By your logic, you probably live in a crack den, surviving on canned beans and food I wouldn’t even feed my farm animals, doped up on speed, living the American dream? I should make a video showing Tyler Oliveira’s homeland and cut to montages of Kensington, Philadelphia, Skidrow, and all those poor homeless communities you visit and antagonize for views and money. Humans, like any other animals, have survival instincts. Seeing a threat, would make me scared of all related things as a threat. Our prejudices develop and little few percentage in any community can make us hate the whole community. The gentleman in first half of the video mentioned “They sell among themselves and they live among themselves “, could’ve most probably come from his personal experience which might not have been the best and influenced from the dirty politics. 2nd part of the video shows two gentlemen saying “everyone is welcome”. Maybe it’s high time to break that instinct survival barrier and see if all are welcomed for the free food, belongingness and if they’re paying taxes. Also, not being unaware of the criminals that are there in every community of every society. Should they be the ones holding power to our narrative? They say racism is taught. And within young kids you can see and hear very clearly it totally can be as it’s heavily based on perspective. As someone with autism I genuinely just see people for who they are and what they provide ignoring race or politics and I’ve never been racist. With all of that said I almost feel as a white Canadian now a days what “first generation racism” feels like. But it’s not like traditional “racism” hating for the sake of hating. It’s more so getting mad that they come into our country refusing to adapt and then also take countless amounts of jobs while sky rocketing housing prices. Like damn when I was a kid I felt like I had so many options. But now there’s no seeable future for me it feels like. Immigrants are taking so many jobs and countless people faking disabilities so I cannot have mine taken seriously or properly. Like holy crap man call me “racist” but mass immigration has undeniably changed Canada for the worst and if you don’t agree you’re probably one of the problems that moved here

I am fully prepared for my children to be living at home for a long time before they’re ready to go out on their own. It’s rough out there. They can help out with some groceries and around the house and then put their money aside and keep saving. I would hate for them to struggle and penny pinch. They’re still very young but who knows what things will look like in years from now, probably much worse.

I hate how hard I work trying to save up for a house and yet immigrants who come over just automatically get one. I'm tired when I'm on a call with someone it always ends up being someone with an extremely thick accent to the point where I have to decipher what they're saying. There's many reasons not to like Trudeau up here in Canada, many of which are the reason he'll (rightfully) no longer be the PM next week. As a conservative I hated him for SNC-Lavalin (among other scandals), and the fact that his inexperience with the economy Harper left him is probably part of why this trade war is going to hurt more than it could have, and the fact that he's often been kind of a phony more concerned with looking and sounding good for the press cameras. I hate Trump and everything he stands for but transgenders serving openly are contrary to the principle of good order and discipline. No matter what people think transgenders are not respected by their subordinates and there has to be respect to be an effective leader. In this man's case he flies as a crew of 1 and possibly 2 so he doesn't require respect from his subordinates but a frontline combat officer leading a company would get zero respect and would probably get fragged. The standards have to be the same across all branches and all jobs and that's not possible. The military is mostly populated with southern and mid western men and they will never accept this so as a veteran I support this move to ban them. I would also like to see the standards restored in regards to fat heterosexuals too. There's nothing that says lack of discipline like a fat soldier whose buttons on his BDU shirt are about to pop and they can't see their toes.

In CNN's defense, there aren't many news media groups who can keep up with the accomplishments of President Donald Trump. Trump has held more press conferences and answered more press questions in one week than Biden in the last 4 years. Trump has been to North Carolina, which still doesn't have power, water, sewer, or gas lines restored with no federal aid and California working successfully with Democrat leaders there. You can hate his policies and him and you probably hate yourself too, but he's the most accomplished hard working POTUS in US history.

I can't believe that so many young children can be seen here! That's such a dangerous situation for parents to put them in! Apply for citizenship the right way so you can bring your family safely! Then, when your family is here with proper documentation, you'll be able to raise them in security without fear of deportation. I hate to see children going through this. They're at the mercy of their parents' judgement & things could be so much better for them if they weren't dragged through traumatic situations like this, just so their parents can cut corners. Why in the world can't you apply for citizenship the proper way? If your criminal record is the reason that you can't, well that's on you. If there are records of you pulling crap like this, you'll probably never be able to get here the proper way. Instead of choosing to be an actual American citizen, you'd rather choose to live your life as a fugitive & force your kids to live that way too? Give your family a real chance here by following the proper process to become citizens. You'll get a very different reception here.

You know what I liked about Biden's Open Door Policy? It didn't exist. Truth is Biden's administration deported more illegals than Trumps first one, and Obama deported more than the two combined, but you didn't hear about them, why? Because they didn't take Victory Laps, they didn't use fear and hate as a political tool. Biden and Obama ran a Professional Operation, it wasn't half-assed, sloppy, or ham-fisted. my dil is mexican and is here legally. last march my son called me very early one morning with the news that his brother in law had been randomly murdered the night before. he was also in this country legally. as is my Dil's younger sister who lives with them. They also recently took in one of her younger sister's high school friends who was pregnant. they kept the girl safe with them until she gave birth. when I visited last may, I brought multiple baby gifts for the girl. when I have posted this before. there were many hateful comments that my son's brother-in law was probably killed by another illegal. Actually he was here in the country legally, as is my daughter-in-law. my DIL works hard doing payroll at a portland contracting company. she is here legally. at this point I can't wrap my mind around the hate that is thrown on people from other countries. most of us have ancesters that came from other places. I know that I do.

I've lived here 6 years and can't wait to leave. Salaries are just enough to get by. I work full-time as an analyst and am looking for a minijob just to save money, which I already live quite modestly. It's easy to come across nasty unfriendly people, neighbors, service people, people in government agencies. I hate people staring in the most unfriendly manner or givng attitude for no reason other than they are nasty people. Don't get me wrong, there are nice people as well, but the bad experiences outweigh the good. Beauracracy is overbearing, personalities are underwhelming, the food scene is underwhelming, learning German is a big burden when you work a full-time job (and now I need a minijob too??). The country seems like it wants to diminish the human spirit and ambition. I definitely regret moving here. Many housing companies are over charging rent. I found out the company, Deutschewohnen, who owns my apartment was overcharging me by nearly double!! I had to go through a year long court procession to get them to lower it to the legal price which I won. And now they sent me a letter last month saying they are raising my rent, which is illegal and I have to go through ANOTHER court battle with them. Of course it is exhausting to try and find another apartment. Some people search up to a year. What a joke. And not to mention the dating scene. I've been single the entire 6 years and I'm quite an outgoing, friendly, loveable person. Dating Germans comes with own weird experiences and I refuse to give them a chance anymore, for my own mental health. If you're POC, it's not uncommon to come across strange sexualizations and general lack of understanding other's cultures. A couple years ago I was attacked by 8 men while walking home at night. I ended up in the hosopital and there was an investigation opened. The police asked me why they attacted me, which I didn't know since it was unprovoked. They just followed me for awhile, surrounded me and started beating me. The police said it was probably because I'm Asian. Meanwhile, I'm not even Asian!!! I'm Latino. ??‍♂This is the type of ignorance POC have to deal with in Germany. Also, I only have 1 German friend and all my other friends are immigrants (which I love) but this poses it's own frustrations because many people move here, then move away after a few years when they learn they can have a more fulfilling life elsewhere. So keeping long term day-to-day friends can be a challenge. The entire system is exhausting and there's not enough balance to bring joy to my life to want to stay. When I lived in NYC, an African American aquaintance had just moved there after living in Berlin for 8 years. She warned me not to move here because I will never feel I belong. I didn't listen. That was a big mistake. Germans can have Germany. I'll find my joy elsewhere. End of rant. haha

To be Frank no one in the world think Canadian education is better. And no Canadian institutions or government think they are providing some kind of top quality Education. Although things have changed since the pandemic, I still feel safe in all the major Canadian cities. I’m doing OK, but unlike a lot of people I don’t take vacations, don’t own a car - I hate driving - and haven’t needed to use the medical system for awhile. I’m optimistic about the future, and am content with most things about Canada. Well, maybe not the weather.\n\nBut I can understand moving abroad to explore other options. I’d probably set my sights on northern Europe or Iceland and a university degree there.\n\nIt’s definitely about the journey. And the best journeys are the ones that are adventures. i grew up in Brampton 20 years ago, a child of Caribbean parents. Whenever I go back I can say Yes, Brampton has changed over the years. I also remember that white/Canadian people were always the population struggling with substance abuse- particularly in the downtown area. Conflating the influx of indians with the downturn of white canadians seems to just fuel animosity and scape goat the issue onto a population of people that's probably just trying to seek a better life. why not ask the government to provide better social programs for those in need rather than fueling hate ? Why not investigate the structural issues that have contributed to this situation i.e. politicians gaining votes by doing xyz, or look into what people may be facing in the homelands? That would be a better piece of journalism imo. I think this video is highlighting this issue in ways history has seen before... can't we do better?

This is why people hate politics, hate politicians, distrust the government, feel hopeless to ever own a home like one they probably grew up in that was 10 to 20x less expensive than prices they are facing. The home I am sitting in cost $120K when it was built in 1977, now it recently sold for $1.2 million, a 10X increase in price, up from $400k just 10 years ago. So now to own a normal middle class home in suburbia near Seattle, you have to make $250,000 per year in income, so the American Dream and American Middle Class are vanishing ideas.

well I have to say that this video is yet another white man complaining how the country is when they sat and watched it happen over the past 20 years. BOO Hoo you're the minority now sucks don't it. Not being able to get hired white people homeless living in the streets and entire areas are being taken over by immigrants. WHAT TO HELL HAVE WHITE PEOPLE BEEN DOING FOR 20 YEARS!! No mass protests, no private members bills, no community organizations to stem the tide of immigration. It seems what you're saying is if it isn't white, it isn't right and now finally enough white people are feeling what it was like for every brown or black person and other non white groups (still shit on) for the past 50 plus years. Remember there isn't an issue until it affects white people is the way it's been in Canada my whole life. I lived and grew up in small town Canada during the 80s and 90s and I can tell you white people weren't very friendly, and they certainly didn't hire people that were nonwhite for any of the good paying jobs, the data exists if you care to look. I think instead of promoting division and board line hate why don't work with these communities and find out why they only hire their own. Maybe pay back for the decades of being shit on by white Canada would probably be a reason you may hear; I know I do and have because I've asked owners of the companies. They are fed up with driving cabs and doing shit work so instead of crying about it they created communities or took over communities and made it so they don't have to reply on or hope that whites will help.... THEY HELPED THEMSELVES. and if you as a white person sat around and watched and let it happen since this didn't happen overnight well you are right where you belong, something to consider. Drop the race baiting and work and open communication with people and work toward a common goal. Maybe had that happened 20 or 30 years ago, Canada may not look like it does today. \nRemember immigration was initially intended to bring in workers for a set amount of time and then they were sent back. Canada wasn't producing enough people to replace or increase the needed work force required for the country's growth. \n\nYoung man if you ever want to talk and help figure out how white and brown people can come together and fix a racist system that goes both ways, I have just a few ideas that might actually make Canada not only how it used to be for whites but a Canada that benefits everyone.
