For the Indians living there they can't be driving in Canada like they in India. If they continue, their license needs to be revoked. They also can't be taking over a Goddamn city like why isn't the government doing anything? I support embracing diversity however, there's a fine line with respect.

I’m a proud Indian who is now a Canadian citizen, and I’ve made a conscious effort to assimilate into Canadian culture and values. What bothers me is how this conversation has been reduced to blaming one group. The reality is that the Canadian government failed first by not properly managing immigration volumes, not enforcing document verification, and not honestly assessing whether the country could support such rapid population growth. That policy failure created pressure on housing, jobs, and social systems long before resentment followed. We also need honesty within the Indian community. Some Indians struggle to adapt being overly loud, culturally rigid, and sometimes lacking empathy for Canadian norms and shared public spaces. I studied Canadian and Indigenous history in school, and respecting that history matters. Assimilation doesn’t mean abandoning your culture, but it does mean understanding and respecting the society you chose to join. Cultural education should be expected, not optional. That said, one Indian doing something wrong does not make all Indians bad. Most Indian students and workers I know are hardworking, punctual, and serious about contributing. I’ve personally worked minimum-wage jobs for years, and what I noticed was not jobs being “taken,” but fewer Canadian youth willing to stay in or commit to these roles long-term. Indians didn’t replace Canadians, they filled vacancies that already existed. I also briefly volunteered helping the homeless, and what I saw was honestly shocking. It’s not that the government isn’t trying to help there are rehabilitation programs and support systems in place. The difficult truth is that a significant portion of the homeless population struggles with substance abuse and refuses treatment because it requires giving up drugs. Over time, homelessness itself starts to function like a culture, where benefits and assistance unintentionally enable continued substance use rather than recovery. This is an uncomfortable reality people don’t like to talk about. None of this is simple. Immigration didn’t break Canada, and neither did one community. Poor policy, weak enforcement, lack of accountability, and refusal from governments and individuals to adapt responsibly is what brought us here. Blame is easy. Honest solutions are not.

Canada is a joke - and over 50% are so brainwashed they support what is going on. It's a sad state of affairs in Canada right now. The problem is not the immigrants. The problem is with Canadian leaders, and the Canadians who elected and reelected them to office. I lived in Nova Scotia for just over 2 decades. I attempted to have many discussions about these issues and was shocked by the generally vapid responses I'd get. Much more to say, but the main point is that Canadians have destroyed their own country's quality of life and from what I can see, Canada is not worthy of respect as a nation. I take ZERO pleasure in saying this. However, the country should have provided the United States with a up close example of what a well run social democratic nation looks like. Instead, Canada is a joke to the far right and in fact fuels the far right in the US. Now with the global south amassing on the US's northern border (visit Halifax, NS if you have any questions about this), I view Canada as a threat to the USA - which is a nation with more than enough problems. I came to Canada 20 yrs ago as a skilled worker. Brought a lot of money , pass ielts with 8.5 bands even learn French . I was a software engineer . Got a job paid all taxes here . Learn and respect Canadian culture adopt it . Upgrade my education to masters in AI . Now I can’t get a job coz Indian support Indian . And Pakistani prefer Canadian over Pakistani . No job on merit and skill ? Found out many dumb ppl got job even they are not citizens ? How come ? Coz they have reference ? So of course any business like retail or restaurant’s biggest overhead is labour costs so if they can save like $6.00 an hour on every employee why wouldn’t they opt in for that. I also did a very deep dive into the voters in Canada. At least 4.5 million out of the 8.5 million voted the Carney liberals got in April 2025 were immigrant votes. That’s why Carney and liberals pander to the gigantic Muslim population in Canada. Muslims, Chinese, Indians from India, Ukrainians, Filipinos they all pretty much vote liberal. There weee over 100 Muslim groups that told their Muslim community to only vote for candidates that support Gaza Muslims and Palestinians. How is that not election interference. We know the Chinese directly interfere in our elections by threatening Chinese Canadians to vote liberal or their families in China will be harmed or they will be harmed inside Canada. In June Carney said Muslim values are Canadian values. Either this clown has no idea how radical Islam is or he knows and just panders for votes. Liberal cabinet ministers Anita Anand and Melanie Joly they both openly campaigned saying they must support Palestine because they both have large Muslim populations in their respective ridings. Over half of the liberal voter base is foreign now. I started in 2019 telling the federal conservatives look the liberals are importing new liberal voters. The party needs a strategy to win over the immigrant vote. I proposed hiring a team of individuals from the Muslim community, Chinese community etc to brainstorm on how to get their message across that if your an immigrant your best to vote conservative because the liberals don’t care about them they just want their vote. Show them how they may never own a home, how their kids will be worse off than them. That buy bringing in about 2 million more immigrants a year it is causing inflation and the affordability crisis. I believe if you can show these immigrant communities the truth they may consider voting conservative. Bit of the conservatives refuse to pivot we will never see another federal conservative govt in our lifetimes. It’s not racist it’s the truth. We need a foreign registry act to kick out foreign entities that harass bully and threaten immigrants in Canada to bend the knee or else. If we have 100 Islamic groups telling their community it’s yo only vote one way charge them with election interference. We need electoral reform badly in Canada. We need to end all immigration to Canada for at least 5 years maybe even 10. We need to deport those here illegally. No more fake asylum claims. This country can still be saved but we need immigrants on board to help save it. We need to remove broadcasting licenses of mainstream media networks that lie and bash conservatives. I heard why the government did the immigrants wrong. I was talking to an uber driver and my pharmacist. They told me the promises of luxury in Canada has and offered for them to live a better lives. They didn't know after they came here for work and or college/university they become in major debt. They said that they're in a luxury debt and never getting out of debt knowing that they're stuck in Canada and can't be allowed to leave unless they pay off the debts. That's 100 % wrong to do that to people when they know they don't feel welcomed and want to go home. I'm a metis Canadian and I had to leave Ontario to find affordability and miss my home. GOVERNMENT THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT! Let them go home in debt. You made this mess. FIX IT! Including the baby boomers that made the problem started 8 % rate interests to buy houses. That was a mistake that should be bought 1 house and nothing else. I forgot to add something. The uber driver told me that india doesn't know that it's a debt luxury trap that you can't leave unless you pay your debt. He felt alone and found some people and the internet to make himself feel better temporary. TEMPORARY! He hates it here, but he respects Canadians. He feels sorry for the new ones that are coming to become debt trap. It's the same for the pharmacy. She got into college to be a pharmacy and bought the store. She is on low income but doesn't qualify for any supports like benefits to pay off her medical things. The reason she can't because they'll see the pharmacy store is income. Wait what? So she doesn't quilify for benefits because she's making income to pay off her massive loan to do her job. It's not enough to live by as what she told me. She also does misses home, but also traped in luxury debt. This is what I have learned so far. I went through a car accident and coudln't get out of the car. I thought in Brampton, Ontario was the rudest people on the planet, but was saved by the angels of indian people saved me out of the vehicle from the smoke. I still thank you! There is still good people out there and some are stupid people out there. Keep it up because being kind gets you to be positive to others and make things better when the world is fcked right now.

I'm Canadian. I've spend my entire adult life involved with everything immigration. I have no problem with immigration which to me is people moving. It offers great people and great things. I have a problem with women and children abused, in violence and almost killed and our resources which are suppose to help protect the men coming here doing this because as immigrants they have value and so support anything they do to innocent people here because they have more worth as human beings than people born, raised and who lived here all their lives. Two lives viciously destroyed to protect someone sick with hate who is chronic woman hater and abuser but he must be respected for it. As someone immersed all their life in "culture" domestic violence is not culture as in immigration it's abuse and a crisis brought here and then force by law respect for it when it is already here bc it is a planet problem. For people without a lifetime of knowledge you would be shocked if knew what people think and say about us living here and what they believe from complete ignorance. It is a belief everything is owed to make lives bigger and better for them above everyone else bc they suffered somewhere else but the assumption is every person in Canada had the opportunity born here that all people should be rich and if anyone is under that standard they deserve nothing and it should be given to everyone coming in. It is understood in some groups the purpose and wants of Canadian women is providing free services to immigrant men because this is how all Canadian women chose to live as women. The expectation of women is back to the stone age to obey, speak when given permission and respect abuse. Our authorities now back that up. Don't believe me you can see evidence. We are being forced by law to change. How many persons with criminal records are here in past decade was that recent news report? There's good and bad but if you don't respect the bad then see what happens to you because suddenly you will the bad one as a Canadian so be prepared to respect and appreciate everything you spent a lifetime believing you didn't have to. Some people could write an encyclopedia of wild and bizarre things and opinions and expectations of the views others have of life here and it would make most here all their lives want to flee and leave. There are two opposite meanings of what respect is. It amounts to respect them and everything bad and disrespectful to us or we have no respect any other names. This includes not one specific culture but numerous ones and I am referring to a different one than referenced in this video. Respect divided into two opposite meanings, ignorance, lack of care, abuse, hate and so many things which our government is permitting to happen and people are losing their physical lives and becoming physically and mentally ill and it is directly related to destroying Canadians living here, killing them to force a message of change of respects and persons need to die to force it.

I immigrated to Canada in 1996. This country was such a beautiful and peaceful place back then.. Unfortunately, these immigrants these days have no respect or courtesy for Canadian laws and other people. The majority of them come in, commit crimes, partake in protests that disrupt everyday Canadians just trying to get to work and support their families, all while collecting free money from the government, not to mention free health care and they do not even have the decency to simply follow the laws and regulations of this country. Trump is attempting to offset his tax cuts by implementing a tax that isn't called a tax. All of the money from the tariffs goes to the government. Trump has mentioned when tariffs were common as supporting what he is doing, but he doesn't add that at that time, there wasn't an income tax, so tariffs were how the government supported itself. Trump, knowing that tariffs are income for the government, is lying to his base so they will accept the increased prices as a necessary evil to battle the bad countries of Mexico and Canada. It will look like his tax breaks aren't hurting as much as they are and price increases will be the fault of the other countries.\n\nTrump is a conniving grifter with no knowledge of how to run a country's economy or international trade. He is gaslighting the American public to cover his own shortcomings.\n\nAlso, if fentanyl is entering the US, why is it the fault of the other countries? It is the job of the US to stop anything on its side of the border. Canada and Mexico do what they can to catch the drugs while inside their respective countries. The tons of cocaine and guns that enter Canada and Mexico from the US are caught by their border services; they don't blame the US for the products getting past their own border agents, and the US takes no responsibility for it making it across the border. Why is it other countries' fault for drugs getting past the US's border agents, but not the fault of the US that guns and drugs are going in the other direction? That is why countries work together, not fight over whose fault it is and try to punish each other.

The speech of Mr Trudeau, the way Canadians have shown solidarity for one another, today it all puts my country, The US, to shame. I am ashamed of what my government is doing and I am disgusted with the people doing it. However, Canada is now being treated transactionally, with a lack of respect to a historical friend and ally.

As an American and a Trump supporter, I agree with these tariffs, but only equal to the tariffs other countries charge the United States on our imports. I do not agree with imposing this on our brothers and sisters to the north. I’m speaking of the good people of Canada. I have traveled to Canada and crossing the border was just like crossing into another state. Yes, there was a border gate which there should be, but I had absolutely no problem whatsoever. I hope our government can work this out very quickly and stop this foolishness. But to countries like China and Europe the United States should charge a reciprocal tariff as to what you charge us on our import. It’s only fair. Why are we paying an exuberant tariff for our goods entering your country and you expect to pay nothing with your goods entering ours.
