high but that is old news. New laws and restrictions have significantly reduced or eliminated money laundering in Canadian casinos. There is also some very questionable comparisons here about cellphone service costs. In fact, the greater Vancouver area enjoys competition from several providers which maintains decent pricing comparable to cities in Asia, and it usually includes cable TV service and family pricing plans. The video included inaccurate information regarding banking. I have an RBC account that bundles 4 different accounts and a credit card and I pay almost nothing for this. Be careful when doom and gloom videos like this are published and always check the sources.

Just move the border 150 miles north, and you capture 95% of the canadian population, which is less than that of California.

Time to get the rabbits out of the garden. No more foreign home ownership, if you wanna own Canadian property you should have to live here. Decrease immigration to no more then 150,000 a year and not just east Indians but all ethnic groups. Axe the carbon tax and force the liberal party to pay back what they stole. Make it easier to build homes. If you aren’t a citizen you don’t get access to our free healthcare you should have to pay, can’t prove your a citizen then pay up. That’s how you’ll fix canada.

When the Europeans came 150 years ago they did not adopt native American culture. But they kill them all. But Indians are not doing that. They are nice people adopting the Canadian culture fast ⏩

Ironic. It’s because of the immigration that housing is unaffordable! Any apartments that come up, there’s a line up of 150 non-Canadians competing driving the price up!

You need to know that people don't study medicine in North America is because many high pay doctor positions are limited to citizens only. If I'm an international student and I can't even allow to have a chance to find a job in hospital after I graduate, then I need to be retarded to persue medicine career here. \n\nAlso, Canada has a very small tech industry, I have a math bachelor's degree and a aerospace eng master in Canada and I just failed to find an intern after 150 job applications, Canadians don't care about tech, Canadians don't wanna put money and time into tech, so even though you think your country needs more engineers, the truth is actually the opposite

Well, Brian, are you sitting down. This is what I think.\n Trudeau is deliberately defying the will of the Canadian People where 70% to 80% maybe as high as 90% want him gone, and not just from being Prime Minister but want him out of Canadian politics altogether. The vast majority of Canadians aren't sitting on the fence, they want Justin Trudeau and the Liberals Out Of Government.\n Why he refuses to leave or call an election is beyond us.\n He's more than disliked, He's hated across the country for what he's done and who he is which is Anti Canadian, and Anti Christian,.\nTrudeau stands with the Globalists He's Pro WEF, NWO, and PRO FASCISTS NAZIS. \n keep reading.\n Do Not Forget What He's Done To Our Country, Our Countrymen, Women, And Children Over The Last Eight Years And Where That Has Brought Us To Today.\n Don't Forget What He Did At The FREEDOM CONVOY, AND COUTTS BORDER CROSSING. HE GAVE A CONVICTED TERRORIST OVER 10 MILLION CANADIAN TAX DOLLARS, HE ALLOWED KNOWN TERRORISTS INTO CANADA, AND OTHER TERRORISTS RETAIN THEIR CITIZENSHIP...\n HE ALLOWED OUR PASTORS TO BE ARRESTED AND OUR CHURCHES BURNT TO THE GROUND. HE ALLOWED AL;BERTA TO BURN AND REFUSED HELP TO PUT THE FIRES OUT BY OUR FRIENDS AND ALLIES. \n LAST YEAR THE FOREST FIRES DELIBERATELY SET BY ARSONISTS.\n HE'S DISGRACED HIMSELF AND CANADA ON THE WORLD STAGE TIME AND TIME AGAIN, NOT TO MENTION ALL THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES/SCANDALS FROM SNC LAVALIN, THE WE CHARITY, ArriveCAN APP, THE WINNIPEG LEVEL 4 LAB BREACH, THE BREACH OF NATIONAL SECURITY, ESPIONAGE BY CHINESE MILITARY SCIENTISTS, ELECTION FRAUD/MEDDLING BY THE CCP,.\n AS WELL AS ALLOWING CHINESE PLA SOLDIERS TO BE TRAINED ON CANADIAN SOIL WITH OUR EQUIPMENT, OUR WAR TACTICS, AND JET FIGHTER TRAINING AGAINST THE WILL OF OUR MILITARY LEADERS, AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON...\n THE CANADIAN PEOPLE ARE DONE, THERE IS NOT AN INKLING OF TRUST LEFT, ABSOLUTELY NONE TO BE FOUND, HE PUT US IN MORE DEBT THAN OVER 150 YEARS OF PRIME MINISTERS AND CANADIAN GOVERNMENTS COMBINED AND HE DID IT IN UNDER 8 YEARS AND CONTINUES TO. MILLIONS OF CANADIANS GOING TO FOOD BANKS AND DUMPSTER DIVING FOR A BITE TO EAT. \n IF THERE WAS JUSTICE HE WOULD BE BEHIND BARS SERVING MULTIPLE LIFE SENTENCES BACK TO BACK, BUT EVEN OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM HAS BEEN CORRUPTED ALONG WITH OUR NATIONAL POLICE FORCE AND PROVINCIAL POLICE FORCES ACROSS CANADA UNDER TRUDEAU'S TENURE.\n OUR WORST ENEMIES COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE DESTRUCTIVE TO CANADA AND CANADIANS, AND WHAT DOES TRUDEAU DO, HE GIVES HIMSELF A $17 THOUSAND DOLLAR RAISE. ALONG WITH THE MPs. \nENOUGH. HE'S GUILTY OF MANY CRIMES INCLUDING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, AND TREASON.\n WILL CANADIANS SEE JUSTICE, WILL HE BE TRIED AND WEIGHED.\nNational sins demand national punishments. The whole history of God's dealings with mankind proves that though a nation may go on in wickedness it may multiply its oppressions; it may abound in bloodshed, tyranny, and war, but an hour of retribution draweth nigh.

Born in South Vietnam and raised in Toronto for almost 44 years now I'm still here and Toronto sucks!!! It has become a ghetto! City Toronto leftists' politicians have made it into a shithole! Bike lanes are everywhere and there are not much bikers during the Winter months (something like 8 to 9 months) and summer months I saw few here and there. Rents are totally beyond many peoples affordability. Foods prices are freaking crazy. Reason why this is happening? You have to thank the current idiotic-leftard government under Trutard leadership in Canada. This is thanks to his carbon taxes BS initiative causing high cost in fuel and resulting in major inflations in high food prices, rentals, etc. How can you help refugees and immigrants while Canadians can't even afford to live in Toronto, etc. You need to take care of Canadian first and foremost. Taking in 500 thousands new immigrants and refugees each year isn't going to be help Canada to get this mess we are in. Lower number like 150-200 thousands of new immigrants | refugees is feasible but NOT 500 thousands new immigrants and refugees.

Immigrants bring billions of dollars to the Canadian government every year. Immigrants pay 3x more than Canadians for college tuition. Permanent resident application is over 1.5 k, if you pay a consultant or immigration lawyer, it goes up to 2k to 5k, work permit application 150, study permit 150, plus biometrics 80 cad, plus 1.2 k for a room per month, plus food, plus 200 dollars for the bus per month. I still wanna know where all this money goes. It should be invested in healthcare and housing.

Freedom loving Canadians are starting to recognize evil when it rears its ugly head. AND, historians such as Alexander Tytler have stated that democracies only last 150 - 200 years. The signs are all there to see.?

If you're thinking of coming to Canada. Think again.\n\nCanada is experiencing a housing and services crisis brought on by its open immigration policy. We didn't build out housing and services to meet the increased demand. This problem started in our three largest cities, but has since cascaded across the entire country.\n\nStudent? Expect to pay $400 USD a month to live in a basement room, shared in a 150 year old house in the worst part of the city with 8-14 other students. I help renovate these rooms and I've yet to see one that wasn't covered in mouse droppings.\n\nIf you're a professional, expect to room up. Canadian salaries lag well behind their US counterparts so prepare to pay out 60% of your monthly earnings on rent.\n\nNeed to go to the hospital? Wait times range from 5 hours to 48 hours. If you leave the waiting room because you need to.. I don't know... eat, then you forfit your spot.\n\nWant to buy a house? Good luck with that. You'll need either rich parents, two unusally high powered incomes, or preferably both.\n\nMany Canadians are starting to leave for the US or places like Columbia or Cambodia as they feel their quality of life is much better. You also don't experience four months of winter in these places.

Getting seven years was a significant sentence for over 1,100 fraudulent clients? And he was out on parole after two. And as the other speaker mentioned only 150 cases total, while IMM numbers in the last few years have been roughly 500K annually, just on PRs and Citizens alone. Imagine how many are getting away with this, while this government still goes full steam ahead. And we're all paying for this fraud! Makes me irate as a Canadian!

wow 5 x times what canadians pay. imagine how much it cost to study in the US when US students already get scammed themselves paying $150 000- $500 000 for a 4 year degree program, intenational students could pay $750 000-$2 500 000 lol

If you make $150,000 a year living in Ontario, Canada, you will be taxed $51,669.
\n
\nIf you earn the same amount in New York, USA, you will be taxed $47,513. That’s $4000 less taxes than a Canadian pays, but you will probably pay more than $4000 in private health care costs (or your employer will). At the present exchange rates you will likely still be ahead in the USA by a little bit but this changes over time.

What does building new homes have to do with the price of a home? The bar has been set, nobody is going to go back to selling houses for 150,000 - 200,000 doesn't matter how many homes you build. Also how long will it be before we actually see results from this 4 billion investment, by the time it does anything to help there will be even more Canadians and more immigrants. So there will be an entire generation missing out. \nMaybe you need to go back to school and learn better math skills.

Hello, I just watched your video. Three years after you made it. I hope you are still with us and a very belated Welcome. Many people throughout the world seem to have so many stereotypes about Americans. Whether it is good or bad there typically is some truth in a stereotype. Overall it seems like you are enjoying yourself and no matter what there is no place like home. I would think no matter what your current situation is you still miss Canada as I would miss the United States if I were to move to Canada. \nA couple things you mentioned in the video were not correct and as with anything there may be a little truth in the matter but yet still incorrect.\nThose who do not have health insurance are not charged or taxed $150 monthly. There is a provision in the affordable care act (ACA) that penalizes certain individuals who make above a certain dollar amount. The amount is either $150 or $300 for the entire year. I concur any monetary penalty against anyone for not having health insurance is outrageous. I could be wrong but I believe this aspect of the ACA was never implemented under President Obama and it was indefinitely suspended or revoked by President Trump. I also feel like I need to address your thoughts about the United States all about war. I believe the American people are like most other people and want peace and civility. The government and major defense contractors have differing opinions at times. Of course there is plenty of people who are war hawks but they are in the minority. Most of us are absolutely sick of war. We currently have been at war for almost 19 years. That's six complete world war 2's in their entirety. \nI think you were being awfully generous when you said obesity is on par with the rest of the world!! Unfortunately there is far to many fat people here and the problem is only getting worse because the media says be happy and proud you are fat. Celebrating obesity is absolutely insane and it sends the wrong message to young people. If a close one is fat of course I love them but I also tell them privately that they are a walking heart attack. It's more than OK to accept someone the way they are but as a friend or family member you doing them a disservice by not mentioning their obesity. \nI'm sorry if you feel I'm being to harsh or critical. I think it is a wonderful thing to share the world's longest border with such a great nation as Canada. I have always thought Canada was like the United States fraternal brother or sister. We are very much alike with a few beautiful differences that distinguishes from one another. It doesn't appear that you upload videos hear anymore but I hope you get the opportunity to read this. Thank you for coming to the United States and I love all my canadian brothers and sisters. Take care.
